They do it right here for sure. I've taken two different vehicles here. One to get tires put on which I actually bought from EBay and they mounted them on the rim for me. Lots of other places told me they would only install tires I bought from them directly but not Barney's. All they wanted to make sure of was that the tires were new and not rotting for years before putting them on. They did a fantastic job and did it quickly. I also took my truck there for an alignment and it took about 30 minutes. Very noticeable difference afterwards in the handling and suspension. I should not have waited that long to get an alignment done. I recommend this place to my coworkers and love the good work they do every time. No scams, very friendly and no bullshit. read more

I'm sad because I would have kept coming here. I'll make this as short as possible. Came in April and got my front breaks done, I thought it was reasonable for pads+machine rotors+labor= $250 The fronts have made noise since then but I chalked it up to the rotors being "machined". In the last month or so my breaks began to crunch so took it in and spoke to Steve. Steve was nice and said they'd check it out which they did and the verdict was "you need back breaks and rotors, they're worn 100%. The front ones that we did are fine." Quoted me $371, I believed him but took the car home to get quotes from more places. I spent 3 days shopping around, worrying how I was going to get to work and trying to make arrangements for the repair. I took it into a shop on Monday (had to miss work hours)and the mechanic came back to me annoyed because it turns out that I did NOT need pads nor rotors at all quite yet...100% worn?? I don't have a car savvy man to do all of my car errands for me, so it's nice that I was bald face lied to and taken advantage of because I'm a woman. I try to not walk around thinking the world is against me but STEVE had no qualms with trying to get nearly $400 dollars out of me for no reason. The noise is ENTIRELY from the front breaks they installed. The mechanic I took the car to even took pictures to show my back rotors and break pad I have remaining. They're at about 45%. read more

It is very rare I leave a 5 star review but Barney's came to the rescue. After blowing a tire during my morning commute, I discovered I actually needed 4 new tires and was lucky only one went flat. After visiting and calling around ALL the tire shops in Temecula not one shop had the correct size tires for my car, except Barney's! They technically didn't have them in stock but said they could get them to their shop in an hour. While all other shops stated it would be the following morning. My car was on a jack on the side of the road so that was not a safe place to leave it all night. They were also the only shop willing to let me drop off my car asap and have all 4 tires replaced before closing. The technician at the front desk even said they would stay later as long as I was safely back on the road today! I needed new tires and didn't want to drive all the way down to San Diego to go to Bear's Tires (very good place if you're down there). So, I found this place and crossed my fingers that they would be good. Fortunately, their service lived up to their previous reviews. I came in inquiring about replacing 2, maybe all 4 tires. The guy didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and told me I still had plenty of tread left on my other 2 tires. They also do wheel alignments here, so that is a plus because some tire places don't do those. In the end, it was about $250 for 2 new tires and an alignment, which took roughly 1.5hrs. To me that seems reasonable. I'll likely come back here when the other two need replacing. Thanks for not trying to rip a girl off! read more

Called made an appointment for a Saturday at 11am to swap tires and alignment. Was pretty busy Saturday morning. Would recommend not to go on Saturdays. For some reason they couldn't do an alignment on a Tesla Model X? the tech kept doing test drives but after the second attempt it was almost 2:30 and they were closing. I requested a refund for the alignment and had Tesla do the alignment. read more
