I've never had an issue with this Baskin Robins location. It seems as if a lot of their workers are younger but all of which are sweet. I came one hour before close the other day, and it was mildly busy. There were about three workers which seemed like the appropriate amount. My party and I ordered about 5 items, and the worker helping us was very kind and very patient. Personally, I prefer this location rather than the one back in Ewa Beach because of its wait time being less and workers being more efficient and kind. The store seemed very clean as well. i come to this location from time to time and no matter what day or time the customer service always sucks. i work in the service industry so i try my best to be patient and leave a decent tip. but tonight was ridiculous. i called in an order, the female on the phone was rude. when we went inside to pick up our order, the asian female ignored us and let a family cut in front us even though we were waiting for a very long time before them. she was very sassy and that was the worst experience i've ever had at that location. read more

The manager looked more interested in making herself a drink than helping customers. We were greeted only by the worker helping the other customer and not the manager. Went to pickup our order of ice cream cheesecake for birthday. They opened the box because we asked them to see it. The decoration had fallen over so the guy fixed it. The happy birthday writing was written on the box and not on the cake. Really weird. So we were thinking it's fine. Got home and opened the box. The decoration fell over again! The words on the box was smashed and basically ruined the writing. Let me just say, for a $60 cake, that was horrible and not worth it at all. (7th review of 2019) This review is only for the service & ordering of ice cream cakes. We came here 3 times for ice cream cakes for my niece & nephew's birthdays within the last 2 years. I am seriously disappointed more & more each time. This last time was the last straw! If I could give 0 stars, I would. My parents surprised me after my graduation with a little get together with my family. The parking lot was a little crowded due to it being a Friday, i guess. But once we found parking we walked in and there was no one in there, only the two workers. We ordered a bunch of ice cream and 3 shakes. Their shakes are always amazing, no matter who makes it. I wish i could make it the same way at home. The workers asked if we wanted to sample any flavors, which my daughter did. They were friendly and very sociable. The service was quick as well. We tried the cotton candy and sherbet. My daughter picked the cotton candy. I'm pretty sure she picked it based on the color. They have your typical flavors like Cookies and Cream, Vanilla, Chocolate and etc. They also have specialty flavors like Reese's peanut butter and cookies and cream mixed with peanut butter. Price: A kid's scoop cost less than $3. Great price and a nice size scoop. A sugar and cake cone is free! Waffle cones cost $1 extra. Ambiance: Clean and fun! Person said that's how they make it because they have to leave room for whip cream. So my daughters and I walked into this establishment around 8:30ish....busy, busy, busy they were. But I have to say that they had the man power, 4 employees strong. The wait was little to none, surprisingly because it was packed. I ordered two keiki scoops for my daughters. Both in regular cones, one mint chip and the other cotton n candy! For a quick stop for a scoop of ice cream this location is okay --but for any serious inquiries about a "custom" case, I would NEVER recommend this place. All we ordered were two of an extra small sized, half-sphere shaped elf that was an option in their cake book. Unfortunately they were the second location we went out of our way to try and get the cake we wanted. They accepted the job and produced two cakes that was nowhere near accurate. My mom was quick enough to conceal the cakes until it was time for my sister to blow out her 11 candles. I saw the cakes before her and was shocked that my mom allowed such a tragedy slide by. (Kudos to my mom for paying FULL price for what we didn't ask for). I felt so bad when I saw her reaction. Her jaw literally dropped and I saw her lips mouth, "what are those?" Thankfully our little trooper was able to enjoy her party and was quite excited to demolish the monstrosities. This cake was so terrible, it is now laughable.
