I love Bambino's. It was always a special occasion take out option for my family growing up because although the prices are a little higher ($22 for 2-topping large) than your typical pizza chain, the freshness is unmatched. They often have deals on Uber Eats. For the pizza--You don't need more than a couple toppings. The goodness is in the light, juicy sauce and the thick layer of mozz. My other recommendations (after years of ordering) are -Philly Cheese Steak (mayo, tomato, bell pepper, mushrooms, pickles, cheese, thinly sliced brisket). This is literally life changing. Must get as is -Antipasto salad. This is your classic salad, but their cold cuts are very fresh -Chicken Nuggets. They are like $9 for 12pcs lol. So expensive but I stand by these nugs.

Best decision today! Authentic Italian with hard to beat prices. Flavorful without that greasy feeling and each pizza was oozing with cheese and brimming with natural ingredients. Love how each slice you grab has more toppings and cheese than bread. Who needs Pizza Hut and Domino's when you can support local finds like Bambino's? Ordered spaghetti too and it was divine! Packed a true Italian punch with every bite!

Pretty good place! I hate they don't deliver to my place even though I'm 5 miles away. They have some interesting toppings and specialty pizzas. My sister ordered. I trusted her judgement but she went a little adventurous that day. She ordered some sun dried tomato white pizza, chili cheese fries, & spaghetti. Way too much food but we were in a mood. Anyway...I was not a fan of the pizza but I tasted the potential. There was no sauce. Just dollops of pesto and a lot of mozzarella. If we had gotten a normal sausage and ham with marinara type of pizza this review may be a little different. The chili cheese fries were not very good but it's what I expected from a pizza place...pre frozen fries under canned chili. The spaghetti was definitely lacking herbs and spices and for some reason there was 3 cups of noodles under 1 cup of sauce. Layer it guys layer it. Despite the aforementioned I wouldn't mind trying this place again but I won't let my sister order.

The pizza was good it has a very simple classic taste. But still very flavorful. The prices are fair. I definitely recommend and will return. I don't know of they still sell by the slice, however freshly done is better. They give cheese and peppers on the side. See my pictures.

I've been going to Bambino's for several years now. The service is always great and so is their food. I've had better pizza, but their hot wings and philly cheese steak sandwiches are absoulutely the best! Everyone that has tried their wings get hooked. read more

Bambinos Pizza is definitely a place to go if you want monstrous servings of good eats. I was starving and in the mood for a samich. I went with the Mussolini Grinder. Now first off, it's called the fucking Mussolini Grinder, that means it must be good. This meateriffic masterpiece was filled with sassage, pepperoni, meatballs, meat sauce, onions, mushrooms, green peppers, black olives and mozarella cheese. It was an excellent feast to be had. In fact, my guttrick could only handle half and that is so unlike me. The owner was very friendly and the service was great. The menu has many options and my coworker that ordered the pizza said it was amazing, and she's pretty fickle on the foods she eats, so that was a huge positive. If you're in the mood for some good Italian eats that are reasonably priced, Bambinos is definitely a place to check out. read more

This place has been around ever since I can remember. I must have been such a good client growing up that they used to deliver to me all the time, and I lived close to Del Amo Mall. I am giving them 5 stars because of their Buffalo Wings. The best Buffalo Wings I've had. They have just a perfect amount of sauce and are not small as other places. I always ask for ranch instead of blue cheese. The ranch is delicious too. I'm glad this place is still around! read more

Don't expect anything groundbreaking, hipster, or gourmet. It's not one of those "new age" restaurants. No Gluten-free or organic here. Bambino's is a plain old-fashioned pizza joint and is a very solid option for what is promises. I ordered delivery online. They have several specials but my family wanted a variety of things. We got the salad, an avocado sandwich, wings, and a chicken and spinach pizza. Everything was good. The pizza isn't super oily or over or under "topped", the salad isn't overloaded with cheese or dressing, the chicken wings were magnificent (better than other chain wing places), the delivery was on point, and the online ordering service great and conveinient. If you want to avoid the big chains and are in the mood for some pizza in Carson, go with Bambino's. read more

