We had great service from the door to the server. We had the Picada Oh Que Bueno. A mixture of beef, pork, chicken, black sausage, regular sausage, arepas, toatones, fried yucca, and fried potato with 4 dipping sauces. It was great my son and I took a third home. It was such food. We also had the mofongo it had good flavor and came with a broth. I was pleasantly surprised it was as good as it was. We also ordered a soursap in water which was fresh and delicious. Oh Que Bueno is a delicious Colombian restaurant on Semoran Blvd. Their food is delicious. Their service is great when you're eating in, but pickup service sucks. On Saturday night, I was on my home from shopping and driving around with my husband and decided to place a pickup order. We were close to the restaurant, so we knew we had to wait a bit until our order was ready. We got into the parking lot, which was packed and had to park right by the restaurant building while we waited; no problem. Fifteen minutes passed and I got a text that the order was ready. I proceeded inside and went to the bar (pickup bar?). As I got there, I told a server I was there for pickup and told her my name. She told me that my order would be coming out shortly. I waited a few minutes and decided to look at the receipts that were with the orders and did not see my name. There were a few orders that I could not see the name; not even the receipt and I did not want to touch the orders, so I kept waiting. I waited about 16 minutes until another server asked for my name. She looked at the order right in front of me and handed it to me. Ridiculous! My husband was jonesing for some good authentic Colombian food. We came early because usually it is packed on the weekends, so 11:30 was the perfect time. We ordered too much thinking portions would be small, they were not. I had a Mofongo with Chicken and a Chicken soup. The soup would have been more than enough because it was delicious and large. The Mofongo with Grilled Chicken was really good and since I had gobbled down the soup took most of it home. I made a Chicken Platano soup with it and we ended up having another whole meal! You know a place is good when people from that country flock there. It was full of Colombians enjoying the food. There is also a bar and tv's everywhere with soccer (yes, futbol) on. After multiple attempts to try this place, only to have to turn around and leave due to lack of parking, we were finally able to find a spot last weekend. It was everything we were expecting, a complete menu with plenty of choices. Because I was pretty hungry, I went with the Bandeja Paisa, and shared a bowl of chicken soup with my wife. The Bandeja Paisa was generous, with all the fixings. Chorizo, Morcilla, Steak, plantains, rice, avocado, all topped with a fried egg. Everything was properly prepared and flavorful. I feel the food to value ratio is fair as the portions are substantial, this was all chased by an ice cold Lemonade. We found that the trick is to arrive early, right before noon, and you will find plenty of parking, and will be seated with no wait. We will certainly be back again. read more

came in for a late lunch with my family and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. The service was unacceptable from the beginning. Our order was taken, everyone's food arrived, but my meal never came out. When I asked about it, the waitress appeared to realize the mistake but did not take accountability. Instead, I was told she would "check in the back," and 15 minutes later she returned with my food claiming it had been there all along. To make matters worse, my daughter ordered her churrasco medium, and it came out well done. My drink was also forgotten. Mistakes happen, but what was most disappointing was the lack of ownership, communication, and effort to correct the situation. I asked to speak with a manager, but it seemed like the request was ignored or avoided. Coming from someone who has managed restaurants before, it is disheartening to see this level of service and lack of accountability. Oh la la on vacation..We had dinner with our family member here and ohhh baby was this food freaking delicious no words describe the flavors or portions. Personally I left with lunch for tomorrow or if you love it as much as we did you could eat it all! The table were nice and clean and decor and music was great. I have visited this restaurant at least twice a month for many years to have to have a hood experience and nice atmosphere. However, last night was a disaster. The food was served without the salad dressings. We had requested lemon that also didn't come. my wife had to get up and go get the items so that we could finish eating.. Her steak was so tough. She returned it. Itcould not be eaten. My salmon was super overcooked. But we will be back. Hoping that we get better service and food that we received last night. Tried this place for the first time looking for some good Latin American food...it was amazing. Most of the staff spoke Spanish, and there was