The Cummins diesel oil filter can be tricky, you can only access the filter through the passenger-side fender well. On these trucks, you really have to know what you're doing, right front tire has to be removed to properly access the fender-well opening and extract the oil filter. They handled the entire diesel oil change perfectly. Not a single drop of oil was left on my vehicle, and they also completed the safety checks, including my brakes and other important service items. I take all my vehicles here for automotive repair and maintenance. They are much more than just an oil change shop. They handle brakes, wiper blades, serpentine belts, light bulbs, transmission fluid service, radiator coolant service, spark plugs, tire rotations, rear gear differential fluid, general auto repair, preventive maintenance, and full-service vehicle care. After putting my information and the license plate of the car I needed service on in the questionnaire, it automatically populated all of the information including the year, make, model, and VIN. Unfortunately I didn't know you can pull up to the garage when you're checking in and I had parked my car in the parking stall across from it. I waited about 10 minutes while they were working on another vehicle since they didn't get an alert I was there. Anthony helped me and immediately had another gentleman bring my car in and was very apologetic for the wait. He guided me inside the waiting room and let me know there were snacks and drinks that were complimentary and also a coffee mug I could take as well. The waiting room was clean and the chairs were comfortable. I also noticed a TV on the wall that had all the camera views in the garage and was surprised to see them cleaning my windows which really needed to be cleaned too. I paid ~$100 for the oil change with labor which was expected. Once they got my car back there it took about 25ish minutes from start to finish. Anthony took me to the back office where I checked out and he alerted me of an issue on my vehicle that he suggested I have checked out when I decide to. He also let me know they cleaned the windows and vacuumed inside the car. They had placed scented vent clips and also a $15 off coupon for the next oil change. Grease Monkey exceeded my expectations.
