In about five years time span, their lunch special prices have almost doubled. Food tastes good, but the portions always leave you hungry. Mint leaves chicken and green curry chicken are my usuals here. Service is fair and ambiance is pretty upscale.

Food is okay, do not order the pork wontons, it's $16 for no meat. The food is hot when it gets delivered so thats the only plus

Came for dinner last night and immediately liked the ambiance! The atmosphere is cozy and family styled, but also reminded me of a cafe! Ordered the tom kar (coconut seafood soup), spicy catfish, and two iced thai teas: the tom kar was delicious coconut with lime ‍ and lemongrass and bay leaves, seasoned to perfection! They were also very generous with the seafood, and there was a variety such as mussels, shrimp, fish, and more! They also gave a lot of mushrooms! It also had tomatoes and baby corn! Overall very tasty and would get it again! The Thai teas were refreshing! The spicy catfish took a little longer to come out, but it was definitely worth the wait! Lightly fried, giving it a nice crisp, but also soft on the inside! They also cooked it in a sauce that made it even more so tasty! Looking forward to coming back soon!

Amazing Chicken satay with peanut sauce. And Pad Woon Sen with jumbo shrimps.

It's been a long time since I've been here. Maybe even before pandemic. They've since updated a little bit. I know they're trying but none of the interior decorations have anything to do with Thailand. However the food was delicious as always. I have the Pad woon sen and Prik King. A cup of rice, not the greatest. Meats were overcooked. Service was alright. Price was pretty decent. $12.99 each of our a la carte.

This is my second time coming here. The food are delicious and excellent service. I got this time from lunch special Mint leaves chicken with fried rice come with salad. I got Thai tea and not too sweet perfect for me.

Honestly really good pad Thai. Recently moved to Walnut and didn't know this place existed until exploring the neighborhood. Also tried the Sukiyaki pan-fried noodles which were slightly tangy and sweet but in a good way. The pad Thai had Asian QQ texture and was flavorful without being too sweet I'm glad I found this spot!

One of the best Thai food! I would rate this better than banana bay. Good , friendly service and nice ambiance!

The new owner is definitely doing something right. The Pad Thai, Pad See Ew and Shrimp Fried Rice were all mouthwateringly delicious and bursting with flavor. The seasoning was spot on and each bite felt like a dance in your mouth. The chili and tiny green peppers added an extra layer of depth and boldness. The portions were generous and the customer service was excellent.

I walked in to order takeout and was out within 15 min. Service was super friendly and made sure I had everything such as sauce as utensils while packing my order and did so carefully to make sure no sauce or juice spilled in the transit home. I got the green curry with tofu and pork larb & both were delicious & seasoned well with the perfect amount of spicy. I'll definitely be back to try in person next time. :)

    Mango sticky rice

I stumbled across this place on my lunch break, and it exceeded my expectations. Walked in and it was empty but the vibes were great! Calming music and cute interior. My host/server was very kind and took my order right away. I ordered the yellow curry chicken lunch special and mango sticky rice. The lunch special was almost $14 and includes a main dish, rice, salad, and egg roll. A steal! The salad and egg roll were phenomenal! The curry and rice were great too but the curry was just a tad too sweet for my liking. I got the mango sticky rice on a whim, and it stole the show! SO GOOD and they had a basket of mangoes near the front so you can see that they're ripe and fresh. I will definitely be back!

I found a hidden gem in walnut and I'm really surprised about their taste and quality!! Every dish is really delicious and tastes authentic. I'm glad that there's a good Thai food in walnut and would definitely recommend to my other friends! The price is also really affordable.

Very pleasant experience…read more Went on a Friday around 6:30 PM. When you walk in, the first thing you see is a waitlist where you write down your name and number. The young woman working immediately acknowledged us before we even finished writing our info down and asked how many were in our party. We said two, and she told us to go ahead and start building our bowls. The concept is pretty cool and very straightforward. You grab a bowl and tongs, then walk through the different sections choosing your ingredients. They had a good variety of veggies, noodles, meats, seafood, tofu, etc. Pricing is by weight at $15.99/lb. Once you finish building your bowl, you head to the cashier where they weigh it and you choose your broth and spice level. The broth selection was surprisingly huge, around 15 options if I remember correctly. I got the Tom Yum broth mild spice, and my girlfriend got the Organic Miso mild spice. We also added jasmine green tea and white rice for $1.99 each. After ordering, they give you a table number and you can head over to the self-serve sauce station while your food is being prepared. The sauce bar had ponzu, sesame oil, soy sauce, sriracha, Tabasco, scallions, cilantro, red onion, satay sauce, shallots, minced garlic, chili powder, chili oil, and more. The soups came out quickly and were served over a live flame at the table, which was a nice touch. Both broths were excellent. Even at mild spice, there was still a pleasant kick. The broth itself had good body and flavor and didn't taste watery at all. Service was also great. The server checked on us consistently, kept drinks refilled, and was attentive without hovering. The restaurant itself is pretty small, maybe around 8 tables, but it felt cozy rather than cramped. Nice interior, comfortable temperature, clean setup, and the vibe was relaxing. They were playing bossa nova versions of 2000s and modern hits which honestly fit the atmosphere perfectly. Definitely a spot I'd come back to. Great value, fun experience, and genuinely good hot pot.

Today, my coworkers finally persuaded me to give it a try since the weather is cooler & I feel very silly now. The exterior and interior decor of this place is on point with the bold red and lanterns. It really sets the mood. Service was exceptional during lunch (wasn't too busy). The staff helped change out dirty plates often. Everything was clean. They were helpful in explaining the AYCE menu. The only problem I experienced is how slow the virtual menu was to load and long buffers between each click. At one point it stopped working to reorder so the waitress had to do it manually anyway. We got the half tomato (light spice) and half spicy soup (mild) base and both were really good! I might upgrade to med next time. The meat quality was great, esp the 1 wagyu plate per person that comes with AYCE. Surprisingly the fatty beef was so tender as well. Even the mala beef didn't hurt going in...or out. The bellflower veggie is a must try. Never had this crunchy vegetable before. Love the self serve bar with so many desserts and Chinese chips options.

The AYCE meats and appetizers were solid, and both broths we tried were flavorful. The spicy miso had a nice kick while the mushroom broth was delicious and comforting. When you walk in, it's super open and spacious, and honestly for an all-you-can-eat spot, the pricing is SO good. The best part? It's usually never packed and we never wait. Every five minutes (not exaggerating), the servers were checking in asking if we wanted to order more meat. I felt seen. I felt supported. I felt encouraged to eat more. And the best part? They refilled our tom yum & tomato soup, with the exact same soil base! Usually other hotpot spots would refill their normal bone broth, but they literally filled tom yum & tomato, which was amazing There are PLENTY of tables and so many protein options: Vegetarians? Covered -- all kinds of tofu. Seafood lovers? Shrimp, fish, mussels, clams. Meat lovers? You already know. Noodle section + veggie bar (which we bravely avoided to save room for meat). Unlimited rice. And the sauce station? Elite. Hubby and I are very saucy people, and the make-your-own sauce bar is dangerous in the best way. So many ingredients to mix and match -- it's basically a personality test in condiment form. As of February 2026 pricing: * $30.99 cash * $32.23 with card (3% surcharge) * Kids under 40 inches = FREE * 40-50 inches = about $13.99 And the cherry on top? Complimentary ice cream. With refills. Yes, REFILLS. Flavors included vanilla, strawberry, ube, cookies & cream, and rainbow sherbet. We absolutely went back for seconds because we have no self-control.
