The buffet has a lot to choose from. You will get full that's for sure. They have sushi included as a buffet item as well, so try it, you just might like it. It can be a little pricey if you're taking you whole family. Kids under 3 eat free. Been here a few times and it doesn't disappoint. They always restock the food unlike other places, so you always eat fresh. Hands-down the best Chinese buffet for miles! If you're a sushi lover -this is your place. It's always fresh and absolutely delicious. Try everything with a little fresh ginger and wasabi, it's wonderful. For the hot items - the pepper steak, pepper shrimp, honey chicken, and Mongolian selections are superb -- best pepper steak I've ever had. The egg rolls, spring rolls and fried selections are typical buffet fare, but not bad. The hot and sour soup, egg drop soup and wonton soup are all very good - when fresh. I recommend going on Friday or Saturday evening or Sunday afternoon for the freshness and best selections. My family and I have been coming here since moving to Texas in 2007. They have not changed like most buffets do...for the worse. I love going and getting the clams, crab legs and sushi. I would like to see hotter butter, more plentiful crab legs, and I would suggest if it is possible, to make the food in general hotter. By time I get back to the table it's usually luke warm. Awesome place. It's $7.95 weekdays for their lunch buffet and $13.25 per person for dinner after 3:30 if you get a drink. Unlike most buffet restaurants, you pay after you eat. Great place for family meals, best time to go is Sunday lunch-food is cooked well, sushi is great and food is hot and wonderful. Always fast service and always friendly staff, but when it's not busy the food is lacking in taste and heat (but that's any buffet restaurant). I've been coming to this place for about 2 years now. Food is good and all. But one day I came in ready to eat. I was fixing a plate and as soon as I went to serve me some shirmp with some crab meat. There was "3 FLYS " in the food. Told one of the staff there was flys and the lady took the flies out and I was looking at her like are you going to leave the tray of food there and not replace it. Then when she seen me look at her ugly she took it out. I'm not sure if they were going to throw away the food or just place the one with the flys back to think the cooked more. Then after that happen I went up to the CASHIER OR WHO EVER SHE WAS that there was flys on the foods and she was like "OK" they didn't even care about what we experienced Didn't even apologize or anything. *This is my very first restaurant review but it needed to be done. I had my husband take me and our two children to eat here on a Friday evening. Long story short, I don't ever remember going somewhere to eat that I had to spit my food out not once, not twice, not three times but four times! I kept hoping that the next new thing I tried would be better. My husband spit his out once and my poor son just gave up eating after his first plate. Our daughter had noodles and was done. The overall quality of food was beyond shocking (and not in a good way). They did comp one of our meals because my husband found bones in his SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN (never had that happen). Had a bad service when I took my wife and 2 kids to eat there. Don't get me wrong the food is amazing it's when I went to pay that got me lit up. I gave my Chase credit card a the cashier named Helen. Helen swiped my Chase card once and than swiped it again then Helen tells me that my card was declined. I was like what I know there funds in the Chase card so my wife pulls out her BB&T card and Hellen swiped it once and it charged her card $38.40. So we're leaving the restaurant and I asked my wife to check the Chase account and it showed that $38.40 were charge so we went back and explained the situation but there was a new cashier and she told me that she couldn't return my money because she didn't know how to do it the manager was the only that could do that. So I'm like ok can you call him and the cashier was like our manager is not in right now she'll be here in 15 minutes. So we wait 15 minutes than the cashier than said that the manager will arrived in 20 minutes so we waited 20 minutes more. 20 minutes later the cashier said that it's going to take the manager to arrive 1 hour. I was already to blow a casket I asked them to give my money back either cash or put in back in my card either way I was not leaving until they would give me my money back. We were there almost 2 hours trying to wait for the manager and she never showed up. I told them they 10 minutes to get my money back or I'll would call the police. 5 minutes later Helen comes back with $40 cash so I took them and left the restaurant. One of the top buffets I've ever been to, and I have returned often. The food is all good and always fresh. There is a good variety of seafood (fish and shrimp mostly) prepared in a few differnt ways.. all good. There are meats (chicken, beef, etc.) and they have always been tender and delicious. There is a salad bar, always fresh and well stocked. Even the rice (both white and fried) has always been cooked correctly, which a great sign of care and quality. The sushi is good and always tastes fresh... I've had better, but it was much more expensive, and it was in a coastal city where seafood is plentiful. There desserts a bit skimpy in selection, but they have ice cream, cookies, some fruits and puddings to choose from. I always save some space for the tapioca! The price is not bad, actually right in line with any other buffet, both at lunch and dinner. All my friends and family love this place, and we go at least one a month. read more

