The food was delicious and the servers were so warm and welcoming. The food is prepared fresh and is brought out quick. The vibe of the restaurant is so cute. Again the staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is amazing. The food is so good I highly recommend this place.

Let's Eat Thai Cuisine is a decent little Thai restaurant located in the La Mesa Shopping Center strip mall next door to Manning Florist and the Albuquerque Flower Market. There's a large shared parking lot for free parking. All seating is indoors. There are booths and standalone tables, so patrons in wheelchairs won't have any issues. I tried the pineapple fried rice and the pad Thai. The pineapple fried rice was served in a hollowed-out pineapple with fresh pineapple pieces. I enjoyed the raisins and cashews in it, and it had a good consistency, not being too oily or too dry. I'd order it again. The pad Thai was very bland and a disappointment. Both my friend and husband also thought the dish was a boring, tepid entree. It isn't something I'd get there again. Overall, it's a decent restaurant, but there are better options in the city. If you do go, steer clear of the pad Thai unless you like unimaginable noodles without much flavor.

The food here never disappoints. I've yet to have a bad meal or even question my choice. Service is friendly and attentive and the spice level is great, I recommend the extra thai hot

Ordered take out. First time customers. Long time lover of Thai food. While the food was not bad the portions on the "Veggie Delight" which barely filled 1/3 of the container. The Tom kha gai had good flavor BUT it was almost all broth and little meat or mushrooms or other ingredients. The papaya salad tasted good. They put it in a styrofoam container not liquid container so it leaked out everywhere. The Pad Thai was not bad nor was it good- without much flavor, at least it filled the container I spent

Delivered by Uber Eats. Pad Kee Mow was tasty and had a nice spicy kick that had me properly sweating but the amount of beef was somewhat disappointing. The mango sticky rice portion was about the size of a deck of cards for almost $9. And the rice was overcooked and mushy- not soft and chewy like it should. The mango must've not been ripe because it wasn't very sweet but it seemed like they roasted it (maybe to bring out more sweetness?). Overall just overpriced. Maybe a sign of the economy. I've noticed most restaurants have cut back the portions and especially portion of meat. Not sure I would order from here again.

The staff was very friendly and the food was great. I had the pad thai and it was delicious.

Underwhelmed and Disappointing... and truly worthy an 'Albuquerque Five Star' (A standard rating given to any new restaurant opening in Albuquerque) After our go to 'Thai Restaurant' closed, the search for a replacement began. After reading views decided to give Lets' Eat Thai Cuisine" a go. In all fairness I refrain from reviewing anyplace after a first visit thus eliminating any preconceived expectations. We ordered a second time, the first time 15 October and again last night 6 Nov. Both times we selected the same items: Pad Kee Mow/Chicken (SP5), Green Curry/Chicken/Hot (C1), 'Homemade' Eggroll (A1). Here is where the disappointment began... Eggrolls - Appeared to be anything but homemade. Everything was too consistent, uniform and lacked any variation in size, shape, filling to be homemade. In fact, I have purchased the similar, if not the exact eggrolls at Costco. Portion size... Honestly, they were extremely small for the price paid. The Pad Kee barely filled a standard 8x8 to-go container halfway on 6 Nov, and slightly larger portion the first time. There was a small about of leftovers the first time and no leftovers last night. The Green Curry, filled a deli size plastic quart container by half at best. Again, no leftovers last night. Taste... Eggrolls - bland, frozen poor attempt to pass off as "homemade" Pad Kee Mow/Chicken - the noodles were cooked well. Chick was so finely minced it was difficult to distinguish between it and the egg and bamboo shoots. The spice was perfect and added to the dish Green Curry/Chicken - The taste of the spicy green curry was flavorful. A perfect blend of coconut milk, green curry, and an expect amount of heat. Unfortunately, that is where it ends. The container primarily consisted of curry broth. The amount of chicken and vegetable was a minimum, at best. The green beans were wilted and slightly passed their prime, while the red bell pepper was crisp, it was also scarce. Bamboo shoots were plentiful, and the sweet basil appeared to be an after thought and just tossed in. The search for a 'new' Thai restaurant continues...

    Roll of lettuce for $7.95
    Victoria L.

