Helene and I both enjoy a good Chardonnay and "Wolffer's Pearl" is great, A chard with tremendous body and depth. We had the honor of being on a European Wine Cruise with the wine maker. Roman Roth [and his wife]. He had multiple wine dinners where we had an opportunity to try some of these new red and white wines and really took a liking to them. We joined their wine club as soon as we returned home so we'll have more to enjoy during the year. Let me be honest...
