Seems to be going downhill quick! Last 2 orders were messed up but I'm not the person to call and complain but I'm fed up. Then I got my $13 sandwich and it was nothing but bread, 1 small piece of turkey and one small piece of cheese. Disappointed.

Cool little play area for the kids. Has great thick pizza. The food is delicious. If you get wings, eat them in person! Love this place! Good service as well, and ambiance is good.

THE BURNED PIZZA with next to no sausage. I have been doing business with them for years....such a disappointment

Ordered an extra large pizza, 12/ cheese and 1/2 sausage. There was no sauce and burned. Since is was a pick up order none of this was noticed. So our 6 and 7 year old ate it...IT WAS HORRIBLE

Highly disappointed. The last time we lived in AZ we LOVED to get Barro's pizza whenever we could. we've recently returned and ordered (delivery)from the Gilbert (williams/ market St) location. We ordered our favorite pizza, the kona, and wanted to try the white pizza. Delivery was fine (door dash) but the pizza was horrible. The white pizza was fine, just no real flavor. The kona, horrendous! we didn't order thin crust, but even if we had, I didn't know that crust could be made that thin. It was like trying to pick up a paper towel with toppings! Not to mention the toppings looked as though they had melted onto the bottom of the box and some look like they just slid off. We also ordered boneless wings, they were no better than the pizzas, nothing was to standard! This may have been our last time ordering Barro's

The pizza was super salty. Couldn't eat it. F this place. And I called them the next day, and they said to deal with Uber eats. Yeah, your done .....

I'm so sad because the last two times I have went to Barro's the quality has changed. We used to loveeee this pizza, but last time it didn't have any flavor and the wings were very mushy. Then today we decided to give it a try again just to see if maybe it was a bad day. We ordered our food over the phone and they told us 25 minutes but normally they are pretty quick so we went and picked it up after 20 minutes. We ordered a kids meal and the pasta was very dry and super cold. We were also missing the kids drink and the garlic bread which was a little disappointing. Then we ordered the supreme large pizza, but the pizza had very little toppings and the pizza was very cold. We also ordered two sides of garlic bread and the bread was really cold. $29.36 for cold items is a little frustrating. The restaurant was very quiet tonight and not busy at all. The restaurant was clean. I just wish the food was the same quality and had the same love it used to have.

The best thing about this location is how exceptional the service was. There's just a few teenagers running it when I was there. They were polite and courteous and on the ball and eager to please. We had to ask them where the tip jar was so we could leave them something and they kept it under the counter because they didn't want it to seem like they were asking for money, so humble! The dining room was huge and clean and has a cute kids corner with games and a tv playing kids shows. We ordered side salads and a thin crust pizza with half pep and sausage and half pep and green peppers. The crust wasn't too thin but the pizza was exceptional, hot and tasty! Definitely enjoyed dining in and getting it right out of the oven. The side salads were huge (big enough to share) and the dressing was delicious! See u next time Barros! Can't wait!

He was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. With SO many sandwiches on the menu, choosing was definitely the hardest part! We eventually went with the Time Traveler's Wife, made with vegan fried chicken, zesty orange glaze, provolone, and dirty sauce, and the Phil Mickelson, with halal chicken, bacon, barbecue sauce, beer-battered onion rings, cheddar cheese, and dirty sauce. Both sandwiches were huge, packed with flavor, and seriously tasty. There are so many combinations to try that I already know we'll have to come back and work our way through the menu!

Perfect for eating on the go! Every Ike's restaurant has different subs. If you like a sandwich at one shop they will make it at another if you know what's on it. I had the #98 off of the favorites menu. The fried chicken was good with the yellow BBQ. The Dutch bread was perfect with that crunch. I highly recommend that Dutch bread. We will for sure not hesitate to come back to this location or to try other shops. Also, their mission statement is amazing and they offer fundraising opportunities and I love companies that support the community!!! A+

This restaurant is legitimately fantastic and deserves to be discovered by more people. My husband and I went on a Friday night, and the place was absolutely poppin with a great, lively atmosphere. We split the Ammo Burger with onion rings and the Philly cheesesteak (we added jalapeños, of course!) with fries. Everything was phenomenal. The burger was delicious, the Philly cheesesteak was fantastic, and the fries deserve their own shout-out. They're cooked in beef tallow, and the crisp on them was absolutely perfect. The onion rings were also delicious! They had an amazing beer special while we were there, buy one, get one for $1, which I believe may have been a Labor Day special, so definitely check before you go. But we were more than happy to take advantage of it! One thing I really loved was seeing the chef come out and make his way around the restaurant to say hello and check in with everyone. That always creates such a welcoming, personal vibe and says a lot about a place. Seriously, if you haven't discovered Smoke & Grain yet, put it on your list. Great food, great atmosphere, cold beer, and an all-around fun night out. We will definitely be back!

Price and quality did not match…read more I ordered the pastrami sandwich and immediately noticed some cost cutting choices, like butter flavored spray (can we use real butter) US Foods/Chef's Store sourdough bread, (can we use real sourdough bread) and a microwave sitting next to the griddle (which the griddle looks like it has not been cleaned very often). I didn't think much of it at first, but then I watched the owner heat the pastrami in the microwave before assembling the sandwich. I've never had a deli sandwich prepared that way right in front of me, and it was disappointing. She also pulled out a large bag of Taylor Farms shredded lettuce. I asked for no lettuce, and she joked that "people don't want lettuce anymore." Given the recent news surrounding Taylor Farms, that comment didn't exactly inspire confidence. What really surprised me was that the pastrami was placed in a plastic basket and microwaved. Whether or not it's considered safe, seeing food heated that way wasn't very appetizing. Looking around, there also didn't appear to be any real kitchen equipment for preparing hot sandwiches beyond a microwave. A Blackstone griddle or even a quality countertop oven would have inspired much more confidence in the food, especially considering the owner's Yelp responses emphasizing the quality of their sandwiches. From what I experienced, the preparation didn't match those claims. In the end, we ordered just one pastrami sandwich and one beer, and the total came to about $25, with the sandwich alone costing over $17. For that price, I expected much better ingredients and preparation. Unfortunately, the quality didn't match the cost. We tried to be as nice as possible but we left feeling pretty disappointed and couldn't wait to get out of there.
