Can't beat their all you can eat Chicken and Spaghetti~ Chicken is so moist and tasty!!!!

Food - 4**** Tasty spaghetti and chicken. Ravioli and Gnocchi was a little tougher than I prefer however maybe that is their el dente. My lean cut of tenderloin was cooked more well than I asked. Friendly Customer Service - 3** my dad thinks they steer you toward the bar bf tell you that there is no room on the dining room to buy more drinks. The Lambrusco was served cold which I would not recommend. The bar tender and hostess were friendly however our server was pretty shy but she was cute at least. I don't think she knows what vinegar and oil is because I asked for that as my salad dressing but she said they didn't have that. Absolutely one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had--and we didn't even make it to a table. My fiancé and I were traveling through the area and made a special stop to try this place. Big mistake. There's zero direction when you walk in. Just an empty host stand and confused guests waiting to be acknowledged. After standing there for 5+ minutes, the hostess handed us a buzzer and told us to wait at the bar. So we did--for over an hour. During that time, we watched countless parties who arrived after us--clearly regulars--get seated immediately. When we politely asked the hostess for an update, she gave us attitude, no real answer, and basically blew us off. We left. And we're glad we did. Everyone working there looked miserable, clearly didn't want to be there, and couldn't care less about basic hospitality or customer service. We ended up having an incredible meal at the steakhouse up the street instead where we shared a story with a local couple who also refuse to ever eat at this establishment. Save yourself the time and the frustration. Skip this place. read more

We found out about the $5 all you can eat Broasted Chicken & Spaghetti dinner special on Mondays a few weeks back, and decided to give a try. Don't get me wrong, the food was decent, but the way things are done once inside definitely make first timers and tourists feel out of place. When going in, there is a line. Okay, whatever. What's not said, or posted, is that the little podium is where you need to go, to get yourself checked in, and get a buzzer. After seeing people just walking in then going there, skipping the people already in line waiting to check in is a kick to the butt! So, that's done. After an hour and twenty minutes, watching the person running the seating board grabbing people that she apparently knew, who came in after us, to get seated is a bunch of crap. When confronting her, she gets defensive and rude, like it's our fault we're being skipped over. For $5 Broasted chicken, I've honestly paid more and had worse than what's served here. But, the experience from walking in to being seated left too much to desire. read more

Nothing in this restaurant is made fresh. Had the Italian Wedding soup and it was out of a can (you can always tell when the meatballs look like clones). The bang bang shrimp was rubbery and I believe it was microwaved. The steaks were overcooked, under seared, and flavored with so much Lawry's Seasoned Salt it could double for a salt lick. The gnocchi like wise was not fresh it was clearly machine produced and frozen, it was overcooked and rubbery and the marinara sauce was a flavorless thin red liquid that was a little thicker then tomato juice but with less flavor. The waitress was attentive and funny; the bartender less so (seemed like he would rather be anywhere but work), those raggedy T-Shirts need to go, they are old, stretched out, and stained. Previously I have given them a 5 star review, but after tonight I have to change that to 1 because of my experience tonight. Ordered the deep fried cod dinner and they served me 3 1 inch by 1 inch pieces with hot, discolored tartar sauce. When I asked a waitress that was passing by if I could get some refrigerated tartar sauce she literally said I will have to see what we have. NOT A GOOD SIGN. She did bring some and just tossed it on my table and when I said thank you she said mhm. My waitress for my table however was very kind. read more

Food cold, service neglectful & unfriendly, unwelcoming atmosphere. MICROWAVE offered if you do not like to eat cold food. Police threatened if you do not want to eat cold food or pay for neither the cold food served or microwaved food as their accommodation. Staff yelling, waiving their hands goodbye, mocking, laughing, telling you to never return if you're not happy with cold food or microwaves. This happened to my husband and I on our anniversary April 30th 2023. The food was inedible and without even eating the food we requested something be done besides throwing our steaks and soup in the microwave... we were met with three confrontational staff members, two waitresses and one bartender who watched their staff behave like animals while he sneered and laughed. This has got to be the worst experience of my life and unreal that multiple members of staff would behave in such ways. My husband had to wipe the waitress' spit off his face because she ran up on him telling him he would either pay or the police would be called. This is unacceptable and downright disturbing. We've been returning customers who clearly hold no value to the business. Unfortunately, there are not many restaurants to choose from in our area. However, we will NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT RESTAURANT AGAIN!!! Shameful!!! I cannot put enough emphasis into this review. THAT PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!! Not to mention the rest of the issues... serving water that sat all day with a quarter chip of ice cube in it... the water was discolored and warm. Unreal!! This is sad! Please do not make the mistake of going to this restaurant if you've never been and consider how their staff treats their customers if you're a regular. Went for a nice anniversary dinner but had the WORST service ever! This waitress Wendy came to the table as soon as we were seated and asked for our orders. We ordered a drink, which they didn't have the alcohol to make a drink I wanted, which was no big deal, but instead of giving me time to think about a different drink, she looked annoyed so I just ordered water. She never actually greated us either. She never smiled. Just plain had a resting bitch face!!! I have never left a crappy tip, but tonight she is lucky I gave her the 3 dollars I did. And no it is not because she might be tired tonight. I have had her multiple times and she had always been the same. I had heard good things about Bartoletti's but I was very disappointed with their food. The salad was adequate but only that. The prime rib was done as ordered, but they had no horseradish cream to go with it (the cut was okay, but had a bit of gristle). I didn't care for their gnocchi-it seemed heavy. They had a chicken special advertised for another day that was a super good price. I might be willing to try Bartoletti's for something like that with the family, but I won't go there for a special dare night again. read more

This was our first time eating at this restaurant. Unfortunatly, the food was a complete let down. The waitress was not rude but also was not kind, attentive or knowledgeable. The portion sizes were pretty big but the quality, taste and sauces(tasted cheap) were all more than disappointing. We each had different items off the menu and both barely took even a few bites. It was date night so it was a bit of damper. But on the one positive note, the wine was only $3 a glass and they poured generously. Probably will never return to this establishment. read more

This place is a local favorite for the 70+ crowd, but the food is downright horrible. I ordered the chicken Alfredo, and it was pretty much inedible. It was like a flour and water paper mache paste with no seasoning, yuck! My husband got the steak, and was happy with it, mostly because of the cheap price. Terrible. First it's dirty, seats and table cloths have holes. Waitresses are rude. No smile, no nothing. Served me a lobster under cooked, when I sent it back she didn't even say sorry. Came back like rubber, I didn't even eat. Steak, had ZERO seasoning. And wasn't cooked at all! Only the outside was browned. Very low class place. Will never go again. Decent food does not make up for biased service! My party of 3 waited over an hour after being told we wouldn't wait more than 30 minutes. I suppose the hostess was referring to the parties which arrived AFTER us that were seated in under half an hour. told my server I had a dairy allergy my steak came out with it soaked in butter ..they made me a new one that one came out rare to med rare it was suppose to be medium..Asked to have it taken off the bill and pretty much told no can give you 10 off since they wasted 2 steaks... I honestly would never recommend them to anyone... my steak was not the only that came out soaked in butter... I told my server about the allergy for a reason read more

Really good food, ok service. Specials are great but they run out quickly. Some of the seating sucks but I would recommend it.
