This place food is gross, way overpriced and the customer service is horrific! Everything taste as if it is cooked in the same old grease. When people say good, I expect it to actually be good but it's obvious that the people in this town and state don't know good, tasty food because this place doesn't serve it! Wow, this place has the worst Chinese food on the planet. Everything we ordered was TERRIBLE. If you try to feed a dog this food, the dog wouldn't even eat it. I swear the Lo Mein is trash, the shrimp and Broccoli is trash, the crab rangoon is the worst, the egg roll's are barely edible, the rice has no taste. I feel cheated. Ordered delivery from here tonight at 10pm and didn't get my food until 11:25.. I figure they weren't coming because I waited so long. Beef teriyaki was horrible and the lo mein was mushy. This is my go-to Chinese food order. We've done big parties and had delivery and also we've just gone in and ordered at the counter. I love this place(although the restaurant is a tad ghetto with the ripped chairs and unchanged food signs...). Also, I called and asked about peanut free oil, as my friend had a peanut allergy, and it's pure vegetable oil, the person I spoke with must have asked around about 5 times for me. I always get the same thing(Chicken Fingers, white rice, crab rangoons, beef terriaki) and it's always as good as I expect it to be. They'll continue to get my business for sure. read more

Me and my wife stopped here one day just because she wanted chinese food and there it was right in front of us. We both ordered off the Combo menu but it was worth it I got the Kung Po Chicken and she got Beef & Broccoli along with Steamed Ravioli ad Chicken Wings . The combo plates came with Pork Fried Rice, and an eggroll so we ended up having lots leftover. everything was very tasty and good portions. We ordered a couple of nights ago for the first time. The order came promptly and the food was hot, a bonus! We had egg rolls and shrimp rolls, which were ok. My hubby didn't like the shrimp roll, saying it tasted too fishy. I had the MooGooGaiPan which was really good as well as the crab rangoons, which were fresh and crispy. I will never order food from this place again!!.. I ordered chicken and broccoli and they sent shrimp and broccoli ! I called them to complain and they sent the chicken and broccoli and wanted the shrimp and broccoli back!. My husband had taken a few pieces out not knowing I didn't order that!... They called me back 4 times after 10:30 at night yelling because some of the shrimp was missing! First of all the delivery guy took it upon himself to take a 5.00 tip then they call back yelling because shrimp is missing! What kind of restaurant asks for the food back when it's there mistake and it was in our house as it was!... What grossed me out is when they do make a mistake and take the food back are they reselling it to the next person!... And call back at 11:08 pm to tell me I am rude!. The food here Is consistent and not horrible. We don't order here often, but it's always exactly the same and they always get our order right. It's just what you expect from this type of restaurant. On New Years Eve we expected our food to take longer than normal. We were delighted to be told that it would only take an hour. Three hours later we called and we're told that our order was being prepared. 40 minutes after that our food arrived. We will not be ordering from here again. read more

Well last year (aka last night) we had perhaps the worst Chinese food ever and I have spent much of the night in the powder room, shall we say.. SO my New Years Resolution is to NEVER get food from this particular restaurant in the coming year.. They changed hands and the food tells the tale!!!! GROSS!!!!!!!!! I wish I had stayed home and made my own! I usually work late and sometimes I order here, the food is usually really good shows up hot as well as good portions. Unfortunately as of tonight I will not longer do service with them as I have ordered from them and the delivery driver who showed up at my door was extremely rude, inconsiderate and ignorant. I don't deal with people like that and its a shame that I will now have to do my business somewhere else. I ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken, House Fried Rice, Beef with Vegetables and 2 egg rolls. The chicken was actually burned (several pieces were black), the beef was disgusting and the rice was mushy. They even managed to make the egg rolls inedible. My best guess is that it was all reheated. I spoke with the manager (owner?) and she did not seem interested, particularly after I told her that I did not want my money back. Thirty dollars worth of food in the garbage. read more

I'll be honest I love the food here but today I ordered and I think that might be the last time. I got a combo plate and it had chicken tenders and they included something unwanted. We called to check on the food after 40 mins and the woman interrupted me, lied and said it was on its way. We waited at least 30 mins after the call before it arrived. I ordered delivery of General tso's. The sauce was over flowing the container before I opened it (no napkins in the bag) so I drained it in my sink. Upon trying it the sauce was extremely sweet (way beyond average) no spice to it at all and the protein was so undercooked the fried shell tasted chalky. I would not recommend this to anyone and really I want a refund as this was a horrible experience. read more

