I couldn't believe the service I received at this location. I had a coupon so I went in today. They have already got our order and when I proceeded to check out the coupon QR code didn't work. She asked several employees for help which none of them couldn't help. The girl who was helping me said this happened to another client earlier with the same coupon. Uhm...maybe this is on your end so maybe you need to resolve this issue then??? They said they can't do anything and asked if I wanted my ice cream that's been already packed! If I had said no what were you going to do with the ice cream? Put it back or throw it away?! Both option sounds ridiculous to me! So you rather lose a client and waste food. The workers there are very nice. They have signs for social distancing on the floor. Everyone was wearing a mask. There was on worker who helped me who was working super hard. I didin't have a tip for her but at least I can leave her a good review. The ice cream is of course delicious. You can do contactless pay. I used my phone to pay. If you read my reviews, you'll know that I really like clean stores and restaurants and that's why I've given this location a 5-star review. They have a parking lot and plenty of street parking too. The store is clean and very well maintained by the staff. It looks like the franchisee is really on top of things here. The ice cream buckets are fresh and have the most common flavors. Do not custom order ice cream cakes here. What a horrible experience. Baskin-Robbins totally ruined the cakes for my daughter's 1st birthday party. I ordered 2 cakes, a 6 inch and a 9 inch. The 6 inch was supposed to have her initials in cursive and I specifically asked for the initials to be large so that there wouldn't be tiny little initials in the middle of a large empty space. The guy on the phone said NO PROBLEM. So what did I get? I got 3 tiny little initials in the middle of a large space and the initials were in Block Font, not Cursive. The second cake I ordered was the "Petals and Pearls" cake they advertise. The color advertised is a Tiffany Green/Robin's Egg shade. What did I get? A baby blue!!!! Being as how everything at my kid's party was Aqua, the baby blue did not match anything. I was so flipping upset because I picked this cake up at Noon and her party started at 3pm. When I told the shift manager girl about everything I was upset about, she called her boss who is apparently the owner. He told her to give me $3 off. $3.00!!!!!!!! For a $60 custom cake order that they got wrong on multiple levels, they offered me a $3 discount. Unbelievable! Then the shift manager tried to give me some retarded excuse for them not being able to match the color exactly to what is in the catalogue. As a former ice cream scooper, I'm pretty understanding when it comes to issues with making milk shakes. That being said, when an obvious 'newbie' spills a good portion of your shake on the counter and you just request "lots of whipped cream", the last response you expect to hear from one of the OTHER workers is, "next time we'll have to charge you for extra whipped cream". When I pointed out the 'missing' milkshake, rather than being treated like a valued customer, or any inkling of the concept of customer service, this other employee proceeded to state she could "make another shake" if it bothered me so much. Originally, the issue didn't bother me, but this employee's attitude turned something inconsequential into something that does bother me, to the point that I won't be returning to this store, and giving the store a mere 2 star rating...something I rarely ever do, and that's only because the ice cream is always good. I've been to this shop several time over the years, and it's always been OK, not great. I've served by this particular employee before and she's never been really friendly, but she crossed a line today. I love frozen yogurt, but sometimes it just doesn't do the trick. There is something so decadent about real ice cream that frozen yogurt can't easily replicate. Now, when ice cream stores figure out how to have the variety of toppings that yogurt joints have, at a similar price, my life will officially be complete... I haven't been to a Baskin Robbins that I haven't liked...the service is great..they will let you sample all the flavors if you want...the prices are decent I guess..around 5 bucks for a shake which is what I usually get. I got the half rocky road and half cookie dough..I can never choose so I had to get 2. They have a decent parking lot and was quick. Let me start by saying I went in at 9:30pm on a Saturday night. I understand they close at 10pm, all 3 employees are already cleaning and rushing. I ordered a Banana Royal, as advertised it comes with two scoops, banana, whipped cream and caramel sauce. As she was scooping the ice cream I noticed the scoops were very small, & so I asked may I please have a third scoop, she said no, I said can I please have it I don't mind the extra charge, she said no, not possible, (they like to lose money I guess) I could not believe it, I wasn't asking for anything free. But anyways I said ok then She asked me what I wanted on it, I said as advertised. When I get it, its full of chocolate fudge, which BANANA ROYAL does not come with chocolate fudge. The employee's name was Nathaly or Nathanaly, not sure exactly but just very rude woman, everything we ordered looked sloppy and just horrible customer service. Never going back there again. Sub par customer service is what I received from short Hispanic girl ( I'm only stating that so everyone can beware who to stay away from). I went in to get the "Elevens Heaven" ice cream treat that I had gotten previously at this same location ( first time wasn't a hassle) and when I let her know which cone I was going for she gave an attitude, slammed the ice cream window, and visibly showed frustration as if it was a burden to her (side note: isn't this your job??) and in the end she didn't want to put in the effort and gave me a completely different one from what I asked for! When charging she glared at me angrily as if I had asked for something free. I should've been the one who was upset but decided to just thank her and walk away politely. Also their bananas for their splits are never ripe and always green. Don't bother coming here just give your business to many other local ice cream shops who will treat you 10x better. read more

A few weeks ago I had a special birthday shindig to attend, I offered to bring the cake for the event. I wanted something different than your average Porto's cake and not a bunch of hard to handle cupcakes. I instantly thought back to my childhood and yearned for an ice cream cake. The decision was made, I called and placed an order, the attendant could no thave been more helpful. It was a breeze ordering and picking up this cake. I don't usually come to this location but I was in the neighborhood for some wings and decided ice cream would be a good end to the night. I had a coupon or a free scoop so I decided to use that. When I got there the place was very clean and the staff did greet us. I thought we would be there fast, just to get our ice cream and go because there wasn't that many people. Unfortunately the people in front of us took a long time and we were there for a very long time waiting for our turn. When it was finally our turn to choose our delicious fluffy goodness the guy was not very polite and we felt rushed to pick a flavor. I know that it must be hard to work with a lot of customers that take a while specially at the end of a shift but I think each customer deserves quality service. In the end I got pistachio flavored ice cream and it was good. It would have been better though if the service provided would have been just as sweet. read more

The worst location ever. Let me first say that I very seldom right a review but I just experienced the worst customer service ever! Their scooper person Marissa should Never be allowed to be around customers. She was very rude & condescending. Perhaps she doesn't like serving black people. Anyways, I purchased 2 sundaes & 1 child scoop of ice cream. As I got to the door, my daughter offered my grand child a spoon of her ice cream but the little one shook her head no, so I turned to Marissa to inform her that my baby didn't want it. To make a long story short, Marissa refused to refund me my money & I end up leaving the ice cream on the counter. Mind you, its not about the dollar, its about the bad customer service that I experienced because I spent about $12 & some change in total. I have been a Baskin Robbins consumer for many years & this is the first time I've had a bad experience with them. The franchise is great however, this location sucks! Their prepackaged ice cream from the freezer section is fantastic! However the last couple of times we came in and ordered from the window display cases it wasn't very good. Felt like the ice cream had been in the drum too long and wasn't very fresh. Also ordered a shake which proceeded to give me the runs promptly.
