The 2 boxes were leaky with the sauce and leaked all over the bag we only got through a few pieces of the chicken and rice before we threw it out. Their sesame chicken is SUPER crispy. Even with the sauce on it still had the crunch. The other entree I got was the chicken lo mein, which also was super good! I called in an order around 7pm. Got the Shrimp fried rice. It was decent. Also ordered Orange Chicken. It was a Problem! All the chicken was overcooked! Over crunchy and the chicken all Chewy, most I couldn't even chew down enough to swallow them. Was really hoping this place was on point! Maybe because of the time, I got stuck with the chicken that wasn't fresh! May try them another time earlier in the day when hopefully the fresh food is out. They also don't give you an egg roll with your orders like some other places, would have liked that for the price I paid. At least the guy who took payment was ok. I ordered Crab Rangoon, Orange Chicken with plain fried rice, Sesame Chicken spicy with plain fried rice, and a Lo Mein side small. But holy cow, I got it for my boyfriend's little brother who is like myself, a picky eater, and I've never seen him devoured orange chicken at this rate before! Lol!! Still some of the best Chinese Food in the Area... How I wish this place was BYOB, but it is not... that said, it is true West Coast typical Chinese food. The deep fried items are great and the Sesame Beef is a standout. Above and beyond... a real treat. The Kung Pao is good and actually almost everything on the menu is good. The Garlic Sauce is a miss, and I am not a fan of the Sweet and Sour, but the Moo-shoo Pork is absolutely right on. THe restaurant is clean, family run and always in order. Service is prompt usually, but can slow down if the restaurant is full. This is NEVER a problem however as even if the service is a little slow it is not that bad. There are a lot of menu items that are exceptional: the egg roll, egg drop soup, orange chicken, noodles, szechwan beef or chicken. Once you figure out the items that you like, stick with them and you won't be disappointed with their consistent delivery of awesome food. I love how they have come to recognize me and my family and how they always try to personally connect with everyone who comes in their doors.
