The inspo, didn't have to be EXACT but similar.

I loved going here before they moved to their new location. What made me come was the low prices and the way they cut my pups hair, she's a poodle mixed so she would get the teddy bear style. I made an appointment a while back to get her hair cut, I didn't know they had moved to this new location with new employees. The first time I took her to this new location they messed up her hair cut. I showed the lady in the front desk a picture of a teddy bear look, round face and the body is fluffy with full legs. When it was time to pick her up.... The hair cut was NOTHING close to the photo. She was shaved down very short, I was upset but there was nothing that can be done. Her hair was already cut very short, I voiced my concerns to the lady at the front desk (Amanda) that this was not what I asked for but I understood things happen. I paid full price because the owner/ manager that I remember from the old location - told me she would give a free CUT the next visit. When the day came to get the free cut, I was practically being called a liar and that they offered a wash not a cut. Luckily I had messages with Amanda (the lady at the front desk) that stated the free cut. The hair cut came out very nicely and the way I'd ask, but as a loyal customer I was bummed the way this was handled. Fast forward to today's visit, I let the owner know that id like the teddy bear look and told her that I like her legs to be longer than her body. I picked her up and was once again disappointed, today I didn't want to have any problems. I did ask Amanda 'was she matted?' And she said 'not to the point where she needed to be shaved down' this is where I knew they did not communicate with the groomers regarding the style. I was not going to go through the same process again. I paid and just left disappointed, I had given them the benefit of the doubt and that is my fault for doing so. There is no communication with the new groomers, please triple check if you have a specific hair style you'd like to have done on your pup. Also, yes! The length of her was long enough for this style to be achieved.

We took our 6year old sheltie here for a bath, nails, teeth, and tangle/knot removal grooming. The results were amazing! Super great results. Thank you Bark Bath!

Spot is located in the plaza next to dominos pizza. The front door was gated, but there's a bell you can tap to signal their attention. There's a water bowl next to the front door for your doggo too! I was greeted by a girl at the gate, who gave me a slip of paper to write in the name of my dog, the type of service and my contact number. I wasn't sure what type of services they offered since I wasn't given a menu, but the girl told me she will be giving Kayo the full package which will come out to $65 (or 68 I forgot). There, I handed my puppy over to her at the gate and she told me she'll call me 2-3 hours later to pick up Kayo. I got the call a little over 3 hours later and went to pick up Kayo! They accept CASH OR ZELLE ONLY. It was worth the price and Kayo smelled soo good! He was super soft and fluffy, and I haven't noticed any issues with skin or itchiness. They did a great job and I'm super happy I brought my puppy here for his first grooming :)

10 STARS!! First time here! They were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday morning and even finished on a timely manner. So grateful! Greeted with the warmest smile and energy by Michelle! $68 included full bath, nail trim, ears cleaned, anal glands cleaned, paws trimmed, deshedding & corgi butt trimmed. And they even gave me a little gift for being a first time customer. Overall, very professional, job WELL DONE, my corgi came out looking great and smelling good hehe. 10/10 would recommend!!

We took my babies here for the first time today and my husband and I are SO HAPPY with the service!! I was able to call and get a last minute appointment for BOTH my dogs. Both dogs seemed very happy with their spa day! We got the complete package with mail trim and it was worth it! My dogs look and smell great, and their nails were trimmed perfectly!! Since it was our first time here and Liberty (black lab) did so well- she even earned a gift!! Thank you so much for everything WE WILL BE BACK!!

Bark bath is local to me and my family. We take our two maltipoos there and they always take good care of them making sure they are safe. Their haircuts always come out looking good. Prices are fair and take really good care of fur babies. And they're always super quick, and friendly with services. Definitely recommend this place to other people.

