Supported my local Baskin Robins on a number of occasions. Ice cream taste is pretty classic and flavors are standard. I like that it's creamy, but nothing special. I recently ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday at this location and was happy with how it turned out. It was $55 and was more than enough for 16 adults and 6 toddlers. Note, their website is not up to date and they actually can do more designs if you go in person and select from their cake book. I didn't like that you have to know that... there was no Sesame Street design option online! I'm giving 3 stars because of the ordering experience. The process was confusing, and the staff member who helped me wasn't confident that my cake would be ready in time -- even though I ordered more than 24 hours in advance, which is their guaranteed turnaround. The employees at this Mililani location lack customer service, we come here at least once a week and I've been noticing that it never gets any better no matter what time of the day you visit. There is usually the same girls working, and I did not catch their names. One girl is usually sitting down or talking to her friends on the side of the ice cream counter near the refrigerators, or texting on her phone. The other girl does not smile and looks like she's always having a bad day, and the third girl is their best employee and does all of the work. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!? What's up with customer service? Reading other Yelper reviews, I am glad I am one of the many experiencing problems with this location. These summer nights are the perfect time to get something delicious and refreshing. So why not Ice cream? It was strange not to be acknowledged or greeted upon entering this establishment. While waiting, I looked for flavors in the showcase while two guests were ahead. Before coming here, I looked at the website, and I must not get started on how difficult it is to navigate through the homepage via mobile (in short, it takes three clicks to view the flavors when they should appear on the main screen). In the meantime, I'm waiting for the guests before me to finish getting assisted. The worker behind the cashier (helping scoop ice cream) glanced at me twice, returned to work, and started speaking with one of her friends or significant other while helping other customers. The girl was quite sarcastic while talking to her friend near the showcase. From that point of glancing at me, you should acknowledge the customer and let them know you'll be with them shortly. Right? WRONG! Here, it seems like the customer is NEVER right. Finally, it was my turn. YAY! I stated what I wanted, but the cashier girl had to cut me off because the guy behind me got an ice cream cake from the fridge and wanted to pay. I hand gestured to the guy, go ahead. The cashier person didn't even state anything. It would have been nice if the cashier girl had told me if I was okay to ring this customer with the ice cream cake because time is of the essence, and she did not want the guest's cake to melt instead of being lost in the clouds. So, after that transaction, she proceeded to help me and had to ask me for my order again. I had a total of four items. I finished my commerce. Then she asked me if I wanted a bag. Do you ask the customer for a bag before the end of the transaction? Bag fee? Right? I reply yes, I do need a bag. Also, is it common sense that a bag is necessary if one has more than two items because I am not an octopus and can't carry multiple items while walking to my car? Overall, the employees needed standards or protocols to follow. In the future, they will need to reassess customer engagement with acknowledgment. The establishment received a one-star rating from me, which I am disappointed with. I love the flavors and the quality of the products, but the service to me could have been better. read more

Went here on Valentine's Day to get some ice cream. It was packed. I felt bad for the 2 high school students working. They weren't given receipts out to any of the customers in front of me. They accidentally messed up my order but I didn't realize until I got home. I've called multiple times and left voicemails to get this matter straightened out. Finally a store employee called me on behalf of the owner saying I could receive a complimentary 2-scoop sundae. I told them I don't live on that side of the island, I'd like a coupon mailed to me. Over a month and a half later, this matter hasn't been resolved and I never received a coupon in the mail. Honestly, I don't think the owners for this location care about customer service. I used to visit this location a lot but there are quite a few reasons as to why I no longer do so. for starters the employees in the evening are less then pleasant in more ways than one, a few examples of this are audibly sighing before welcoming guests, the employees that aren't doing anything are either standing around, sitting on the side, visibly intoxicated, or flat out ignore the other guests until another coworker tells them to help. then there's the quality of the product they provide. in all the times i've been almost every order has been less than desirable. I've received milkshakes that are half blended and impossible to drink, sundaes that are sloppily made, even single scoops have been hollow and nowhere near the amount that other locations offer. now onto the cleanliness/atmosphere of the store. I'm not sure if this is a me thing or not but there's an interesting smell coming from the middle-left section of the displays (near the chocolate). the tables, floor and counters are almost always sticky or have some kind of mess that we (the customers) have to deal with ourselves. needless to say my experience at this location has been a lot less than desirable. read more

Every time I go, the store is filled with people. This location is perfectly placed next to a movie theatre, so there's always a lot of foot traffic. The ice cream portions are fantastic, but this location doesn't have all the ice cream options, as other ones around the island. I have been here at least eight times, and will continue to go back whenever I'm in the area. Also, the store employees a lot of well behaved high school students, so we love to support a store that supports employing hard working students. read more

I love that the food allergens in each flavor is labeled for all to see. I had a craving for ice cream and I thought I would stop in. I will share that it is challenging to find places to eat at having multiple food allergies. I am happy to put Baskin Robbins on my good place to go to eat at place. This review is mainly for their ice cream cakes, I love them! My favored flavors are world class chocolate and gold medal ribbon and I usually get a sundae when I'm there. I've tried custom making a cake with world class chocolate and I must say nothing beats a cookies and cream with vanilla cake ice cream cake! It's so good and the flavors just accommodate eachother. The cakes are expensive but they are worth it. They always have ready made cakes available in the freezer or you can go online and customize it. You should order custom cakes 24-48 hours in advance! But if you are looking for a specific character that your child likes, just give them a call and ask if it's possible. $1.50 scoops every 31st. I try my best to remember to catch this deal. As for the ice cream servers, it's honestly a hit or miss. You can get an interactive person who is genuinely happy to serve ice cream or you can get the typical just out of high school looking bored and unwillingly to make your ice cream type of person.