I agree the chicken teriyaki is very dry, almost too dry to eat. everything else was decent but forgettable. (we get the veggie lo mein and crab rangoons). I have eaten at just about every Chinese delivery place in Manchester, and was always just glad they could find my house. The food was always basic, but I was never inclined to try anything new because the prices were insane. When I found this place, hidden in plain sight right around the corner, I was skeptical they would be any different. Boy was I wrong. I have tried so many different kinds of food, and it is all really good. General Tso's, still crispy and spicy, Hunan chicken with tons of crispy veggies and tender meat, shrimp with cashews with 12 good sized pieces of shrimp in a pint size container. And that's another thing that I love. The sauce/meat is delivered separate from the rice, so the rice is still tender and you can decide how much sauce you want. Makes for better leftovers, if you ask me. Also, because they are so close, everything is still piping hot, often times too hot to eat right away. Delivery times can be a little long compared to other places, but it says right in the app how long they will take and it is pretty accurate. Plus, for the only Chinese place in the area that I don't get mildly sick after eating, I am willing to wait. read more

Lesson learned. I ordered "online" because I do not like talking on the phone. However, I wanted to pay by credit card and yet my receipt said "cash" and I do not carry cash. I called the restaurant, (remember I hate talking on the phone) to be told, it's okay the driver have scanner. I wait an hour and still no food, so I have to call back (grrr, I hate talking on the phone) and the person tells me the driver should arrive soon. 15 minutes later (now it has been 75 minutes since I ordered, the driver arrives, nearly beats my hotel room door down and then asks for a tip! Who asks for a tip? Then he doesn't like what I put in so he erases and says, "tip" and I put the same amount in and he gets totally P***ed off and mutters something and starts to go away with the screen not cleared and I didn't trust him at that point so it was clearing as he made off down the hall muttering a bunch of profanity at me. Chinese behavior? or just a disgruntled person delivering food. So then I check my order and it's wrong. I now have to call the restaurant about the rude driver and the order being wrong. Their response, "Oh I sorry about that' but no resolution. I will NEVER ORDER from this place again and trust me, the food is not that good, it pretty much is flatter than boiled water. Go anywhere else, but do not order from this place, it is horrible and the service is even worse! read more

This is my second time ordering from here and third time I've had their food. Be very careful if you use the beyond menu app to order food. I once ordered a 21 when I meant a 22 but that also leads to a good review. I ordered a 21 and I believe it was chicken teriyaki beef teriyaki and something else. This is the first time I recall eating chicken teriyaki ever. I ended up really liking it. Their beef teriyaki is also good. Their chicken fingers were good, the ends weren't hard and over cooked. The boneless spare ribs are average. The crab Rangoon is good and that's a big one for me. It threw me off a little that they don't have both sweet and sour and duck sauce. They have one sauce, it's a reddish orange color and tastes pretty good. I ordered chicken lo mein tonight and it was over cooked so I wouldn't eat it. I would probably try it again another time. The delivery driver was very friendly when he couldn't find my place. The thing I wish they (and all Chinese places would change) is the minimum delivery fee. I'm low income and single. Sometimes you just want a plate of chinese food and don't want to drive especially when the place is so close and you're in your pajamas. read more

Wish I could rate this place even lower. Everyone I know was raving about how great this place was. I was excited to see they had Pad Thai, bad idea ordering it. I didn't know Pad Thai could taste so bland, no exaggerating the brown bag the food came in had more flavor. I know this because I chewed it to get the taste out of my mouth after trying the fried rice. The crab rangoon was better than most places, however this was overshadowed by the hairy piece of fried chicken, and the shrimp they neglected to devein. I wanted a pupu platter sans the actual pupu. Was referred to this restaurant by a friend! The food is good, no complaints about that! I recommend their pork fried rice! I've ordered from here about 3 times before I decided to get my food delivered, WORST MISTAKE. There is a certain delivery driver, around late 30's or 40's, has a thick accent and drives a grey Toyota Corolla! I'm not sure if this certain employee is related to the owners but he is just terrible. He'll ask you for a tip (which is for 1 so rude) I've never encountered anyone asking me for a tip? When in that quick decision you decide you do not want to tip him because his manners are just terrible.. He YELLS IN YOUR FACE FOR NOT TIPPING HIM and then storms off! What is that? If you want a tip, show some respect to your customers. I am not forced to tip anyone and I will spend my hard earned money somewhere else. Of course I called and complained and they never did anything I saw him driving around today making his usual deliveries! Sad that a business could not take a customers complaints seriously, I fell in love with this restaurants food and that all had to be taken away. I can only imagine how many other customers have gone through the same experience with this man, especially other women! If there ever is a next time, I will have my husband and my father and older brothers open the door and pay for my food. I'd love to see him speak to them the way he spoke to me, he wouldn't make it out in one piece!I will never be eating here again! Shame on this business and their terrible employee!
