It's the only time I've actually ever chosen to finish the broth after eating the noodles. Banh mi - Always been a sucker for banh mi and I came in hungry so this was the second part of my meal. Thoughts? First the pork is seasoned and cooked to perfection , in fact it might be some of the best pork I've had however my only criticism is the mayo because everything else was perfect. We had the chance to speak with the owner who was so kind- his family is born and raised in Vietnam and he came to America when he was young. So he knows his cultures food truly, and it showed. He told us the broth is completely homemade, with all real and whole ingredients and stews for 24 hours before it's served. I could tell that it tasted different from most other broths I have tried. And all I can say it that was it absolutely divine. It warmed your soul in a special way that only good, homemade with love cooking can. Everything we tried was just spectacular. Between the delicious food and getting to hear the owner & his wife's story, this place is truly a little treasure that's on my favorites list of restaurants I've been to.

The Pho isn't my favorite because it doesn't include all of the garnishes that you usually receive in a sit-down restaurant. My husband and I have tried the beef and the chicken pho and we both agree that the beef pho is the more flavorful of the two.
