Three stars because they work super quick to get your oil changed but they are on the pricey side and there's no waiting area so you kinda just stand around inside the store waiting. They also charge extra if you pay with a credit card and you get a free car wash with oil change but it expires within two weeks so ours went to waste bc of all the snow we've been having. The entire staffing is nice but I want to highlight Donaldo on the car wash crew. My vehicle had some bad stains from I don't even know what, and I brought it to his attention. He brought me right back around to the car scrubbed again, and put back through the wash cycle. It was nice to have a human interaction at a business; instead of trying to maximize on profit, he secured the service by ensuring my vehicle was indeed clean after exiting his car wash. Big shout out to Donaldo and the wash team! Could not be more grateful!! read more

They have lots of signs advertising oil changes for under $30. However, once you pull in they make all sorts of hard sells for add-ons you probably don't need. Example: they offer "synthetic" oil for an extra $30. Next thing you know they claim you "need" a fuel injection clean up, power cleaning of the oil system to clear sludge and so on... only to find your bill is suddenly approaching $300 and not the $30 you hoped to get out with. They offer you a "complimentary" car wash. In my case they stamped "gold" wash which allegedly included armor-all for the tires. When I asked for it the guy at the adjoining (co-owned) facility basically shooed me away saying that no armor-all for free washes! Avoid them like the plague and go for a regular Jiffy Lube or similar nationally affiliated franchise. read more

Worse spot ever. Paid $28 for platinum wash and when everything was done and I opened the door I found that there was a few wet spots on the rugs and that the door frame was dirty as if they never cleaned it. I let them know about it and they cleaned it up somewhat. I needed to pull out my own towel to clean the inner door frames and go around the car twice to wipe all the water spots. After 20 minutes driving back to manhattan. I walk out to see more water spots and dried blue water stains in the back of the car. Worse place. Save ur money and go somewhere else. Pretty quick oil change. I was offered synthetic oil but I politely declined. I was also shown how dirty my in cabin filter and air filter was. The in cabin could use a change but for $50 I could do it myself for cheaper. But I wasn't being bombarded by add ons like another reviewer said... I mean it's their job to sell their services... Doesn't mean you have to buy it. On a side note... The wash that is free with oil change is only an exterior wash. Unless you add on services or used synthetic oil, then it's full service... Good to know. That my be a deal breaker especially if there are other options around. read more

This place is extremely unprofessional and a complete rip off. A total disaster. The oil change was $20 more than the previous visit and they could not explain the up charge. In addition, the "free" car wash didn't include drying, armor oil on the dash, Windows, or wheels. We received a check in the mail that was totally bogus and held no value. Keep away from this place at all cost!!! To top it all off, I sent my daughter inside to buy a soda and they sold her a hot can from a broken refrigerator but claimed that the refrigerator was in working condition. Terrible customer service. Will never return. Future customers, avoid this speedy lube at all cost, the staff is unprofessional, undermining, and if you value your money spend it somewhere else. Very poor service. Rude and doesn't dry my car properly so later you can see more dirtier then it was before because the water was not dry off!! I would not recommend this car wash to anyone !! read more

We came in here.. We changed the Transmission (cbt) oil 3 months ago and they were pushing for us to change it again and flush the engine.. They where pushy about it even though we said we didn't need it. Upside is you get a free car wash. We also bought a dual car charger and an extra usb cable for our phones. The minute we got in the car we noticed it didn't work. We went inside only to exchange it for another two items that didn't work. After a week we came back to exchange it and we simply exchanged it for a steering wheel cover and an air freshener! We didn't have an issue with exchanging the items, but it was too much going back and forth. read more

I used to go there every other day for 2 years for a car wash when i first started going i like it but then again my car was brand new there wasent much to wash after a while i notice ALOT of spots they didnt vacuum or spots in car body and they dont dry the car well i always have to pull out my own rags to dry my own car when i just payed $33 for a VIP Wash. They dont live up to there price because if im paying $33 for a car wash i want a good job theres places that will do the same service for $20 so if paying more i expect a better job,if you go and make a complaint the car wash supervisor will complaint to you about going to make your complaint to management. read more

The so called 17 point check is a joke. The first thing they told me without even looking at the car was that it was leaking fluids. Yeah sure! Next they changed the oil without changing the oil filter, never checked the air filter or PCV filter, never checked the brake fluid. Took off the radiator cap befor the engine was cool and the engine was full of anti-freeze. Never checked tire pressure. So when they told me to pay I asked for the manager. Then the guy got nervous and wanted to know why. He didn't put up a fuss since i'm 6'8" and weigh 340. The manager came and I told him all that was not done. They have security cameras and they saw I was right. I was refunded the 33 dollars and given a car wash on the house. Don't go there, its a scam to get your money that's all. And some drivers tell me that sometimes they loosen things up if your not watching. Its a ripoff. read more
