I'd give this place 3.5 stars. Solid, low key spot in Whole Foods to drop by for a casual beer and decently priced food. Service is always friendly, food is pretty good, and this place surprisingly gets packed during evenings towards the later part of the week. The bar seating is limited but they also have a good number of regular tables. Whole Foods customers who pick up quite bites from other service counters in the store also bring their food to this area to eat as well. Get the burger! Buffalo wings are a great deal and tasty as well. read more

I've eaten here twice now and both times the food was really good. I'm used to the whole foods restaurant at the Henderson, Nevada location. When I first came to this whole foods, I noticed that this eatery is an airstream that's been cut in half. Way cool! While they have the same menu for the most part as the Henderson, Nevada location, the items I have ordered at this location come out slightly different, and definitely better tasting! There are local brews on tap as well, service the first time was just OK, the woman that helped me seemed a bit preoccupied. Service the second time was awesome and friendly, the guy that was helping me made great suggestions and let me sample a few beers before I selected on one that complemented my meal perfectly. Definitely looking forward to eating here on future shopping trips to Whole Foods! read more

Honestly, this place is one of my favorite places to enjoy a drink, eat good food, and meet up with friends and family. I am here about 3-4 times week, and sometimes consecutive Friday and Saturday night. I've heard that not all Whole Foods have a bar like Rincon, but I am glad that ours does. It makes such a different when I just want to have dinner in a casual dining place and be able to drink a nice cold beer straight from the beer aisle. My favorite perks about Rincon are the following: Daily deals from Monday-Friday. The ones I'm familiar with is Wings+Beer Mondays, Burger+Beer Wednesday, Fish & Chips +Beer Fridays, which are usually about $10 or $12, which is honestly a deal when you're getting a meal and a pint of beer of your choice. Another popular deal, is the $5 Wine Wednesday. I recently tried out their Fish & Chips, and it was delicious! And with the side of fries. Bring in your purchased beer or wine, which my family and I do often. And the staff can take the rest of the beers that aren't open and keep them in the fridge to keep them cold. Bring in your food. What we like to do often, is buying a nice juicy piece of meat, preferably a ribeye, they cook to your liking, buying the sides, and enjoying this delicious dinner at Rincon. They food selection is also really good. They have a big selection to chose from. Whether it's form their food menu, their meat market, or their food market made, there is always something for anyone, and you can bring them all into Rincon. Last thing I wanted to mention is service and staff. I see some very negative reviews on here, and yes i understand their frustration, but they are probably the customers that were there just once and never gave them another try. But yes, I've been here where the servers were swamped, tables not cleaned or tended to, and felt completely ignored. But I know they do there best to try and get to everyone. And although it's always perfect, service has always been consistently good. They are kind and friendly. Overall, I recommend this place for some drinks before a movie or a show at Levity, or to just have a nice casual dinner. Avoid coming during the peek hours, which will usually be Friday nights. I wouldn't be surprised if I'll be here tomorrow. I love and enjoy this place! read more

