Service, beautiful! Ambiance, as top of charts as it has been for over thirty years, the food, never disappoints and is always delicious and prepared with care. I cannot tolerate greasy foods, but I sure need I food to have a spicy kick. Bangkok Village never disappoints. The service and atmosphere is calm, professional, friendly, conducive to having a great dining experience.

Had a phenomenal dinner at Bangkok with my friend! Highly recommend this yummy place for Thai food. Service was impeccable as well! Ambiance of the place is dim lit and it's a clean place.

We visited this place over the weekend with family. We went on Saturday around 745-8 pm for dinner. The place is kind of small for seating and dining in. However there weee two empty tables that would have accommodated party of 5. I had a 3 year old with me, still we were asked to wait for 15 min for no reason. After seating, the service was extremely poor, the server messed up our order and we waited for almost 35 min after placing the order. When we received the order the server told us the kitchen is closing in 5 min so we kind of had to rush if we wanted more food or any dessert. It was extremely disappointing. Food quality was decent. Service: 2/10 Food: 6/10 Ambience: 6/10

Been awhile since we visited. We made last minute reservations over the phone with a very nice young man. The place is small... 11-12 tables that can sit 2-4 people. Not good for big groups. Quaint. Nicely decorated. SERVICE: Service was friendly but we felt a little rushed. I also noticed they wouldn't sit a party of two who walked in because there were no tables for just two available. But there were tables for 4 open. I didn't think that was appropriate. FOOD: Ordered dumplings, shrimp Pad Thai, pepper steak, and basil chicken. First 3 dishes - 5 stars. Delicious, especially the Pad Thai. Basil Chicken - 4 stars. I thought the presentation of the food was also quite nice. Overall, my rating for this visit is a 4. Would recommend and will be back!

Bangkok Village has some pretty great Thai food! The restaurant itself is on the smaller end, so getting seating is a bit difficult if you go at peak hours. My favorite options are the Pad Thai and the spicy basil noodles! I'd recommend going during their lunch special:)

Searching for a dine in Asian restaurant brought us here. Thank you Yelp! The inside is small and clean. We were seated quickly and brought menus. The shrimp coconut soup prepared spicy had a good flavor. I was hoping for more shrimp but I would order it again just on the flavor of the broth. Delicious The larb also had a great flavor. Not overly sauced but not dry, it was a great balance. Ordered medium it had a nice little kick. It had a lot of red onion in it. I finished by ordering the Bangkok style shrimp fried rice ordered one step below Thai spicy. It delivered in the heat department!!! So tasty and full of genuine Thai flavor. This also had kernels of corn in it which was a nice textural surprise. I would definitely recommend this dish and this restaurant. Fairly priced for what you get and attentive service. Parking was a little difficult. We wound up in the free parking deck across the street.

Does BV offer noodles made with beans or lentils? If yes, are they steamed or fried? Second, is there any peanut sauce offered without any green or red chillies in it?

Thank you for your question. The Bangkok Village does offer a bean thread noodle which is stir fried. Our peanut sauce is made with red chile, but it is very mild, not spicy. I hope your questions have been answered to you satisfaction. Please come…

Do they have any dishes or curries especially seafood one without alcohol in the ingredients?

Hi Mehreen, To answer your question, yes. Most of our entree's have no alcohol in them. The exceptions are the "ginger" dishes which are made with a small amount of cherry wine for flavor. These dishes may be ordered without the alcohol added.

Do they have a gluten free menu and/or are they knowledgeable about which dishes contain gluten?

Sorry for taking too long to answer your question. We do have gluten free items on our menu. They are not marked as such, however the servers should be able to help you. The transparent noodles and pad thai noodles are rice based. But be sure to ask…

It was just enough. Not much I would want to change. Maybe I would ask for a little more heat. I also tried a little of my friends pad Thai with beef. The beef was a little tough, but overall not bad. I liked that the dish was not dry at all. From the Thai dishes, I would say that the food is pretty good. I wouldn't go out of my way for it, but would come back if I was in the area. Some of the sushi rolls seemed to be a bit pricy in my opinion, but maybe I'll try one next time just to try it.
