She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by asking for the part and told me I should have waited for a confirmation email before coming in. I understand that businesses have procedures, but there were more employees than customers in the store--only about four customers total--so there was no reason for such poor customer service. A simple explanation delivered with a positive attitude would have made all the difference. I chose to pay more for the part specifically because I wanted to support a local business instead of ordering it online. Instead, I left feeling like I was treated as a nuisance rather than a customer. After reading many of the other reviews, I can understand why people have had similar experiences. Unfortunately, I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this business based on the way I was treated

This was my 2nd time in the store and it will be my final. I have never had someone accuse me of stealing, especially with no reason to do so. It was an honest mistake. End all be all, Greg (the floor manager) clearly hates women, not to mention I'm 8 months pregnant - he confiscated my item (because he couldn't confirm that I didn't take it off the shelf - even though I didn't go near that isle) and refused to refund my $7. He claims because it was in a bag he could not confirm that I didn't take the item that day and "his count was off". Pretty much I walked in and was robbed myself. As my wife and I entered the store we were happily greeted by Cat. That put my wife and I in a way better mood because we didn't even want to be there but we had to get a project done.
