When I returned a couple of hours later, I found that my instructions regarding her meals were directly disregarded. Not only was there mess of fecal matter left at the back of our home, but I found that Penny had another full bowl of kibble despite her eating prior to me leaving her. Penny's health conditions make it so that she shouldn't have no more than a full bowl of kibble a day. If she does she risks exacerbating her health conditions. Jennifer was extremely careless in her care taking and for that I will no longer be a customer.

I really appreciate the flexibility as Sierra may be out of town with us during the week, or need to stay in town when we are away and Jen always finds a way to make it work-sometimes on very short notice. I especially appreciated when Sierra came down with signs illness right before we were scheduled to leave town on a big vacation and Jen took it all in stride. Fortunately it didn't turn into anything serious but a "doggie spa" would have refused to take her at the last minute leaving us stranded. Jen is a pro who clearly loves dogs and they love her!

First, the fact that they literally stand by their name, One Dog At a Time, is the most comforting thing in the world to me... There's no pile of dogs waiting to jump all over my guy when they bring him out - there's no dragging the dog by the leash because the other dogs won't stop - there's no concern about whether he actually went to the bathroom or not - as Michelle and Claudia actually walk ONE DOG AT A TIME! That makes me and our boy so happy that the attention is on him, and not distracted by a bunch of other dogs. Second, is the fact that Michelle and Claudia are dog owners and truly dog lovers to the bone, I know that Sollie is getting love and attention, and he's not just another dog on their list of dogs. I drove by Ringgold park and saw Michelle sitting on a bench with Sollie, cuddling and massaging his face. Sollie's tail was thumping out a beat that could be heard across the park, and it made me smile from ear to ear to see my boy getting spoiled like that. So instead of worrying about your dog being walked as part of a mass pile of dogs, and instead of wondering if your dogs got a great walk where they were able to go to the bathroom and get some personal attention, leave all that behind and call Michelle and Claudia. Since I was going overseas Charlie suggested giving me updates on my two cats via WhatsApp(we were worried that the iMessage wouldn't go through) l. I requested daily visits , and Charlie sent me videos and photos on each visit he made. My cats warmed up to him pretty fast. Kai was super thorough during sign ups. She came to my house for a 1 on 1 consultation (COVID safe of course) and talked to me about Tilley's needs and what she could offer. I ended up having Tilley walked 3x/week. I swear my little girl had an extra wiggle each time she came home from her pack walk. Matt was Tillz dog walker and I truly have nothing but great things to say about him. He is prompt, so nice, and Tilley absolutely loves him. He is the only person she will bolt downstairs for at the door (she's a little lazy, I usually need to give her a little tug). She came back happy, exercised, and exhausted. All the things I want my little fur-ball to feel after a nice long walk. Also, I had a training session with Bria and she is a lifesaver. She trained me how to train Tilley and I've never looked back; Till is like a different dog now. I will 100% be using her services for training in the near future. Daycare was not his favorite thing but I kept having him attend, once a week to build his socialization and have an outlet without me. After going to daycare once a week for months, he finally had a switch flip and absolutely LOVES daycare. He knows on Tuesday mornings he has to get ready early and spends the entire drive there with his tail wagging excitedly. This once very anxious and unsure pup now looks forward to playing and "going to school". He is always worn out and sleeps for like 2 days straight after attending. Tubbs also has a lot of allergies and needs special attention to those medical things. They make sure he never comes even near any of his allergies and i fully trust he is getting great care. Whenever we do an overnight stay, they make sure he takes all his meds, update me on his visit and has lots of fun playing. We love the pooped pooch and are totally of the belief that everyone should be going to doggy daycare - especially them if you live in the dorchester area!!

I had been looking for a trustworthy and good groomer for my little anxious Shih Tzu for months. I…read morewanted a place with a groomer that I could trust, in an environment that's not too overwhelming for my already anxious dog. I was so happy with the job that Melissa did. Really fantastic. I dropped him off first thing in the morning and he was ready within an hour which was perfect. I tried Dog Bulter in the past but after 4 hours they called me to say that my dog is being aggressive. That was news to me, but it turned out that they had 25 other dogs roaming around at the same time. That explained the behavior. They were nice but not suitable for my dog. So I'm happy that I can take my dog to D'tails where the grooming is done more on a one on one basis. I found it a little too pricy but my dog seemd to had a better experience so I'm ok with that.
