This place was my go to when i wanted to have Persian pizza , last time we ordered the beef and mushroom pizza it wasn't the same ! Tasted way different and we didn't like it at all ! The cheese was very bad , i think they have changed the brand , the beef itself tasted funky too. Hopefully they go back to the same ingredients because that wasn't the same. read more

This was the worst hookah lounge experience ever. So my group and I got there at 8PM and sat us down. They took forever seat us and after about 20 minutes, they finally took our order. We finally got our hookah (we just ordered 1 hookah so not sure why it took so long) at around 8:50PM. However when we got our hookah, they gave us 1 mouth piece for 4 people. Right away I asked for 3 more mouth pieces. The guy said yes and went back and never came back. We then went inside around 9PM to ask for extra mouth pieces and then got them immediately. After smoking for about 45minutes, the coals were very used and was in time for a replacement. Usually at hookah bars, workers come out and replace the coals but I did not see that happening so we had to go inside to ask to get our coals replaced. Also, usually when we go to hookah spots, the employees would purge the hookah's for us but here, they did not do that even once. I guess this is fine because we can do it ourselves but the other issues just was really terrible customer service. Also we asked for a heater turned on when we were seated since they sat us down on the outskirts of the building and they had around 7 heaters and the woman working there tried to turn on 3 of them and told us that she thinks the heaters are out of propane so they are unable to use. I asked if all of them were broken and she said "I tried 3 so they should all be broken." We said it was fine but not sure why they had all 7 heaters that were out of gas. Also! We asked for the grape mint flavor and the flavor did not taste like grape or mint whatsoever. I would compare the flavor to burnt rice. Eventually I asked one of the workers what flavor this was to make sure that we got the right flavor. The worker told us he will check and let us know but he never came back. Summary: - Worst service - Broken heaters - Gave 1 Mouth Piece for 4 people - No coal replacement until asked for 45 minutes later - Never once checked up on us - Awful flavor - Also you have to pay for water which I thought was weird since this was also a restaurant and I never paid for water at a restaurant. They also did the let us know that they charged for water until I asked the woman. Can't believe that it took an entire hour since we arrived to finally get our 1 hookah. I hope they were making the hookah tobacco from scratch. read more

Neither me my friends are hookah smokers, but we decided to try Barcode the Lounge for a late dinner. The Jambon Hot Dog sandwich was outstanding--a perfect 10/10--with a unique touch of mushrooms. We also savored the lamb tongue sandwich, another hit with its inclusion of mushrooms. The fries were excellent, and the salad was decent. The food overall was both inventive and satisfying. Most of the staff were fantastic, though one server seemed a bit forgetful--no big issue, though. I'd give it a solid 8.7/10 and definitely recommend it. read more

I wish I could give negative stars because the pizza was still raw in the center. The CHICKEN SANDWICH WAS RAW!!! Idk who was cooking our food but they need to go back to learning their food temps and safety training. You never serve undercooked chicken ever. The chicken barely had color on it and when trying to pull the meat apart to check every piece, each was still heavily pink in the center and the meat felt squishy. So far this dish is the first real taste of koobideh I had in usa and that is comparable with what we have back in Iran. Just a typical hookah lounge that needs to renovate the tables and chairs. When you walk inside it's quiet, the tables are scattered all over and I just didn't get that vibe that I wanted. The hookah wasn't great! I had a difficult time getting smoke out to the point I had to keep on adjusting the charcoals. The mushroom pizza we ordered as an appetizer was good so I'm pretty sure everything else they have on their menu is good as well. The music and Channel that was on in the patio area was not the greatest. It just didn't match the environment and give the right vibes for a place known as a lounge to eat and smoke hookah. This place is outdoor/patio hooka bar first and restaurant 2nd/3rd. We had the kabob combo, hummus and fries. The fries were a bit soggy. The hummus was over salted/lemon.
