First time eating here, got the carnitas ramen, wife hot the carage xchicken bowl and the spam masubi, and we got a couple of rolls, tyne food was great 10 out 10, the server very friendly, the place was clean only thing that held me back from adding higher ratigo was the fountain drink machine, if had a strong unfiltered water taste, but over all i reconfirm this place.

3/13/26 Surprisingly very good!! A little bit hole in the wall in a nondescript plaza amongst other businesses, this ramen shop serves delicious food, friendly service & clean, cute ambiance. You order at the counter then food is brought out to your table. They have take out as well. Parking is limited in a lot that has seen better days. I almost tripped over so many cracks & pot holes, watch out! It is a small shop, which can possibly see less than 20 people. There are tables and chairs and counter seating that faces the street.. Hubby ordered the spicy miso ramen & spicy tuna roll while I got the tonkutsu ramen and baked salmon roll. It was ready in minutes. Everything was so flavorful & delicious. Hubby said (he's not easily impressed) that "it's the best tasting ramen I've ever had " Both sushi rolls were so good!! I like that there's not too much rice to fish ratio was to my liking. (Not stuffed with lots of rice). It was very soft and it came with pickled ginger & wasabi, of course. Our ramen bowls were a very good portion. I ended up taking left overs home for two more meals! The noodles were al dente & thick. The broth was rich & Hubby's had a great spice level. Although it was not a table service type of place, De Laney came by several times to ensure that everything was to our liking and that we had what we needed. Will surely return!

Great hole in the wall if you want to just come by for no fuss ramen. Parking lot, available. You pay first at the counter and they bring your ramen to you. La carnitas ramen: Beefy creamy broth, great take on Mexican fusion ramen. A bit spicy compared to the spicy miso ramen, there is a slight kick if you are spicy tolerant. Spicy miso ramen: Creamy miso broth, rich and filling. Ramen noodles are bouncy and there was a good amount of toppings.

I visited Nakazo for their Las Carnitas ramen. While it's in a small plaza, finding parking wasn't too difficult. The entrance / window door is lightly covered with a noren which looked out of place but felt very right in where it was located (function over form). My friends and I were greeted upon entering, and ordering is "at the counter" - which we later learned. Seating is easy to find, but note that it is quite cramped inside if it gets busy. The Las Carnitas ramen hit like fusion to me, and it was impressive in blending flavors of las carnitas and what I expected of a tasty bowl of ramen. The noodles were a great texture, and the meat was well flavored. The broth was also the right thickness and had that lightly fatty flavor. There were small bits of jalapenos which added a bit of a kick, and it was more noticeable towards the end. Whether it was the sour Admittedly, the hardest part of the visit was probably getting out of the parking lot, since it's such a sharp turn out towards the freeway.

Food is always pretty good and the staff is always really nice, this rice to spam ratio however is diabolical

Incredibly underrated ramen spot. I came here twice and both times, the food exceeded my expectations. The absolute must try is their Las Carnitas ramen, which has strong flavors of Mexican cuisine: onions, radish, carnitas, cilantro, lime. You'd be surprised how well the two distinct cuisines mesh together. The ramen's texture is perfectly cooked al dente, and the creamy broth with Mexican flavors is just so good! The carnitas is perfectly charred and goes really well with the broth. The karage is pretty good too, but the real star is the carnitas ramen. Service is fast-food style where you walk up to the counter and order/pay. Staff is very nice, and I really do hope this place stays in business (not that they don't have business) but I think it's in a challenging area. Not exactly in the best neighborhood. The past two times I've been, they had a decent amount of customers come through. Seating is self seating (fast food style) but they do clean up after you are done. The restaurant is in a shared plaza on the corner with michocan, Monty's, papa John's, smoke shop, and 7-11. Parking is shared with the rest of the plaza, and you can typically find a spot. Always hits the spot on a rainy cold day. I will 100% be back for the carnitas ramen.

Always enjoy coming here. Limited open hours, however this has increased since they opened a while back. Whether to go or dine in, staff are courteous, patient and efficient, from the kitchen staff to the cashiers fixing the order. Quiet ambience and few tables and stools with an accessible restroom and fountain drinks. Parking is in a plaza, shared with other shops. I like the sauce that comes with their poke bowls. Can pay for an upgrade of spicy tuna and salmon. Delicious gyoza and chasu bowls as well.

