Nice clean store, friendly employees. And, compared to Phoenix area stores, less crowded! Yay!

Only grocery store in Gold Canyon and their employees know it. Mean customer treatment. They need a course of charm school.

Over the years, I've seen a lot of changes at both stores, but the Apache Junction location has really stepped up its game while still maintaining the hometown atmosphere that has kept me coming back for so many years. On my most recent visit, Michael Ray provided outstanding customer service. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the produce department, including delivery schedules for seasonal items, and was familiar with products throughout the store. When I asked for help picking out a watermelon for a party, he didn't just point me in the right direction--he took the time to dig through the display to find the biggest and best one. It was a huge hit with everyone, and I truly appreciated the extra effort he put into making sure I left with exactly what I needed. Michael Ray has been a wonderful addition to an already outstanding staff. Employees like him are the reason customers continue to come back year after year. His knowledge, willingness to help, and genuine commitment to customer service reflect the values that make Superstition Ranch Market such a special place to shop. Please recognize Michael Ray for the excellent work he does. He represents your store exceptionally well and deserves to be acknowledged for the positive impact he has on your customers.

The prices overall are the same and it has good service for the most part. What is nice is that one of the employees was very helpful with helping me find simply Lemonade when it seemed they were out of stock. He was able to help us find the last one for the day and give us an idea if there is more coming tomorrow. The checkout area is also nice and clean so there aren't many complaints there and the rest of the store just has a very nice spacious amount of space. Furthermore, this Safeway also has a gas station which is beneficial especially now with how expensive gas is becoming. With the help of having enough fuel points, you can get gas cheaper here than at the other big name brands. So if you need gas and you have points then use them. The food is all good especially the wings. Give this Safeway a shot as it's one of the best I've been to. The only complaints are out of their control which are the pricing of the items. But that is expected as its just something every supermarket has to deal with no matter what.

The first one I got didn't even make it to the deli. The other one stopped before I finished shopping. The other way they show their disregard for disabled customers is to have no cashiers after 8pm.

You put a quarter in to unlock the cart, use it for your shopping, & when finished, you put your cart back, lock it, & you get your quarter back. Keeps the number of stolen carts down. Also, you bag your own groceries. That helps keep the costs down as well. I bought 3 reusable Aldi bags for future trips. I was impressed with the store itself. Nice wide aisles to go through while shopping. Cashier service is awesome and the cashiers are very helpful and friendly. The ambiance is busy yet quiet. Perfect when you don't want craziness while shopping I saved close to $50 on my groceries! What I bought today was $88 and would have cost me close to $130 at Walmart, where I usually shop! Aldi will be my go to from here on out except for certain items I can only get at Walmart.

Apart from the EVOO, we enjoy the garlic and vanilla bean flavors a lot, but they offer so many other varieties. One thing I love is they provide recipe cards with suggestions on how to use their olive oils, vinegars etc. to make awesome dishes. That's how we first discovered the incredible vanilla bean olive oil waffle recipe. Another great service they provide is the ability to sample most everything. The store features other local products like jams, honey, granola etc. They have the OliveSpa line of body care products also. So many great items to shop for! Many years ago we took the tour and learned all about how the olive oil is made. And you cannot forget the Del Piero Kitchen where you can come dine for breakfast, lunch, dinner or brunch. Oftentimes on weekends they have festivals or live music on the patio. It's just a happening place - definitely worth checking out.

When the weather is nice, it's lovely to sit outside under the olive trees, and during the summer there are plenty of comfortable indoor tables. Just a quick note - summer is much quieter, but be prepared-- it gets really busy in the winter!

Never mind how run down the place is--if the sandwiches were good, I'd ignore that. The woman behind the counter took orders for me and my wife, with the special direction that there be no onion nor mustard on hers. Then, another customer came in to order his sandwich. After waiting about ten minutes, the other customer got his sandwich first and left. It took another ten minutes to get our order, and then I see only one sandwich sitting on the counter. She heard both orders, asked us what kind of bread we wanted, wrote down notes. Then, only charged us for only one sandwich, made us wait 20 minutes, served a customer that came in after us first, forgot mine, and left my wife's with mustard and onions contrary to my order. Slicer? Nothing sliced fresh here anymore. All prepackaged, salty meat on cheap bread. Not terrible, but I could buy Oscar Meyer packs from Basha's and make something better. Our server seemed pretty clueless and out to lunch. This is not how you run a restaurant. She offered to make me another sandwich and I didn't give her to opportunity to make another mistake. Nor will I in the future.