Dishes on sweet side. Fresh rolls are nothing more than a roll of lettuce . 1 shrimp cut in half x2 for $7.95. They charged me for 4 pieces. Clear noodle yum sun Sen was too sweet. Normally should have some spice and a bit tangy. Mango sticky rice is ok and coconut was very watery

I started with a Thai iced tea, which was absolutely delicious--perfectly sweet and creamy, and very refreshing. For an appetizer we ordered the potstickers, which came out hot and crispy with a tasty dipping sauce that paired really well with them. For my entrée I had the fried rice with tofu, and it was excellent. The rice had great flavor and texture, and the tofu was cooked nicely with a good mix of vegetables. My husband ordered another noodle soup dish that looked amazing as well--it had a flavorful beef broth, noodles, and herbs that smelled incredible. Overall, the food was delicious and the experience was really enjoyable. If you're looking for Thai food in Albuquerque, Thai Spice is definitely worth a visit. Five stars all the way!

The pineapple fried rice was the perfect balance spicy, sweet and savory. The rice had the perfect texture and the perfect balance of flavors, I just don't think anyone could have made it any better. I'm absolutely addicted, I feel the exact same way about the pad Thai as I do the fried rice. It's hard to say which one is my favorite dish here. The pad Thai had a little sweet too but not too much, just enough to really make all the other flavors come home. I have very rarely had a better pad Thai than this anywhere. It is a contender for every some of LA's best Thai food. The drunken noodles / pad see ew. Is good, really good actually. Not quite the same sentiment as the other two but I thought it was great and I would definitely be willing to eat it again. The only criticism I have is I wish their phone customer service wasn't on the weird side. I called and the lady first told me they don't have delivery, I asked her directly and said "not even on Uber Eats or DoorDash? Then she said maybe our website might have an option, so I went on there, it was some unknown third party company I never heard of. I was a little hesitant to put my card on it but I really wanted to try Thai spice so I took the chance, Sure enough the driver arrived on time; food was hot, and I enjoyed my experience. Hopefully their employees learn what they are able to do so the next customer doesn't walk away.

You are asked to tip before you receive service. tipping is supposed to be base on quality of service. You do receive table service once your food is ready. The menu has changed as well. We loved the jerky and sticky rice, now gone! Fish cakes is new but it was too chewy and dry with little flavor. Shrimp cocktail and dumplings were good. This was the only Thai restaurant in town that served good Thai rice noodle soup similar to pho. Sadly it's no longer the case. It was bland! Traditional beef soup included meatballs, now gone. They also charge ridiculous prices for some add-ons such as crushed peanuts $2.00 per order!! Really, for 2 ppl we could have bought a whole jar. Service ended up being good especially since we were the only patrons. I low balled the tip at time of order and ended up giving additional tip in cash. Sadly to say, it's off our list of favorite restaurant in town. Probably will not go back.

What I loved is that they spared no expense on ingredient quality, they even used cashews rather than cheaper nuts like peanuts. Each veggie was cooked perfectly and they actually put tomato which I've never had in fried rice but man it was good! Believe it or not the pad Thai was only 5/10, not too bad; nothing to write home about. I was surprised about that since every other item blew my socks off. For the price, you would expect much higher quality food. However, when every dish cost $21 after tax, it is definitely not worth the price. Most of the dishes are dripping with oil. For example, some of the noodle and curry dishes are literally sitting in a tub of oil. The orange chicken uses frozen, perfectly cubed pieces of chicken. I wish they used the actual pieces of chicken, again as the price you pay does not attest to the quality. Red curry is ok but the flavor is very mild. Chicken satay is quite dry and needs all the sauce it can get. Sticky rice mango is a pitiful portion for the price. They even promote fraudulent advertising by showing a giant portion of sticky rice mango with an entire mango on their menu, however, the portion you get is less than half of one mango. It is extremely fraudulent/false advertising. Another issue overall is that the restaurant adds a 3% credit card surcharge. They have signs in the restaurant stating that the credit card companies are charging the customers this extra surcharge. This is again patently false. Credit card companies charge a surcharge to businesses who wish to accept credit cards. This is a normal cost of doing business, and this should definitely not be passed on to the customers as the prices at this restaurant are already at an all-time high. Also, as other reviewers have pointed out, apparently the restaurant charges this on debit cards as well, which is again, entirely fraudulent as debit cards do not charge any transactional fees. Lastly and probably the biggest issue is when they miss items in your order. For example, at the restaurant, I ordered a dessert along with my meal. At the end, it was discovered that the dessert never actually arrived, however, I was charged for it. The restaurant refunded the dessert, however, they only refunded the amount prior to the 3% credit card surcharge that they charged me. This means, the restaurant did not refund the extra 3% That they charged me originally for the dessert! They got to keep an extra 3% of money for intentionally messing up an order which again is fraudulent. This is something that will have to be filed with the FTC as who knows how many others they have scammed out of 3% in the past. Overall, I would highly suggest avoiding this restaurant due to the food quality being poor, the prices being quite high, the extra credit/debit card surcharges, and the fraudulent activity if the restaurant has to provide a refund.
