The pizza is great but they charged me an overly egregious fee for using a card and didn't tell me anything. Their pricing is repeatedly inconsistent. I used to come all the time but the fact that I order the same thing and get charged different prices every time makes me not like it. I came here for lunch because I work in the area and have been coming here for years. Beware of this business because I got sick after eating here. Stomach poisoning and intense complications. I ordered a regular and a meatball slice. I noticed that there were pigeons inside the store exclusively right by the food area and ovens. The manager and staff ignored the pigeons or any requests to remove them. They were more concerned with revenue and making money. Native Italian-American New Yorker here, so I'm giving it to you straight -- the pizza is mediocre, at best. If they're going to charge $3.50 for a regular cheese slice, the LEAST they can do is make sure you can eat the entire slice by checking to assure the underside of the slice isn't BURNT (like half of mine was today). And to top it off, when I brought it to the counter to show the guys -- ALL of whom were NOT Italian (likely all from Mexico; no disrespect, but pizza is NOT their specialty nor native to their continent)! -- they just looked at me and didn't even offer the basic customer service courtesy of a replacement or money back for the slice.