I called earlier in the week to make an appointment, and was surprised to find out they were open on mother's day! I brought my rescue toy poodle mix who was due for a groom, and the people working that day were super friendly! The young man at the front asked me specific questions about how I wanted her hair cut, and was very intricate with the details (aka how long or how short I wanted her haircut to be). Luckily I didn't care too much and let him know my dog was an open canvas and to make her look cute! Honestly I don't remember what package I chose but I think I told them to do everything possible lol I dropped off my dog at about 9:30am and I received a call to pick her up at about 11:58pm! I was pleasantly surprised since I'm used to dog groomers keeping my dog for like a whole ass day. I paid $70 flat for the service but tipped cause I was so happy with the great job they did with my pupper! Check the photos to see my used mop turned into a fluffy sheep :')

Billie's first time in a grooming salon! They were very friendly and fast and made my yorkchi look adorable.

I would definitely give them zero star if I can. First of all, they chose to ignore my requirements and did everything they want instead of my personal will to my dog. I spend almost 10min to explain what style, length that I want and I also showed the picture to them but apparently they didn't get it. I attached the pictures below so you can understand what I meant. The first picture is the one I showed to them and this is what my dogs look like after the grooming from the other store, the second pic&third pic are what they did to my dogs( I kept telling them I don't want the long neckline and they still did it. Plus the shape of my dogs' heads is like a disaster) Secondly, my dogs are so anxious when I picked them up and and they've never be like this in the past. There was another dog bite one of the groomer earlier today, so I highly doubt if they ever be violent to those little cute creatures. Thirdly, they took almost eight hours to finish the grooming. During the eight hours, they didn't give any drop of water to my dogs. My dogs were drinking like crazy whey they got home. Lastly, the service is awful. When I was trying to tell them that the hair length is still too long campare to other store, one of the lady even didn't let me finish my sentence and questioned me why would I change different grooming store. Why can't I change my grooming store??? The one I usually went to is one hour driving so I decided to try different grooming stores that nearby my house so that I can choose the best place for my dogs. Bark Bath obviously is the worst among all the grooming stores that I ever went to. I'm usually not a picky person and I'm always being generous especially when I tip the groomers cuz I want them treat my dogs better. The thing I can tolerate the least to Bark Bath is they treated my dogs so badly. People who really love your dogs, please don't send them to here!!!

My Samoyed, Winnie, needed a bath and a good comb-out. The pricing felt very fair for everything included: bath, sanitary trim, deshedding, ear cleaning, and a nail trim. Since she's double-coated, I expected it to take a little longer. The whole process took about three hours, and they sent updates on how she was doing along the way, which I appreciated. She looked great when I picked her up, super clean and shiny. They brushed out so much undercoat that she looked half her size, and the sanitary trim was done well. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely bring Winnie back for her grooming.

I appreciate the transparent window that allows me to see the groomers working on my pets, which gives me peace of mind. However, I would gave them a star off for the lack of communication with the actual groomer. Unlike a haircut, where I discuss my preferences with the stylist, I don't have a personal relationship with the groomer at Aroma Pet Grooming. In my opinion, having a rapport with your beautician is just as important as having a relationship with the person grooming your dog. My last groomer, for instance, groomed Gracie Mae's hair for 4 1/2 years until we moved.