Latin music playing in the background. I loved everything I tried. The chichuron was delicious, especially with the spicy/fresh sauce it came with. My main entree was a skirt steak with a garlic/shrimp sauce. I usually ask for some of my drinks, not to be on the menu and for the bartender to be creative. What they did. Absolutely no creativity, they just decided to choose something strong from the menu. OK fine no problem, then comes the food. everything just tasted. Nothing was extremely special about the food as far as taste was concerned and my partner thought the same as well. Then we both had our drinks and pretty much paid from there. Upon walking out, we realized our legs were a little wobbly. We disrespected these, and they came back with a vengeance. We were drunk, which was great. However, I really wanted the food to be better. That was probably the most disappointing part of the entire experience. Our waiter however, was actually really really good. Of course the drinks were but they did what they needed to do. But the food needed to improve. Stumbled upon Oh Que Bueno and I'm so glad that we did. They serve Colombian cuisine and I was pleasantly surprised that all the dishes exceeded my expectations. We were quickly seated and our server took our order promptly. I did notice that around lunchtime they can get very busy, we dined around 12pm and the crowds began around 12:30-1pm. We did indulge in some Cafe Con Leches while waiting on our entrees to arrive. The main entrees we opted for were Chicken and Shrimp Mofongo and a Grilled Chicken Breast with Onions that came with rice, beans and sweet plantains. The portions were very large, you can easily share with someone as I had lots of leftovers for dinner. The food itself was fresh, hot and tasty. Ps. Tried this for the first time with my best friend and boy did he not disappoint. At first I was skeptical just because I'm a tad picky and never had Colombian food. The service was amazing and the waitress was so friendly and the place looked a little rustic not your typical decor for Spanish food but hey that doesn't matter cause the food was one of the best food I have ever had. Their chicken empanada was crispy and full of so much flavor inside. For my main dish I got chicken w shrimp in this sauce, I have no idea what the sauce is but OMG! Makes your mouth water! They have a dedicated lot, but it does get very busy, so you may want to arrive during 'off' times for a better spot. once inside you'll see a host desk to be seated. They have a rustic and darker decor to the place and it feels very intimate. Staff was great from the host to the server. They were quick to bring out drinks, food, refills and the like. The food portions were huge! Everything was brough out exactly as ordered and there was definitely more than enough to take away for seconds. Prices were about $15-20 a person but again, the food portions were more than enough for two meals, so it's well worth it. I highly recommend getting a side of one of their many sauce options to compliment your meal. Overall: A Great spot for some quality food in huge portions! read more

I came here with the fam yesterday night to come out and support local Latin businesses for heritage month. I was pretty impressed with how fast we got seated despite how packed it was there. The hostess said it would be about a 25 min wait but it ended up being literally less than 5 minutes. First, two positive things to mention was that the food came out pretty fast once we ordered and the service was pretty on par, again, despite the large crowds. Moving on to the food. We ordered empanadas to start off and goodness were they good. So good we forgot to take a photo! I love Colombian hot sauce too and this one had the decent hotness level I love. For my meal, I ordered the chicken and shrimp in garlic sauce, included as sides were rice, salad, tostones. I added the beans as an extra side as the prices are decent there. As for the food I give it an average review. Mostly because some items weren't hot or fresh to order such as the beans and tostones. The chicken though was so juicy and tender, it just needed a lil hot sauce in my opinion. I suppose they down play the spices a bit to maybe cater to those that don't like or can't have it to seasony. We just asked for chimchurri and more hot sauce and it did the trick. I'm also sharing some additional pics of what my fam got but can't review them since I didn't eat them. Well except my sons natural lemonade, I had to sneak a sip when he wasn't looking as he's not fond of sharing. Delicious Latino dishes. Ginormous portions - you'll be taking food home for sure. Our table was a party of 4 and there wasn't enough room for all the plates that just kept coming. This is not a complaint, only an expectation. The restaurant can hold a lot of people and the dining experience is very loud, it was difficult to hold a conversation but it all gives an ambiance full of passion and pride in providing the community with a vibrant experience.