Great low-key Ramen place. Has a nice selections to choose from. Bowls, musubi, great kaaraage. Service always cheery and spot on. Give it a try

The restaurant is small and will not seat more that 6 together. The pork bowl and karage are excellent. The ramen is good but the portion should have 3 pieces of pork. The carnitas ramen is interesting and I would recommend that you try it.. Bathroom was clean and the services are average .

With all this cold/wet/chilly weather, happy to come back and enjoy some delicious Ramen. I ordered the Kid's Ramen, the bowl, surprisingly, seemed to be just as big as their regular ramen. I ordered the small Spicy Tuna Poké Bowl, that was delicious! Hubby tried the spicy miso, he liked it, to me, it was okay. Loved the lychee lemonade, wasn't too sweet. Thanks Mia for the conversation and making our dining experience great! Restaurant is located in a small shopping center which, lately, seems to be very busy.

    Las Carnitas Ramen was delicious

Such a unique Mexican ramen fusion spot! Parking can be difficult since the parking lot isn't too big and it's shared with other businesses Service was ok, nothing too special. You order at the counter and given a #, which you take to any table. Seating was very limited since it's pretty small inside.. Got the Las Carnitas Ramen ($16) and the pork chili broth was very flavorful and not too spicy. The carnitas were very tender and delicious. The noodles were very chewy and yummy! I would say it's 9/10 Other than ramen, there's a variety of rice bowls and sushi rolls ($6-8). Would recommend and return

Spicy Tuna roll here is yum!

SPICY TUNA & RICE BOWLS Just sharing they have bomb rice bowls here too! I get the pork belly which is sweet, slightly crispy and thick with meat. It's very filling! Spicy tuna rolls are also a fav of mine as a side dish. It's fresh and they don't skimp on the tuna! Go to ramen is still the Carnitas ramen!

This little hidden gem. Sits in the corner of strip mall with a 7-11 and a Papa John's . It's visible from the 10 fwy and surrounded by busyness. Yet when you walk in, you experience a warm cozy vibe. Food - always yummy. Tonkatsu ramen, Spicey sesame Ramen. My favorite. Definitely will continue to come to this restaurant. Service is fast and friendly.

Loved it so much I could have a whole bowl Tsukemen: $22.45. 5/5Stars - If you aren't familiar with this, the broth is separate from the noodles. Its a different way of experiencing noodles. The broth is thick, creamy and flavor profile is on point. Inside of the broth there is mushrooms and pcs of pork. The noodles are cooked perfectly and also comes with pcs of nori, soft boiled jammy eggs and 4 pcs of thick chashu. Portion size lets just say they are generous and we all can EAT ^^, Kakigori (MATCHA) $8/$14. 5/5 Stars - Definite MUST! Its made with Japanese shaved ice, a very creamy soft cream matcha sauce and matcha powder! I cant tell you how good this dessert is. The wife is obsessed and one if the main reasons why we found this spot in the first place. Please try! Service: - Super friendly staff! They are quick to get our order and serve our meal. The combo is a pretty good option to get if you're eating alone or want some leftovers to take home or have a very small eating partner with you. We got the Shoyu and Salmon Poke bowl. All very decent size and tastes exceptional. The mochi dessert was pretty bland. I'm not sure if the ice cream is old, but it has a freezer taste to it, and the cheesecake is pretty standard. The music they were playing was cool. They were working really hard. The vegan broth was really thick like a cashew alfredo which usually isnt my preference for ramen but it was good. Check website for menu. Help urself to water & such. Def would go back. Cashless & over a dozen locations. I added seaweed egg spicy sauce garlic. They also need to kno if u want a whole egg or half.

When I asked if the bento came with miso soup the waiter said no, but I could substitute the salad for miso soup instead, which I did. Surprised, since most bento boxes I've had include miso soup by default. The chicken was underwhelming lacked flavor, plus a lot of fatty, chewy bits and bone fragments. The crab rolls were basically a California roll with crab swapped in, no toppings, no sauce, nothing special. Ramen was decent, generous noodles, two pieces of pork, but pretty basic. Not sure if ownership or management changed since my last visit, but compared to my previous review, a lot feels different, makes me wonder if the food quality shifted too.
