    Combo fried rice

The sides here are tasty. I have ordered the combo fried rice which has beef, chicken and shrimp a couple of times recently and the proteins have been tiny morsels, slivers... negligable. The mongolian beef is also not well seasoned. This used to be a place that I really looked forward to frequenting, but as of late, not so much.

Randomly decided to try out somewhere for lunch specials and was pleasantly surprised with Bamboo Spice. Plenty of parking outside. I tried the sweet and sour chicken lunch special that comes with a side of soup for $10.99- it was good to eat it there as it's crispy and wasn't doughy. I enjoyed it. The kung pao chicken had good flavor to it as well. The guy helping our table was friendly and seemed to know and talked to a lot of the other guests as well. I'd be back to try some of their regular menu items.

Glad we gave this place a 2nd chance. Food didn't disappoint! Everything was good and food came out pretty fast. Service was great . Small restaurant with family style approach.

We love Bamboo Spice and have been coming here for the last couple of years. The food is great, always freshly prepared, customized to our taste and the service never disappoints. Our favorites are the garlic cucumber, the spicy crispy chicken, the water boiled fish and the green beans! The owner is very attentive and very polite making dining here a very pleasant experience. Definitely one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area.

Every time I order from Bamboo Spice I can't believe how delicious and consistent the food is! The service is always good as well, they are courteous, friendly and willing to suggest when ordering. We've not eaten in, but I can tell the atmosphere is always great, the staff is warm and friendly. The place is also always clean. Just a simple healthy order tonight, but yummy and filling as always. Wonton soup as a starter, and Lo Mein with chicken & veggies, and Dry stir fried string beans with chicken!

Y'all, what an unexpected gem this place is. Nestled in a little corner of a strip mall surrounded by packed fast food places - this is where you really need to get dinner! Parking is easy, inside has a few tables but you should definitely call ahead if you want to have a large group accommodated. The service is top tier, everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. Our orders came out promptly (but not too quickly so we knew our food was cooked fresh) everything was accurate and delicious. We had potstickers and spicy edamame as appetizers, both were a slam dunk. Good portions, well seasoned. Our entrees were the spicy crunchy chicken - a little stringy imo but my partner loved it. The spicy garlic chicken was a winner! The all time favorite was unexpectedly the hot and sour soup. The crunchy wontons on the side made it absolutely divine. Can't wait to go back!

We've been coming to Bamboo Spice for several years now and they don't disappoint. Ordering off of their website is easy and the wait time is fair. Nathan is always helpful and kind, often managing the front of house on his own. Serving size and quality of food is excellent. Our favorites are the tea smoked duck and three pepper beaten duck. We look forward to our weekly dinner here, sometimes dining in or taking our food to go.

Whoops...ate without a pic. Dried Stir Fry String Bean, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Fried Jasmine Rice, and Hot Oolong Tea.

My father is a VERY picky eater. He often refuses to try any number of new foods, and he holds no reservation nor hesitation when it comes to issuing direct complaints. That said, he had nothing but positive comments about everything he tried here. This meal won over the toughest nut to crack, and he could barely stop himself from eating more while saying that he was full--the food is definitely good stuff. Heads up: I like my spicy food spicy. This place nails all the tingling, numbing goodness without eliminating the flavor content. If that's not your cup of tea, stay on the mild side. Please excuse the lackluster photos: we all kept going from plate to plate without thinking about it, and I completely forgot to snap pics before eating.

In my experience, beef chow fun at other restaurants often suffers from soggy rice noodles, uneven flavoring, and noodles that stick together. Most notably, other places often use excessive oil that pools at the bottom of the plate. As you can see in the attached pictures, the flavor here was very even, and the texture was firm without being chewy. Each noodle was clearly separated, and there was almost no oil pooling at the bottom. Having eaten Chinese and Vietnamese food my entire life, I strongly recommend this place.

I swear it's just one really long hand made noodle, so it's a bit hard to share, but it's a must-get. We also tried the Claypot noodle and it was good as well but a bit of an acquired taste. The restaurant is located inside Jusgo grocery store. The seating is quite limited so I wouldn't recommend it for large parties. And it's pretty mom and pop, so if that's your jam, go for it. Chairs are mismatched, drinking water is somewhat self-service in small cafeteria-style plastic cups, and tables are small. Like I said - mom and pop, and that's not a bad thing.
