I paid 40 bucks for two items - Pad Thai and Masaman Curry with chicken. Both were excellent. The curry was relatively sweet compared to other ones I've had, but it was still very flavorful, and the portion was generous. Pad Thai was one of the best I've had. Five stars for flavor, minus one star for being the highest priced pad Thai around.

I had it with their special brown rice - it's been so long since I dined in at the old location that I can't remember what makes it unique, but it is delicious with a wonderful tooth to it - it was perfectly cooked. I get the food delivered. I eat. But when the restaurant gets it wrong, I can't just call the restaurant and ask them to make it over and send it along. I can't even call and say I'll drive all the way in town to pick up a correctly made order. No. I have to call the delivery service and negotiate with them over what to do about it. My service wouldn't order a replacement and have it delivered on their dime because it's not their fault and it costs them money to engage a driver who would not get a tip. They will only refund the money on the portion of the order that is wrong. In this case, $20 of a $65 order, not counting the service fees and tip AND I go without dinner. All because this restaurant couldn't read the four important words on the order that made it edible to me. After waiting for 40 minutes, I had no food and neither the restaurant or delivery service can do anything about the simple error by someone who didn't pay attention to their job. When I'm busy, I'll pick around the dish just to get something out of it but this was slathered in the stuff I cannot eat, so it had to be trashed. It did not look appetizing, like it was the last of a batch they made earlier today and wanted to get rid of it and hoped no one would notice. The rest of the order did not sit well with the rest of the party. For what we paid, it was mediocre - tasteless and slimy. Even the fortune cookies were stale. It was strike three for this restaurant because the people on the order all had problems with the restaurant and delivery.