I'm not sure if anyone remembers, but this is the old Volare's Pizza. I would say it was the best New York style pizza outside of the NYC boroughs. I mean it. I don't know what heaven is like, but the experience of the thin sliced pizzas with the fresh, bubbly, and melting mozzarella in my mouth must approach it. One had to order the pizzas and get out of there quick though as there was a Samoan bar called the Jennings Bar next to it back in the day and if you happened to be next door when the weekly brawl got started, you might just have signed up to be a witness in a criminal court case. Oh and the Sicilian style rectangular supreme pizza was to die for. The spaghetti was gross though. And the sauce - it kind of felt like there was some MSG in it. read more

i just discovered this pizza palor on google, i saw it had 4.5 stars, i looked at the website and it said free delivery, they are not far from me, so i said wth!! im glad i did it was very good. I had the deluxe sm pizza. The crust was crisp in all the right places, not too cheesy or saucey! everything was just about how i like it, this will def be a pizza spot for me when im at work, very good,,oh ya and the manager sean and the deivery guy were both very pleasant and nice! read more

I absolutely love Bambino's! It's less than a 5 min walk from my house so any time I'm craving a slice of pizza, I just sift through my piggy bank of coins, find enough to make 1$ and walk to get myself a slice of their pizza. It is always tasty and has that melt in your mouth consistancy but a crunchy crust. 1$ a slice is definitely worth it, especially to appease a small craving, as I do every once in a while. The workers are always nice and will sometimes hook me up if they don't have a certain pizza slice out at the moment. I'm surprised this place isn't more popular! read more

The food is good only if you eat there! I ordered a burger n fries for delivery, and got it an hour n 45 minutes latter! I work in a restaurant n dnt normally complain, but when i asked the driver what was up he plainly said traffic ... I said its ok if ur coming from hollywood or santa monica, but from 15 mins away.. come on! I even called the restaurant and they quickly interrupted me with "they already left" ya thats great but when you wait an hour n a half n get cold food, that is not exceptible! I would never order take out again from here! And probably never give the restaurant another chance, dining in or delivery! Thanks for the excuses read more

Just stopped by Bambinos and had a cheese and a pepperoni calzone and I was really impressed by how good it was ill go as far as saying it was the best calzone I've had in the south at area...I also had an order of hot wings they get a 6 out of 10 in my book but I have very high standards for hot wings Will definitely recommend this place to anyone in the south at area this place is going to be my go to pizza spot read more

Best NY style pizza. People forget Pizza Hut, papa johns, dominos, little Cesar's, if you know your pizza, bambino's is the place in Carson. Might be hole in the wall but they're usually the best.. Can't believe I never checked this hole in the wall spot for all the years I've seen it here in Carson. Great pizza, with a tasty dough/crust and the wings are better and cheaper than Wing Stop, even though they only have 2 flavors...don't mess with a good thing! The shop is tiny, and limited parking, but they do deliver if you really need it. The best pizza in Carson! read more

Wanted some good pizza that was close by so checked on yelp and what do I see bambinos pizza in Carson close to my house. They had good reviews ordered just pizza and wings. Pizza was great for a hole in the wall place. I've always been by here but never had it before today. Good choice!! What was more impressive was the fact that they had fresh wings not the frozen kind that are in a bag. Seen them pull it out of the fridge makes a big difference in taste.They sauce was pretty basic hot wing sauce..... It's a small place so order to go they deliver too. read more

I'm glad to know Carson has at least one pizza place that isn't a gross chain restaurant. Pizza is fresh and not greasy, love the cheese but the best is their wings. I'm normally underwhelmed by pizza places wings but these were great. Not soggy,not skimpy and not bland. These were great, nice big wings full of heat, and i mean heat! read more

Best pizza in the south Bay Area. It's located in a strip mall on Carson St, but it's a hidden jewel. They have the best CHEESE pizza I've ever had! Even better than hidden pizza in Vegas! Their pepperoni is even better! A must try if you're in the area! read more

When our order was ready, our name was called, the halo-halo was placed on the counter, and that was the end of the interaction. As for the halo-halo itself, my partner rated it a 2/10. It was overwhelmingly sweet and overpriced for what we received. We were hoping for layers of flavor and nostalgia but got a sugar rush that could probably power a small city. As a business owner myself, I understand that customer service is one of the biggest drivers of customer retention. Great products can bring people in once, but great service brings them back. Unfortunately, this visit missed the mark on both. The good news? These issues are fixable. A little more warmth, engagement, and hospitality would go a long way. Until then, we'll continue our search for our next favorite halo-halo spot.