This place was a 5 star before the pandemic. Full of energy and you would be able to eat and buy beer and drink and eat. A total place to hangout and and have a beer. Joanie, Brian, and Jackie back in the day were the Best! But the new guy. Well he kind of sucks. I went last night. We asked for the special 12 dollars chicken sandwich and fries with a beer. The Mrs. ordered a beer that the bartender recommended. Thinking it was part of the 12 dollar deal. Well guess what. It wasn't. My wife who is not a large lady. Said after her meal. I'm still hungry. I agreed we went else where to not be hungry. We got the chicken sandwich. All I could say is. Wow! Literally there was more bbq sauce on the sandwich than anything else. Hardly any chicken. It's like they took a leg off a rotisserie chicken and that's it. I asked about the beers that came with the 12 dollar meal. They were out of all of what I'd call good beers. Only mango cart was left. Nice and fruity. I would go to another place and eat instead of this place. My recommendation would be a place where you can hangout with your dog. My friends and I just found out about this place by accident while strolling around Whole Foods and it is a good find! This small section inside Whole Foods is great (although not too great for alcoholics). It's a well functioning bar with a good selection of foods and a variety of beers on tap to choose from. What my friends and I really like is the fact that you can eat and drink produce that you bought from the store at the bar. Buy a six pack and pizza, then have a sticker labeled "paid" on them and bam! Have a good time at the bar with your friends. The staff could be better, but you wouldn't care with having your money's worth and getting tipsy. I expected so much more from this place being that it's inside a Whole Foods. I love Whole Foods' deli, cafe, and salad bar so when I saw that they now had a gastropub I thought h*** yes! I ordered the nachos as a starter but even when shared amongst 2 people it's a lot of food so I ended up having it as entree. My boyfriend ordered the Rincon burger medium rare. The burger was brought well done and it was really your ordinary diner burger. Nothing special. Same with the nachos. Great ingredients, quality food but overall taste wise it just ok. Nothing to really come back for; next time I'll stick to ordering from the deli. They do however carry Nitro Milk Stout which is amazing. Last Saturday, my husband and I were in for some lunch and a few beers. Unknowingly, a man sat down at the bar and apparently became fixated on me. The bar tender, Susan, noticed this and was immediately on alert to keep an eye on him. Next thing we know he was in our face yelling and begin verbally abusive. Susan jumped into action and threw him out as well as called collection security to escort him away. She completely came to our rescue and made us feel so much better about the experience. The manager quickly watched the video footage and determined he had gotten an emotional phone call minutes before and then snapped. (Possibly a phone call from an ex-wife?). Management came directly over to the bar to apologize and gave us a very unnecessary (but appreciated) gift card. This quickly has become my favorite local bar (as we live in Riverpark). Came here to try out their Monday special which is $10 for wings and a pint of any beer on tap. Got the buffalo flavor that comes with baby carrots and celery. Not as meaty and flavorful as Hooters wings but definitely a good deal for $10. Since Hooters is quite a drive I would come back here for this deal again on a Monday. I personally ordered the buffalo chicken Quesadilla $10 and garlic fries $4. Never did I expect that the Quesadilla was a humongous Quesadilla good enough to split with someone else. Bar Rincon has made some terrible hiring decisions recently, and the quality of food has also gone down. They have a new guy who is there more than others that doesn't take care of customers. He is too busy talking to other people and he seems to stress out the staff by making errors or ignoring people who have been waiting a long time just for some sort of acknowledgement. I have been on three separate occasions where this particular server has failed to even say anything to me let alone come in a timely manner to get my order. The food is also going down hill with what appears to be recent changes in the kitchen. The price of their burger special for instance has gone up but portion size has come down. It's not consistent either. They've added what I would imagine are cheaper ingredients such as buttered lettuce which tastes like dirt, and eliminated bacon jam on the burger. I used to frequent this place but have tapered down and prefer to spend my money elsewhere. Many great staff members are gone, and those who remain seem to be being mistreated by management. I've contacted corporate and was supposed to hear from a a manager but have not been able to get in touch with the appropriate person. They are conveniently never there when I call. read more

The food was awesome. We had a beyond burger (vegan) and cauliflower nachos (also vegan). Incredibly tasty. It was difficult to place our order, when we finally did, the waitress forgot to ring it in. 25 mins later, she let us know about the mistake and let us know or food would take another 10-15, but it would be on the house. In the meantime, we asked for water. Another waitress brought over a pint glass of simply room temp water. No ice, no lemon. Patrons around us had both. :( Good thing the food was excellent. By the time our our food arrived our onion rings were over fried with no flavor. I ordered a burger, the bun was rock hard. I almost broke a tooth. We waited and waited for our bill as several employees walked by totally ignoring the fact we wanted to pay our bill. We had to ask several servers for our bill. I had mentioned to our server that the hamburger bun was rock hard, he even picked it up and gestured that it was. I assumed they would knock a couple bucks off because I clearly didn't enjoy it, but no. My friends and I were so done, horrible service and gross food.
