I also think their fried rice could use some work, and I think some items, like their custard buns, could have come from the frozen section. Now in terms of the not so great, while we understand that Hunan roasted pork comes with pork belly which can be fatty, many of the pork belly pieces in this dish were pretty much all fat with no lean meat (basically inedible) which I have not seen in this dish at other restaurants.
