The only item we thought could be improved was their hashbrowns as they were slightly overcooked on top and could have been better seasoned. Service: The service here is amazing! We just finished our meal and I know I won't be going back. We sat at the bar. It wasn't even busy, yet we had to ask for everything. Silverware once food was delivered. Had to ask for More coffee, then Water, then some Ketchup. Then half way through our strawberry pancakes I discovered a hair on our plate. I always like to start with the positives. Tina was friendly and efficient. When we mentioned that this was our first visit on Monday she brought us out a complimentary apple pancake. I lifted it off my plate and had to set it down it was so hot. I usually save the fruit for "desert" but here was no way I was leaving it to cook. Again, the Bloody Mary was room temperature at best. Filled to the brim with garnish there was no way to stir it so I just let it sit so the ice could do its work to try to cool the drink. It's was bland as heck! They do a cute olive in a pickle garnish, too bad it is so flavored? Both had the exact off taste and would have been better in their own 'natural' state. Put the skewer aside when I let my wife try the drink. She stirred it and all the ingredients finally got mixed in. What the heck? Was the bar tender too lazy to give it a stir? Bleck. Lastly the eggs Benedict. The hollandaise sauce was some kind of white concoction? No way was it made with butter. It covered a minimal amount of flavorless "shaved" ham? The muffin was a soggy mess. One giant blob of nothing except a very nice egg. The free apple pancake. Another soggy mess of blandness. No contrast in flavors seems to be the order of the day. This was a super good portion for three people to share and get to try everything. Benny Duo (Bella Bella + Smash Avocado) -- Both were solid with perfectly poached eggs and seasoning. I don't have any notes for these, they just weren't particularly memorable, but they definitely added a really pleasant savory balance to our breakfast. if I had to choose one that I liked more, it would be the Bella Bella. While I didn't order the OMG! French Toast myself, I had a bite and fell in love. Had a great breakfast with a large party of 7. The food was good. They say they are gluten free friendly but it was hard to find clear options on the menu. I had to ask the waiter a lot of questions and she had to go back into the kitchen to ask for clarification. The waitress was great. They do not have an allergy menu available due to them not being able to guarantee cross-contamination. I wanted to get a sweet potato hash (I saw many pictures on yelp of it) but sadly they do not have that on the menu anymore, only the smash, totally different. Settled on the regular hash with soyrizio and mushrooms, no cheese and a sunny side up egg. My son got the regular (not kids) French toast with fruit and he ate all the toast!
