I had a hard time finding a good waxer. I went to many different nail salons that also waxed (I guess that was my first mistake) Amy specializes in waxing and skin care. My eyebrows are always perfect; I also get my under arms done. It's quick and painless. I love her facility, it's decorated beautifully and is very relaxing. I moved a half hour away and I still drove all that way just to see her. It's well worth my money, and prices are VERY reasonable. I would recommend her services to ANYONE. read more

After the nail salon closest to my house kept irritating my eyebrows and doing such an awful job the last few visits, I decided to visit Bare Necessities after seeing all these amazing reviews. I can't believe how amazing this place in. Right when you drive up to it, it's in an old fashioned area that's so easy to meet. All the businesses look like little homes I would see in Vermont when I lived there and felt so happy right away. And then I walked into Bare Necessities.. It smelled SO good. The receptionist was so sweet, I felt so comfortable right away. My appointment was at 215, but I came in earlier just because I didn't want to wait in my car any longer and she told me they could take me right away! Christine did such an amazing job, I've never had someone ask me how I wanted my Eyebrows done or explain what was going to happen. And then she put sunscreen and this stuff (I forget what they called it sadly) to stop breakouts. My forehead wasn't red like it usually is after waxing at the salon, and I made my next appointment right away. I found my new wax and spa! read more

Fair! Had a rejuvenation facial. Supposed to be 1 hour, it was 50 minutes. No extractions, no hand massage-both of which were advertised. More time was spent wiping off what was put on my face, then the actual facial. Will not be going back. This place has 5 stars so maybe I had the wrong girl or they are good at waxing. So I first got a great deal on Groupon. First time ever getting any eyebrow work done. A month later, I visited the same place again expecting results but ended up with butchered eyebrows all from a unibrow wax. The service was rushed and she spilled the wax onto the eyebrow and ripped it off. I'm skeptical if my eyebrows will even grow back the same as she did a horrible job and left them uneven. read more

At check-out I set an appointment for a facial for today and when I left today, I was highly impressed with the services I received. As a former spa owner, and Aesthetician myself, I know talent; Elaine is crazy amazing with waxing and facials. The atmosphere is so unique, warm and inviting; it is unbelievably welcoming!
