BOY I understand why this place will have people waiting at the door, when I tell you we got lucky finding seats and parking right away! I sat at the bar, Jane was the bartender and she's the best! Super patient yet attentive, THE FOOD was 10/10 I was so hungry I had no idea what to get and decided to grab "The Big Wave" definitely a choice that can't go wrong. The portion is amazing you MUST TRY the hot sauce. The place was clean and super busy I WOULD RECOMMENDED coming! -Tiny Approved

Great food! Everytime we've come, the food has been amazing and the staff is very friendly. Only issue was that my dad ordered an irish coffee with no whipped cream (it came with whipped cream) and they brought him a completely meal (he ordered the jalapeño omelet). Still no complaints about the quality of the food! *also my dad didn't realize until halfway through that it wasn't what he ordered and I wasn't going to send something half eaten back

The summer season is just beginning, we were fortunate to get a table within a few minutes of our arrival. WOW so happy to have had such a great experience. 2 bars! An upstairs & downstairs, tons of food & drink specials. I enjoyed a roasted vegetable omelet. My husband raved about the sausage on his breakfast plate. Oh... and the pancakes! And the huge cinnamon roll (shareable) GREAT menu for breakfast & lunch.

Another delicious Sunday brunch was had. This place does not disappoint! Sat at the bar and enjoyed conversation with the bartender and other patrons. The grits are the star of the show - well seasoned and so dang tasty!! The Easter Bunny waa handing out treat bags - we received the adult version and another bottle of hot sauce came home, again. Its a definite must if you're in the area!

10/10 so so so good. Loved the dates, perfect texture with the chorizo. And the cinnamon bun french toast was one of the best cinnamon buns ive ever had. (Would recommending splitting with another person its alot)

This is hands down is one of the BEST breakfast places that I've been to. From the ambiance, the service and food were impeccable. I love the cabin feel in the restaurant , it made me feel like being snowed in with the food vibe and rustic new age feel. The restaurant was decorated fall /Halloween and the added aesthetics made it feel even more fall-ish? The food portions were big and the food was delightful. My over medium eggs tasted like how my mom cooks them , the steak was perfectly, it was seasoned well and was so juicy. Our server Adrianna was AMAZING ! She was attentive , courteous and pleasant.

This is our favorite breakfast spot. We go back every year! The banana Nutella waffle is a family favorite- so are the drinks! Great Bloody Mary- massive size! This is a must try when in Ocen City, MD.

Warm cinnamon bun, gooey and delicious.

Barn 34 has become a favorite at the beach and we were lucky to have Ms. Jane serve us! Bright eyed full of warm smile, she welcomed us in the midst of the early hungry hour and the house was rockin' with guests! Our wait wasn't too bad and we went right into our order. Ms. Jane impressively cited the specials of the day and it was hard to choose lol. Of the extensive menu and daily specials, our table chose: Warm cinnamon bun - served gooey and warm fresh from the oven. Perfect teaser before our meal and oh so yum! Big Wave - a delicious classic of french toast, sub turkey patties, crisp potatoes with onions and sweet peppers... delicious! Lobster benedict - claw, knuckles, and all, this was a delicious ensemble. The hollandaise robed the lobster atop toasted English muffins... delicious! Softshell crab benedict - two softshell crab, hollandaise on toasted English muffins... delicious! Strawberry lemonade, watermelon mimosa, and fresh squeezed OJ. All were refreshing! Come early and plan for parking. Wait times vary, and come hungry!

We had such a great Sunday morning breakfast at Barn 34! We got there just before 9 a.m. on a busy weekend and were lucky to be seated right away at the bar. By the time we left, the line stretched down the block. Our bartender set the tone with friendly, energetic, and engaging service. He was super helpful with recommendations. The food was outstanding. My husband ordered steak & eggs with toast and cheesy grits and called it the best meal he had during our trip to Ocean City. I ordered the açaí bowl, which was beautiful and filling. It was a frozen scoop of açaí in the center, surrounded by fresh fruit, chia seeds, and crunchy granola (a great vegan option, though it's drizzled with honey). For something sweet, we split the Captain Crunch French toast -- perfectly crunchy and decadent. Between the warm service, hearty portions, and delicious food, Barn 34 is a must-visit for breakfast in Ocean City.

The food was delicious!! The restaurant was busy on a Saturday morning but we managed to secure seats at the bar and had amazing service from Jane, plain Jane! We love the awesome bar venue for a perfect beach breakfast spot! Originally, I had my heart set on sweet potato pancakes that I enjoyed last year and couldn't wait to have them again. Unfortunately, they no longer have them on the menu but the waffle was sweet and did not disappoint!!

