I really enjoyed this bar. It is on the top floor of the Adventura Hotel which is a Universal Studio property. The staff gave us a food menu and we ordered and I can say the food is actually good. I can't say that for all Universal related restaurants. Unfortunately for us the wind kicked up shortly after food was delivered and once we were done we left. It was a little bit overwhelming. I actually heard the bartender tell other staff "watch everyone is going to leave" and she was right a majority left. The view is nice but just not a lot to see in the area. This is a great place for group or couples looking for a little private conversation there is ample space available to sneak away. I wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the experience even more but we still had fun. read more

Let me start by saying that JOHN BURGER IS THE BEST EMPLOYEE IVE COME ACROSS! Before we even stepped onto the elevator to go up to the bar he was so helpful and he didn't stop. Wait staff was pretty slammed so he took it upon himself to get us out drinks, menus, take our order and even get us better seats while also helping around the bar! Was good overall, service could have been better. Was $70 for 2 people. The view is amazing, at 9:00 you can see fireworks from other parks. If the service was a bit better this would have been 5 stars for sure. read more

This 1 star is only for our waitress Grace. Let me preface by saying I had spent my 21st at this restaurant before & absolutely loved the experience. I came back for a second round & our waitress failed to provide us with the BASICS of good service. Our food was given to us by another waiter & since ordering she had not come to check on our food. She had no idea if our orders were right, if we needed water, and none of us had utensils. Not to mention, my friend was missing a plate of fried rice (which never came out bc she forgot to put it in) , we called a manager over to figure out this situation & he kindly said he'd take her rice off the order and take it to go. Grace decided to only give her 20% off the order, leaving her to STILL pay for food she didn't even receive. THEN, she proceeded to laugh in our faces. It had to have been one of the most unprofessional and just unkind interactions i've had in a while. They know they are receiving 18% gratuity off the bat bc it's included, but that shouldn't excuse you from providing us with the BASICS of good service & kindness. read more

The food is not very good. Rice was dry and mac n cheese prime rib served without chutney after asking for it 2 times (not including when I ordered.) and the bread was over cooked on edges. the strawberry on my Daqueri was rotten. Not kidding. The service was not great. After the waiter screwed up the chutney he walked by 5 times without checking on us. Very disappointed. The atmosphere is amazing! 360 views. Must see. We love this Bar! We are local Universal pass holders and are out quite a bit in the area. We were thrilled to finally get a rooftop bar on our side of town. This is a great place to unwind after a day in the parks. But it is also a great place for celebrations...as we learned last night. My twin sister and I celebrated our 40th there last night. We had about 45 people pass through between 6-11pm. The staff was amazing! They roped off an area for us and gave us 2 dedicated servers. I only had to make eye contact and a drink appeared in my hand. It was super easy for our big group to order food and drinks as desired. The dj was awesome as well. He even hopped out on the dance floor to show us how to dance...lol! I highly recommend you have your next big celebration here! read more

Worst service I've experienced...perhaps ever. The bar was not crowded, but I had to ask for someone to take our drink order. We finally found someone to take our meal order, and he brought one of two meals. We asked for napkins and were given one for the table. No silverware until we asked. The food we did get was puckeringly salty. A double screwdriver was $24. A little steep in my estimation. It's a lovely setting but not worth the lack of service. I cannot recommend it. read more

After that we sat in a table, and it took a while to get someone taking care of us, then we notice a better table available (we were 5 people with 4 seats) we asked our server if we could move and she said yes. The table was dirty but we understand it because a group just leaved and we switched right away. But then the busser came and asked if the items on the table we ours, we said no and he left without cleaning the table. It took around 10 minutes to get the table clean. When we got our drinks and food we didn't got napkins or utensils and water that we also ordered. One of my friends has to go and asked for it. In our time there, Grace just came to check on us one time, we wanted to order more items but since it took forever to be noticed we just asked for the check. Also and most important of all they had a RACIST behavior. This place was awesome! The atmosphere was perfect. Looking out onto Orlando from the roof was such a wonderful backdrop for the phenomenal food and drinks. Our server AJ was the icing on our good time. He was so helpful answering all of our questions, and not just about the menu but also about the parks. He was so much fun. My friends and I can't wait to go back again! We ate the bao buns and the meat & cheese plate and will definitely be getting those in round 2. read more

Yo, so the bartender just went down to the Starbucks in the lobby of the hotel (17 floors down) to get a shot of espresso to make a espresso martini for my wife. This place was recommended to us recently while visiting FL. What amazing potential!!! Unfortunately, the staff is not capitalizing on that potential. We arrived, grabbed a table and were promptly greeted. My wife and I ordered a bottle of wine and the kids ordered some drinks and an appetizer. After about 30 minutes, we went to the bar and grabbed the bottle of wine ourselves because our supposed waiter was clearly not paying attention! Apps came about 15 minutes later and I had to go find silverware. We ordered some more items from the menu, one being a salad for the vegetarian in the group. About 30 minutes later our food came out. Unfortunately, the salad was prepared with bacon (for the 13 year old vegetarian in the group). She didnt realize it until she had already eaten some. When we spoke to our waiter about it, he said "That salad comes with bacon on it". We consulted the menu and nowhere did it say bacon in the ingredients! The 13 year old was obviously upset and this establishment did little but blame us for not inherently knowing that the salad SHOULD come with meat! We ordered more food and drinks. Unfortunately, I had to leave because the whole experience was taking far too long and one of my kids was over it. I had ordered another of the korean chicken wings (which are amazing by the way) but after another 30-40 minutes they never came! Visited this place tonight and was highly disapointed. Had a few drinks and some appetizers with my wife. The appetizers were ok a bit pricey but tasty. Although the ambiance was nice and the food was ok the cost of parking $45 is ridiculously over priced! I will never go back and will tell everyone I know BEWARE. read more

Absolutely loved this lounge!!! I am definitely going back with friend and telling everyone I know about it! We went on a Saturday night around 10ish and hey have a dj that plays like top 40 charted music and some throw backs. It's a very relaxed vibe but also could be fancy.
