I was at the restaurant that same evening as another patron mentioned, and my experience was completely different. I dined inside and personally witnessed an older man behaving in a very concerning way toward a young employee with black hair who appeared to be working alone. His behavior came across as inappropriate and unsettling, as he seemed to be watching and following her movements. After leaving the restaurant, I stopped at the nearby grocery store. When I drove back past the restaurant shortly after, I saw what appeared to be the same individual open his car door into the young woman, making contact with her after very loudly screaming obscenities at her. It looked intentional and was disturbing to witness. My son and I stopped to see if she needed help which she politely refused. At no point were there ever police present. I want to specifically mention that the employee, has served me multiple times before. She has always been exceptionally kind, professional, and composed--even during busy dinner rushes when the restaurant is clearly short-staffed. She consistently provides excellent service and deserves to feel safe in her workplace. Additionally, the food is always on point. My only complaint would be that sometimes we have to wait a long time for our fresh food. The environment is always family oriented and friendly.

This is a place that I've overlooked since it opened, though I've been to another location in the valley before. After a friend went last weekend and shared they loved the pizza, I knew I had to try it soon. The store is very clean, inviting, and had a great selection of items to choose from. The vegetarian pizza was amazing and the crust was phenomenal (what I'm always looking for in a pizza). Tonight the two staff members were very friendly, and the pizza to go came out pretty quickly as well. Can't wait to try the white pizza next time as that sounds delicious. Definitely be back as this is the place in town for pizza now!

This was my first time eating at a Barros and I had a great time! The premises is very clean and comfortable. There's a lot of super comfy booth seating. I met GM Blake who was very courteous and professional with outstanding communication skills. Server Montine was also outstanding. I really enjoyed all my food. Their Marinara sauce is top 5 best I ever had. The cheese raviolis are huge and so we're the delicious meatballs. Mega warm cookie with vanilla ice cream and choc sauce was super yummy. Highly recommended in gorgeous, scenic Apache Junction just south of the Lost Dutchman state park.

This is the worst Barros location. Little Caesar down the street is better. Pizzas and wings are over cooked .

Worst pizza I ever had. I would tell you to go somewhere else. Service was super slow and they didn't even care.

My absolute favorite is their fresh Antipasto Salad and warm Ciabatta bread. I highly recommend ordering a side of their scampi butter for the bread. Yum! This visit, I had the Baked RigaTony, and my daughter ordered the Deep Dish Lasagna with marinara sauce. Both dishes were excellent--hot, flavorful, and generously portioned. They also have great weekday lunch specials. The Chicken Cutlet Picatta is another favorite of mine. Great food, friendly service, and a restaurant that's been a longtime favorite of mine. We've always loved the food and have recommended it to so many people over the years. We recently saw the $25 family special that included a baked rigatoni, salad, and bread for 3-4 people, so we decided to give it a try and ordered curbside pickup. Unfortunately, we were really disappointed when we got home. The order only came with 4 small pieces of bread, and the baked rigatoni with sausage had only about one whole sausage sliced throughout the entire 3-4 person portion. For a meal advertised to feed 3-4 people, we expected there to be enough sausage for everyone to actually get a serving. It felt like the protein was cut way back, which made the meal feel incomplete. We're not writing this because we don't like Rigatony's - we genuinely do, and we'll most likely continue coming back because we've had so many great experiences over the years. We just hope this was a one-time issue or that they reconsider the portions for this special, because it didn't live up to the quality and value we've come to expect from a restaurant we've loved for so long.

This most recent visit we ate outside as we had our dog with with us. There was one other party and even though it was late June, the patio was covered and the misters were nice, so it was very comfortable. Our server was friendly and although it seemed like she was new, if she didn't know the answer to our questions she happily asked her peers for the answer. We had a few hiccups but she was very apologetic and nice about it. We ordered the meatball Ferris wheel, kids cheese pizza, and hot Sicilian pizza. I thought it was really cool how the Ferris wheel actually spun. I did think the polenta would be a bigger portion and served on the side. (They put the polenta in each meatball cup) The meatballs were a good size and tasted pretty good. One of them was topped with Calabrian chili and it was really good. It may have been their monthly special. The kids pizza was a good size for our toddler and you could tell it wasn't frozen cheese pizza. The cheese was good and I like that it comes with a drink. I think it also comes with a dessert but our server didn't offer it and we didn't think we needed it. They did bring the pizza out piping hot and considering it's for a kid I would have appreciated if they let it cool a bit instead of bringing it fresh out the oven. The pizza was amazing and had such good flavor. I loved the ricotta and hot honey. I just wish it was a little bigger, but with the meatballs it was more than enough for two people. We don't eat Italian often but would definitely be back when we do.

Both were made to perfection. Great flavor and so tender. A perfect start to the dinner. We had the Caprese and Caesar Salad next. Both had solid flavors, but the Caesar was our favorite. What a treat. Exactly what I'm looking for in a Caesar salad. So good! The pesto on the Caprese was house made and so tasty. I want to try a pesto dish next time. My wife had the Sacchetti Porcini with truffle and it was light and perfectly balanced flavor. The pillows melted in your mouth. Will definitely have again. The Lobster Ravioli had a well balanced limoncello flavor and not too creamy. Cool striped pasta. Perfect for those not super hungry but wanting a unique dish that is sure to please. Steak Nicola was was cooked to perfection and had a suburb combination of black truffle, aus jus and prosciutto cotto to make it a memorable dish. I'm still craving it the day after. The cannelloni for dessert was perfectly Italian with awesome flavors. A perfectly compliment to an amazing dinner. This is a gem is Chandler!!! Thank you to Aqua Di Mare for making this an amazing experience.

From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, welcoming, and made us feel like they genuinely cared. Our daughter finally got her "fancy pasta," and the food was delicious. We probably needed more drinks because nearly all our food was extremely salty. The calamari appetizer was salty and it overwhelmed any other flavor. Our main dishes came out just after the appetizer was put on the table. The waitress apologized but still put the food down so we felt rushed. The lentil and sausage soup had only two pieces of sausage in it and wasn't very good. The chicken parm was the only thing that was edible. The pasta that came on the chicken parm had a very strange flavor in the sauce and I couldn't stand more than one bite. The atmosphere was nice. They could have chosen better music, but that's a personal thing I guess. The restaurant was clean. All and all I told my wife we should have gone to Olive Garden or Sal's Gilbert Pizza. At least we would have had better food and saved some $'s.