My husband and I have been coming to Ocean City, MD the past three years for a long weekend and we always have to eat here for breakfast at least twice, thanks to my parents, who introduced us to the place. I have not eaten one bad thing here and am convinced it is the best breakfast spot in town! The lobster benedict (often one of their specials) is tender, flavorful, and delicious; and their Captain Crunch french toast (one of their regular menu items) is amazing and doesn't even need the melba sauce it is served with on the side. I tried a bite of their corn pancake special, which was also very good, not overly sweet, and paired well with the mango salsa; and my mom had their Angel food cake French toast with berries and melba sauce, which she enjoyed very much. They also have a number of different mimosa selections. I had a pineapple mimosa the first time and a passionfruit one the second and both were equally delicious and again, not overly sweet. It gets very busy on the weekends but whenever we have had to wait, it was never longer than ten minutes. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area as there is something for everyone and the food is consistently amazing!

First time trying Barn 34, I've been wanting to get there for a while! The vibe inside the restaurant is so cute, you definitely don't feel like you are at the beach when you enter! It feels cozy and relaxing. Our waitress was very nice and super attentive throughout breakfast. I tried the western omelette with the biscuit and homefries. It was delicious; however, my only complaint is all the cheese was thrown on top, there was none in between the actual omelette. I also tried a side of the Captain Crunch French toast, and boy I'm glad it was just 2 slices. Absolutely delicious, it tasted like funnel cake, but sugar overload!! I would definitely order again. I'm excited to return and try new items.

Captain crunch French toast, home fries, create your own omelette,,turkey sausage, fruit bowl, pork sausage links

Ate brunch here yesterday with my boyfriend. I will say parking is pretty tight, so the best bet is to park across the street at the lot that is $8 to park. Even though it was very busy when we arrived, we were immediately seated. Service was prompt and attentive. My boyfriend ordered the create your own omelette with a side of turkey sausage while I ordered a slice of the captain crunch toast, sausage links, and a fruit bowl. My boyfriend's meal came with a side of home fries which he didn't want, so I had those as well. Everything we ordered was delicious and very filling. The fruit bowl was full of some of my favorite fruits like pineapples, strawberries and blueberries. It's definitely enough to share with 2-3 people. I asked for some honey and the waitress gave me a jar, so I dipped my fruits in the honey and it was chef's kiss!! The French toast was crunchy and very tasty. I would never think to add Captain Crunch to the batter, but it worked and made sense after giving it a try. It came with a blueberry compote on the side which paired really nicely with the French roast and even some of the fruits. The home fries were also good. I drizzled their hot sauce called "Cilanktro" on top of it (I noticed the spelling was off) along with their "No Smokeing" sign. I'm guessing this is part of their aesthetic? The hot sauce had a good kick to it, and enhanced the flavor of the potatoes. Honestly, I couldn't finish those because I was stuffed from everything else on the table. The restaurant, itself, is fashioned after a barn house and had second floor seating. There seems to be ample room for smaller and larger groups. Their price point is also very reasonable. I definitely would recommend and return again if I'm ever back in Ocean City.

Our main motivation for visiting was to see Jordan and Cowan, both of whom previously worked at Off The Hook in Bethany Beach. Jordan noticed us first and came over to say hello and share an update, and Cowan followed shortly after to do the same. I enjoyed two Sazeracs on the rocks for $10 each; unique to Hooked, this iconic New Orleans cocktail is a spirit-forward blend of Elijah Craig rye whiskey, aromatic bitters, a sugar cube, and an absinthe rinse, finished with a bright lemon twist. We also shared the happy hour wood-fired grilled oysters Reggiano with butter, garlic, blackening parmesan cheese, and salt for $19, though they tasted very salty. Additionally, I had the happy hour lobster roll on a toasted buttered brioche roll for $21, substituting the french fries with a side of coleslaw. It tasted quite similar to the lobster roll at Off The Hook in Bethany Beach. I finished my meal with a happy hour draft Evo Lot 3 beer for $6. Our bartender, Jon L., served us very well throughout the visit. The total bill was $128 excluding gratuity, which featured a 3% credit card surcharge of $3.57. After applying a $50 gift letter discount, the final bill was reduced down to $81. We all agreed that we will certainly return to visit Jordan and Cowan again.

When our server, Hattie, asked if we were "together" with the other table, we said no -- by that point we were sitting completely separately with no way to even coordinate with each other. Despite that, she charged us the large party 20% automatic gratuity. Food came out at completely different times for each table (our table finished eating while the other was still waiting on their order), and drinks were brought separately too. When we brought up the large party gratuity given how mismatched the service was, Hattie brushed off everything we said and didn't address any of it. On top of all that, I found white hair in my food... to their credit, they did take it back and replace it without argument. They also only had paper cups, and the water tasted like it came straight from a hose, while the apple juice was watered down. I asked for a water refill twice and never got one. And to top it off, the food had no seasoning at all. Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere else.

His behavior was shockingly rude, hostile, and completely unacceptable for anyone in the hospitality industry; let alone someone running a business.
