Absolutely perfect first dinner while on vacation. Beautiful place and great service. Couldn't recommend it more.

We went to Bargello for dinner with a big group! Overall the experience was good with very nice staff and great atmosphere! Vegetarian food wise, it was alright. We tried the primavera pasta, torteletti, and the peach arugula pizza. They tasted fine, but not memorable or very flavorful. We really liked the watermelon feta salad and we also liked the tiramisu for dessert but overall I think everything could've used more flavor. Overall, nice place for ambiance and a nice dinner.

The ambiance met you at the door and the Hostess Sophia was so kind and accommodating.

What a great find! We heard about it from someone we met, and Bargello did not disappoint. Located off the lobby of the Hotel Arras. Incredible ambiance - clean and contemporary. The food was amazing! Sophia the hostess was so kind settling us in and our server Rachel was wonderful! We will definitely make time for Bargello the next time we are in Asheville.

We been eating our butts off in Asheville and Bargello was yet another winner in town. The food and wine selection was great. The short rib pizza and fries were great. The Caeser salad was fab as well. The service was amazing to boot. Great location, great everything. And (cherry on top) Santa and Mrs. Claus were there tonight! #WINNING

My husband surprised me with reservations for our 16th wedding anniversary and I was SO impressed! We were greeted by the hostess and we were quite early for our reservation, but she got us in very quickly. Our server was fantastic. The food was beyond incredible. Some of the best we've ever had. But my favorite part was the elegance but not pretentious. It was so relaxed yet elevated. So great! We had an amazing experience and left full to the brim!

We stayed at Kipton for several nights over Christmas. We avoided the hotel restaurants and booked all James Beard ones. Ate breakfast here this morning before we drove back to ATL. Holy crap was it great! Spinach omelet with feta and caramelized onions!

Wow wow what an amazing farm to table restaurant in our hotel. The food was do amazing we ate there 3 days for breakfast. I had the avacado toast and yogurt with freshly made granola and berries. The juice is freshly squeezed to. Went gor dinner got the kale cesaer salasd, burrata salad, margherita pizza and cacio y pepe made with fresh pasta. The breads and pizza are made in house. The place is amazing!

Bargello was highly recommended and it did not disappoint!! Also, love the atmosphere. Located inside the Kimpton Hotel it has same chic trendy vibe that is downtown Asheville. The pizza was a delicious as we were told it was. It is a limited menu, but definitely worth indulging in one of the delicious choices. The service was spot on!

Bargello is located inside the Arras Hotel on the first floor. The restaurant got its name from the tapestries and upholstery that use Florentine needlepoint. The layout is really nice as it is an open concept and an open kitchen. I got the best table with a full view of the kitchen. The tall ceilings and all the windows let in a lot of natural light. They did a good job of spacing the tables out so it didn't get too loud. Matthew was my server and very friendly and made this a memorable meal. The menu has a Mediterranean flair to it. I started with the Grilled Spanish Octopus. I wasn't quite sure about the octopus as I had never had it before. But Bargello cooked it well and brought other flavors to compliment it. Then I had the bucatini cacio e pepe. Bargello makes the pasta in house. Originally I had planned to try a pizza as they have the hearth oven but I already had pizza that day so pasta it was. I liked that there was some space between the appetizer and the entree and that the entree didn't come out until I was finished with the appetizer. Even with the nice gap in between courses it was a lot of pasta so I left with some for another meal. I finished with the house made S'mores ice cream as I did need something sweet. They also had a cantaloupe sorbet that was tempting too but the chocolate won out that night. I will definitely dine at Bargello again.

Located inside the old BB&T building, cute interior on first floor. Went at 6:00 on a Saturday night and we were one of three tables. As we were there for a while, it started to get busier. Went during restaurant week. Food was really good. Plan to go back and try the regular menu another time. There is a parking deck with AC Hotel across the street that is very convenient.

Terrific little joint in the lobby of the Kimpton Arras. Mediterranean/Italian fare in an upscale space with an open kitchen and laidback Asheville vibes. Pizza was a high-end artisan/brick oven type of deal and really hit the spot. The Salmon Benny was a 10/10 elite brunch plate. Great service too! Highly recommended.

My takeout was ready on time. While the falafel roll still might have been better fresh, I wanted something that I could plausibly eat several hours later on a mountain without a ton of restaurants nearby, and that choice worked out well. Many falafel rolls come with add-ons that I don't like, but the pickled turnip offering here was both flavorful and colorful. I also got their fries, drizzles with tahini and parsley, which is a good way to eat fries. A case of baked goods and a small market section of canned items were also available. There was certainly space to eat inside or out for someone without my travel schedule. It's also notable that in addition to the usual falafel, they offer ample vegan options as befits the Asheville community, including a house seitan and some other vegetable and fake meat options. I was happy with what I got, but the choice is always appreciated.

Service and ambiance was successful. The flavors were an absolutely beautiful Middle Eastern combo, and taking it Suzy's Way added a slight kick to the flavor. The pita was properly warmed as well. Overall, this is where to go if you've got a seriously empty stomach and are craving Middle Eastern cuisine.
