Just bought a Weber Genesis E-210 grill from Eric yesterday 9-14-18. He made my experience so easy and fun. Also, he wasn't a pushy car salesman just trying to get a commission. Went in to get some replacement parts for my 15-year-old bbq. They had everything but new knobs. Rolo showed me how to remove the metal ring from the knob to give it a good cleaning. He even offered to have me bring all knobs in to dip them in some sort of black paint. I tried the ring removal and some steel wool, and it did the trick. My husband and I spent quite a bit of money on a custom outdoor island. The salesperson in the store was friendly and informative. Unfortunately, our experience after that was terrible. We were unable to get any specs for the plumber and electrician prior to the day of installation. So, we had everyone scheduled to come on the same day. The installers from Barbeques Galore were hours late which was a HUGE incovenience. Then, we discovered that the vent was not placed according to the plans. We were told that it would have to be fixed another day. It was like pulling teeth to reschedule someone to come out and put the vent in correctly. It is amazing how many excuses I was given. So much time was wasted trying to schedule a simple fix to only have then be no-shows twice and late the third time. Overall, my experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. read more

I'm only giving one star because it's the lowest I can give. I have a great grill from there that's several years old. It is now in need of new burners. I checked Amazon and found them in the $50 range but figured I'd give the local store the business. Went in today and the guy behind the counter (heavy set guy, not the bearded one) told me the total for the burner tubes would be $234.00! WTF! I found the same thing for nearly $200 cheaper. I told him that and in return he offered to sell me a new complete replacement grill for $399!!! I was at a loss and wish Rolo was there because there's no way that would of happened. Needless to say I will never return to their store. read more

I'm sure this place is fine if you just want to buy a stock grill but do not even think about using them if you are building a custom BBQ island. We had the absolute worst experience and cannot imagine how they do any business at all! Not only did they not know what they were doing, but they made so many mistakes vs. what was promised, we ended up having them just pick up the island and provide us a full refund (which was the only positive part of the experience, by the way). The company that they outsource the island construction to was absolutely horrible. In fact, the delivery crew that they use told us, and I quote, "there are always problems when we deliver their islands." If you just need a grill, fine, but if you are in search of a custom bbq island, there are so many better options out there that are less expensive, more knowledgeable and will deliver what you want on time. read more

Not so much the store,but after purchasing a Captn Cook $700 5 burner all the burners blew out and torched the grills to the point that the cast iron is flakeing. These were still under the warrenty and filled a claim with pictures. The claim was accepted and the new parts would be shipped out AS SOON AS THEY THEY ARE MADE AN SHIPPED TO THEM!!!! BEWARE of their HUGE MARK-UP!! Today I went in to purchase some accesories to refurbish the expensive grill which we bought here about 4 years ago. I had already shopped on-line and carried the item info print out with me. Oil-Dri BBQ Absorb was listed on their web-site at $6.99 for 8 lbs. and the 50 pc. ceramic briquettes was listed at $24.99. When I walked in (at 2 PM on a Monday afternoon) two men stood talking at the cash register and never even greeted me, let alone offered to help. When I found what I want and took it to the register, they rang up these same purchases at $9.99 and $29.99 respectively. I mentioned that I had seen the same items on-line (at bbqgalore.com) just the previous day and printed the prices. I showed them the print out but didn't even get an apology let alone an offer to match the price - I also mentioned that I wouldn't be shopping there in the future and STILL nothing!! Under any circumstances DO NOT do business with this firm. Barbecues Galore is a chain of shady and cheating retailers and ripped me off for nearly $4,000.00. I purchased their top of the line Bbq Galore Grand Turbo a few years ago. I intended to purchase a Twin Eagles or Lynx and they intensely sold me on the "equivalency" of the Grand Turbo. Against my better judgement, I purchased the Grand Turbo because the price was over $2000 less than the other brands and because it came with A LIFETIME WARRANTY. I started having problems a year after purchase, when I went to get resolution, was fed one of the most unfathomable lines of BS I have ever heard in my life. Bottom line, Barbecues Galore will not stand behind the LIFETIME WARRANTY guarantee. I called several times and got nowhere, I went to the store I purchased the grill from and was finally told that the "old" Bbq Galore did not exist and the "new" Bbq Galore did not honor the old warranty. Old is not that old either, a few years. I asked for an explanation and I pointed out that they were still using the same corporate name and sold from the same location. They refused any reasonable request to fix or provide parts that were clearly covered under the warranty. I have never felt more cheated and swindled in my life. I now need to go purchase another grill. THE Barbecues Galore Grand Turbo is a poor quality and the integrity of the company is even worse. Go to a reputable store and buy a known brand, you will save a lot of money and headaches in the long run. read more