Love this place! Convenient location. Close to my home and workplace. I try to turn everyone on to this place. I usually order take-out but the decor inside is nice! I want to slap myself for going back here...i had not been here in a long while and want to give it another try. In the middle of eating my meal I find hair in my green beans, ugh. Ruined my WHOLE appetite.I tell our waitress about it & to get her manager and she takes up my plate. The manager comes to the table and asks what is the issue and I tell her and all she says is she will discount my buffet. No apology was given! and honestly my meal should have been no charge cause it's just gross - and they both acted liked it was nothing. So I get a measly 5 dollars and some change off my total cost. I should have also taken a photo before the waitress took my plate. They are so cheap and obviously did not care about the level of unsanitary practice. I don't normally write reviews, but the food I had from this place was awful enough for me to write a review. I ordered shrimp fried rice, orange chicken, and sesame chicken for take out. When I picked up my food, I looked at it, because it was my 1st time trying this place so I wanted to see if the food looked good before I left. I will say the container of orange and sesame chicken looked good, but the shrimp fried rice was white and did not have the brownish color I normally see with fried rice. I just figured I would put soy sauce on it when I got home and it would be fine. I must say I was TOTALLY wrong!!! The shrimp fried rice was totally white as I said, almost as if eating white rice you would eat in beans or some other dish that requires white rice, it was not rice that you normally have served as shrimp fried rice. The shrimp fried rice also had nothing else in it, meaning there was no egg, green peas, carrots, or any of those other little things you see in shrimp fried rice it was just basically white rice with some shrimp in it. The orange chicken had absolutely no taste. It was pretty much like I knew I was eating orange chicken because I can look at the plate and see it's chicken and that it's orange but if I ate with my eyes closed there was no way I would know what I was eating orange chicken. I could not believe that because with Chinese food, The biggest thing is when you choose if you want to go with a spicy taste or a sweet taste, etc. and to get orange chicken and not only did I not taste the sweet flavor orange chicken has, it actually tasted like I was eating nothing. And the sesame chicken was the same. Although I spent close to $40 on my two containers of shrimp fried rice and my container of orange chicken and container of sesame chicken, I threw all of it in the trash and had to leave my house and get another meal for both myself and my husband. I would totally not recommend this place. Not sure if they have other food that's good but the food I had was god awful... enough for me to throw it away and leave out the house again to go get something else for dinner. read more

I hadn't been to this place in several months. I'd never had a complaint before. The buffet food was always pretty good. But when I went last week with two friends, I was extremely disappointed. Since I'm attempting to eat better, I decided to order from the menu. My friends both got the buffet. I ordered Shrimp with Lobster Sauce and Edamame. The entrée looked delish but there was no flavor and the shrimp was overcooked. After three bites, and I spit the third out, I told the waiter I didn't like it. He picked up the plate and did not ask if I wanted something else. I soon found out why. I'd lost my appetite anyway so I just nibbled on my cold Edamame. (I'm used to these being served hot but, oh well) So when the waiter brought the ticket, my entrée and rice was still on there. I didn't see the waiter so we caught the hostess and told her that he'd forgotten to remove the Shrimp with Lobster Sauce and the rice. She left the table and when she came back, she told me that the management said they couldn't remove the whole price of the entrée. She stated that since they can't feed that food to someone else, I need to pay for half! I was dumbfounded. I sat there for a few seconds and then I tried to explain to her, that yes, that's true and you're not supposed to! But why do I have to pay ANYTHING for something I didn't eat and didn't like??? She just starts repeating herself at this point. I was soooo frustrated. Sometimes I wish I was more argumentative but I'm not. I paid half for something I didn't eat. I won't be going back and neither will my friends and everybody they'll tell about it. I rarely send food back but when I do, establishments always remove the item from my price. read more
