There's no official waiting area or seating, so you're just kinda standing out in the sun if you came in the daytime. I'm all for old school charm, but it would be nice if they gave out buzzers or sent texts instead. That way, at the very least, you have the option to sit in your car with AC while you wait. We were there on a particularly hot day, and the staff handed out iced lemon waters while we waited, which was nice. While waiting, you're also able to fill out an ordering sheet that you hand to the staff once you're seated. We ordered the House Special Beef Noodle Soup ($15), the Spicy Braised Beef Noodle Soup ($15.50), and an Iced Milk Tea ($4). Both noodle dishes completely satisfied our cravings, and the price was perfectly reasonable. They also gave a good portion of meat, which I appreciated. The noodles had a nice bite to them and the broth itself didn't feel overly oily or heavy. The spice level was a good baseline, and nothing extreme. The milk tea was pretty standard, but not too sweet. I'd love to try some of their other most popular dishes! The interior isn't large, but also not too cramped. The staff are pretty active throughout the restaurant, but aren't too hard to flag down if you need something. Since the queue is usually long, I probably wouldn't choose this spot if you're trying to dine for an extended amount of time. However, I didn't see any of the staff trying to rush people out. Coming at an awkward time (late lunch/early dinner, or a weekday) is probably your best bet if you want to avoid the wait. The chili oil for the spicy wontons had a very nice kick to it that left my mouth tingling. I was so stunned when the green tea came out in the giant beer glass since I had no warning.
