Me and my husband came in on a Saturday afternoon. Looking for somewhere to have a few drinks Natalie the owner and her staff are wonderful they have such good customer service very welcoming. The drinks are good and not overly priced, we had appetizers fried pickles ! We didn't try the burgers but they all looked really good! I have to say I was disappointed. This isn't what it's hyped up to be. Hate to be a downer. We were in Haven City Market looking for a place we hadn't tried. BurgerIM was close to the entrance and convenient, so we walked up. The girl at the counter wasn't too friendly or helpful. If you've been to Haven City Market, you know the layout. We grabbed a seat at the long table and waited for our food. The wait time wasn't bad. I ordered a cheeseburger combo. The burger itself was thin but had good flavor. The bun was cold and not toasted - straight from the fridge. That's a no-no in my book. Overall, it just tasted okay. Honestly, I'd much prefer In-N-Out to this. I didn't know which fries to choose from, so I went with the original. Who knew the original fries were like thin potato chips. That was a letdown as well. Maybe it's just personal preference, but this just isn't the place for me. read more

Came here to catch up with a friend, and I realized as we were in line to get wings that I hadn't had a burger in a really long time. So I came over here instead as they are right across from the wing place. They have several burgers you can choose from. But if you want to sample more than 1 burger, they have slider versions of them where you can try any 3 of their burgers. So I went with that option and was able to try several of their top burger options. They have a good selection of sides as well. I went with the garlic aioli fries. And they have an even better selection of beers as well. Tall cans, tap, and some mixed beers. Overall the food was really good. 3 sliders was just the right amount of food. Eqch had its own individual taste profile. The French fries with the garlic aioli sauce was really good, too. Fries were thin and crisp. The beer tasted amazing as well. Cold and refreshing. The only thing I didn't like was the cost. Came out to over $30. Dang inflation!! But overall the food was good. The drink was fantastic. Vibes are cool. Can sit and watch the games on their one of many flat screens. Customer service was cool, too. Which is what ultimately helped me to decide to give them 5 stars. read more

So all I had here was a Dole whip which by the way is just as good as Disneylands. My review is purely for the customer service. I was there on 3/27. Lo and behold, I had a female emergency. I asked the lady at the counter if she knew of any place that might sell what I needed, and she said she didn't know, but she had two female coworkers whom she would ask. One of the other ladies had what I needed. So grateful for a girl helping another girl out. I don't care what they sell. They could sell grilled baseball mitts. I've got to say, I'm glad I didn't when I paid. Lemon Peper wings are great but fries were cold because Alyssa kept ignoring my order as I saw it sit on the counter for several minutes. My friend and I went to Haven City Market and ended up choosing BurgerIM for food. Thankfully it wasn't too busy and we were quickly able to order our food. We both ended up getting burgers, but our cashier was very friendly to let us know about some different specials, like the duo. I ended up getting the Greek lamb, and the meat was very juicy. All of the flavors worked so well together in a familiar burger form. I also got it with a side of fries, which looked more like chips. I really enjoyed the flavors of them, as somebody that enjoys more of a crispy, crunchy fry. My friend got the angus beef and said that it was also juicy as well. Our only issues were keeping some of the ingredients in the burger from falling out! Seating should be pretty easy to find since it's all around, but I've only been to this area three times so far. Overall, it's a great place to stop by if you're feeling in the mood for some burgers, especially with the option of getting duos or trios if you can't decide on a specific burger! read more

4/11/25. Couldn't even enjoy a drink or the game because workers allowed a dog and its owner to be in the bar area despite constant barking. Burgerim is located in The Haven City Market Food Hall, towards the patio area. You'll find the bright welcoming orange and white colors! Parking at Haven City, is generally easy for the most part, as long as you're willing to walk when it does get busy. Their menu offers up a variety of burgers, ranging from traditional beef patty burgers and lamb or salmon patty burgers! I also love the fact that if you can't pick, you are given the option to order the Duo or the Trio. Which means you get either two or three little slider sized versions of the original sized burgers (3 oz. patties), depending on what you end up ordering. We ordered a salmon burger (for lent), and tried the Duo (lamb and Spanish beef). Accompanied by some delicious sides, and we had a feast! The salmon burger tasted very fresh and paired well with the pineapple and barbecue sauce. The Spanish Beef has a nice kick to it, and had a lovely flavor. Had to take out some of the jalapeños, cause I couldn't handle the fire! The lamb was my favorite, because of the fact that you can't get lamb burgers in other places, and that it was amazing! Highly recommend ordering the Duo or Trio, if it's your first time visiting, just so that you can try a bit of everything! read more

I was at Haven City Market yesterday, and I was so glad that I stopped in to Burgerim! I just love coming here as they have so many good places to eat and watch sports, such as this one! The atmosphere here, the decor/colors of the restaurant, and the overall layout of the place are all great. I had wonderful service at the cashier from Cailin. She was really kind and helpful! The other gal on the other side at the drink counter was really sweet and helpful as well. So sorry I forgot her name. I didn't get a big order, but what I had was so good. I enjoyed the order of 2 mini Angus burgers. Wow, were they packed with flavor! I loved the mouth-watering meat, cheese, pickles, tomato, lettuce, and sauce put on. Of course, I held the onions as I am allergic. I appreciated them making great burgers and getting my request right! I will definitely be coming back here again to eat more good stuff and to watch the hockey games. They have at least 4 TV's here! Highly recommend!!! read more

MID-TIER Burger w/ a neat little bar. The BurgerIM inside of Haven City Market is more of a drinking spot. They have $6 beer and some stools. It's a chill place to hang, it's not a party bar. I wish the food was better, the burger patties are delicious but they're overshadowed by a bun I could get at Burger King. The patty is also kinda skinny for what you pay for. I enjoyed the Bacon Cheese Mojos but all I could think about is how much better the mojos are at Shakey's Pizza. The mojos are more like thin potato dimes, they're tasty but I've had better. There's a self-serve fountain for soft drinks which is nice so I was happy I could get refills without haven't to go up to the register. The tables and seating for BurgerIM inside the hall are clean and well-kept. However, the seating outside which is designated for BurgerIM customers was very dirty and non of the employees came to clean up. The staff are okay, they were helpful and made sure our order was correct. I'd suggest visiting some of the other eateries at Haven City for food and returning here for a relaxing drink later. read more

For one, this is my second experience here. I don't really visit the Haven City Mall often but when I do, I like to get some good grub, and that is why I come here. The customer service is the best in this entire mall, at least that I have experienced. The one owner is a sweetheart and she is such a down to earth person. The ambiance here is so relaxed and fun. She and her husband have really took BurgeRim to a whole new level after the rebrand! Same great food but better experience! Definitely need to visit! Highly recommend! read more
