While the sauce was rich, creamy, and delicious, I was a bit disappointed that there weren't any noticeable chunks of lobster in the filling. We also ordered the Schaumburg pizza. I loved that all of their pizzas are cooked in a stone oven. I'm usually not a big fan of crust, but this was an exception. Worse, the host displayed an unprofessional attitude, stating 'I have already told you in a few minutes' and was seen talking to other hosts about how upset our group was. When I finally spoke with a manager, Don M., his response was unsettling. Rather than apologizing for the 30-minute delay, he simply told me 'I am not kicking you out,' which felt incredibly unprofessional and dismissive for a milestone celebration. After we were seated, Don M. never returned to check on us or acknowledge the delay. Fortunately, Assistant Manager Luis Martinez and our servers, Marco and Georgina, completely saved the day. Luis came to our table to check on us personally, and Marco and Georgina were excellent, accommodating our large group's orders perfectly.