We've taken our dog to a couple different Yelp-reputable places in LA to get groomed, but found…read morethat Jojo's place was more convenient for us this weekend. While we went in expecting to just get her groomed here this one time, we're definitely going to come back every time we need her groomed. Firstly, I called Jojo on a Saturday hoping to make an appointment for the following day. I know that calling with such late notice is usually overly ambitious for dog groomers, but she was happy to accommodate our schedule. I was pleased to hear that she mostly works by appointments, meaning that she doesn't take on more than she can handle (which I have seen at a couple other groomers'). Another logistical perk was that parking is easy and plentiful. It was nice that she has a back-entrance that is easily accessible from the back parking lot. When we came in, it was surprisingly empty. Jojo told us that since it was Coco's first time, she wanted to make sure she Coco got the attention she deserved, so she didn't take any other appointments that day. Coco was visibly very nervous being in a new environment, but Jojo was understanding and made large attempts at making her feel comfortable by letting her sniff around and by trying to play with her before we left. It was already obvious that Jojo really cares that the dog (and owner) is comfortable with her prior to leaving the dog. The second part of why we love this place is how good Jojo is at her job. She sat us down to make sure she understood exactly what we wanted; this is very different from other groomers where you just kind of drop off your dog and hope that the groomer does a good job. She also does a pat down of the dog to identify if there are any areas she should be weary of prior to starting her work. We explained to her that while Coco's last cut was really cute, it was too long and grew back very quickly. We want a cut that will last her 2-3 months before we have to get her hair cut again; all past groomers have been unsuccessful at making it short AND cute, so if she were able to make it cute somehow, that would be miraculous. ...3.5 hours later, our Coco was still so adorable! We were pleasantly surprised at how cute she still was, but knew that the cut was going to last at least a few months. We could also see that Coco was much happier and trustful of Jojo! Needless to say, we were very happy with our overall experience. It was $60 for our maltipoo for the whole package--teeth, nails, anal glands, shampoo, and a very detailed hair cut. However, pricing depends on how much work your dog needs (but she's very transparent about how she determines the price). Coco was never neglected and given lots of love and attention! We highly recommend Jojo. :)

On November 14, 2025, I dropped my dog off for his 9:30 a.m. grooming appointment. I was told grooming usually takes about two hours, but I didn't get a call to pick him up until 3:33 p.m., almost six hours later. When I arrived, an employee told me that the groomer had accidentally nicked my dog's right paw and had used styptic powder to stop the bleeding. At the time, the injury didn't look too serious, and I was told to apply hydrogen peroxide and take him to the vet if needed. Once I got home, I realized the injury was much worse than I had been led to believe. My dog was leaving bloody paw prints throughout my house, and his paw would not stop bleeding. I immediately tried calling Purrrfect Paws Grooming, but they were already closed. I also called my regular veterinarian, but their office was closed as well. Because the bleeding continued, I had no choice but to take my dog to an East Valley Emergency Pet Clinic that same evening. He had to be examined, his paw was clip/clean, bandaged, and he was given medications for pain and infection. What upset me even more was how this situation was handled afterward. I never received a phone call or apology from the owner, Ana Bonilla. There was no concern shown for my dog's condition, no explanation of how this happened, and no effort to make things right. The business eventually paid the veterinary bill, but only after all treatment was completed. They also refused to refund the grooming service because they claimed the grooming itself had been completed except for the injured paw. I sent several demand letters seeking resolution, but none were answered. As a result, I filed a small claims lawsuit seeking compensation for my dog's pain and suffering, reimbursement for the grooming service, and my lost wages. During the first hearing, the owner's daughter spoke on behalf of the business owner and argued that the company, not the owner personally, was responsible. The judge required me to amend my filing to include the proper business entity and set a new trial date. On April 9, 2026, the judge heard both sides and stated that a decision would be issued within 48 hours. On April 10, 2026, the court ruled in my favor. Purrrfect Grooming had 30 days to pay the judgment and paid on the final day allowed. There are many more details that I could include, but this review would be much longer. The photos taken by the emergency veterinarian show the seriousness of my dog's injury. I have also seen other Yelp reviews mentioning pets being injured there, so this does not appear to be an isolated incident. For privacy reasons, I have chosen not to post copies of the veterinary records, invoices, court documents, or the receipt showing that Purrrfect Paws Grooming paid the veterinary expenses. However, I do have all of the documentation, including photographs, medical records, receipts, and court records, which support the statements made in this review. I understand that accidents can happen. What I cannot understand is the complete lack of concern, communication, accountability, and professionalism afterward. Based on my experience, I personally would not trust Purrrfect Paws Grooming with my pet.
