It took awhile until someone came from the back to greet us but once we were seated we ordered quickly and the food also came reasonably quick. We were a bit disappointed that their rice flat noodle because they were soggy and broken into many small pieces. The taste on both pad Thai and pad see ew were okay. The meat quality could be better coz they were a bit dry. Papaya salad was not bad and we like the chicken satay peanut sauce and cucumber salad. Cozy Thai is my absolute favorite Thai restaurant! It is so yummy & authentic. The staff is so nice and they are always very quick with getting our orders in. I had such a great experience today when I brought in my best friend from out of town she absolutely loved the food. We shared a Tom Kha soup & pad Thai (which was on the lunch special!!). During my time at the restaurant I spotted a beautiful rainbow outside the window of the restaurant.. what a treat! For our most recent meal, we ordered: Small Tom Kha w/ Chicken (5/5)- The small size is enough for two small bowls. The soup is packed with chicken, mushrooms, and some tomatoes. I love the creamy tangy soup and sometimes add additional lime juice to bump up the tanginess. Pad Thai w/ Chicken (4/5)- The Pad Thai was generously portioned. The dish was mostly noodles, chicken, and egg. I would prefer more bean sprouts and carrots to add more texture to the dish. Regardless, the flavor for the dish was pretty good. Spicy Noodle w/ Chicken (5/5)- The Spicy Noodle aka Pad Kee Mao also came with a generous portion. This was the best dish that we ordered. We loved the spiciness of the stir-fried mixture of wide rice noodles, chicken, bell pepper, bean sprout, egg, mushroom, and onion. We've been coming here before we moved to North Fontana. Since we're in the area a few days back, we've decided to have lunch here at Cozy Thai. As usual, the food is delicious. But what's exceptional is our server, Usa (yooh-sah), she was very helpful and anticipated our needs. She made great suggestions as to dishes that we should try. We ordered our favorites and ordered some of her suggestions. They were fantastic. Usa also accommodated us by making suggestions on our drinks. My wife and daughter wanted some Thai tea but had different tastes. My daughter got the regular Thai tea but for my wife, Usa suggested to separate the milk and asked my wife to just add small amounts of milk to her liking. It worked! My wife just added a little bit of milk and it was the right taste for her. We will definitely continue to visit whenever we are in the West Covina area. Thank you very much, Usa. read more

This is a belated review~I have visited This Thai Restaurant several times upon phone orders for taking out dinner. I learned that their Yellow Coconut Chicken Curry Rice has been extremely juicy! On top of that dish, I like their Chicken Satay appetizer. I'll have to return here for another dose of their Chicken Satay soon because it's been awhile since we have been going to the Inland Empire region a lot lately due to Ontario Mills' Outlet trips.
