While it has taken me a few months to get over the appalling way I was treated last time, I'm glad that I gave this location another chance. Corporate was quick and excellent in their response to my complaint, and the franchise owner also reached out. I decided to stop by Sunday for the first time since the "experience," and Daniel served me. Daniel was easily the tipping point that put this location back in my good graces. Daniel was so incredibly friendly and efficient; even though he was with another customer, he immediately acknowledged me when I came in. He nailed my order and reminded me why I should (and definitely will) come back. Though sometimes difficult, it's important as a customer to remember that most businesses want us to feel happy. Every so often, things happen. My negative experience last time was one out of a dozen positive experiences. It is unfair to judge the whole franchise based off of one worthless employee. It's amazing how the store hours say that they're open on Sunday until 10 during COVID 19. I got there at 8:00 and they didn't serve us. They didn't even let us in. When we tried to communicate with an employee through the window she ignored us. The fact that there were multiple people waiting outside makes it even more sad. I hope they improve how they communicate their store hours and how they act in situations like these. I don't write reviews but it was annoying that at 8pm they were closed when it said 10pm is the time they close. The people who work at this baskin shouldn't work there at all. They're just ruining it for everyone who just wants ice cream. I would just say SAVE your time and go to a different one. I loove baskin robins and one of my favorite things to get here is the oreo cookie shake this was my first time to this location and was craving an oreo cookie shake! i was the only person in the store by the time i ordered, no line and not busy one worker too, friendly, good service but i give it 2 stars instead of 5 because the guy put so much milk and blended it so much, it literally tasted like a thick milk drink with hints of chocolate mush.. I'm used to my usual Baskin Robbins oreo cookie shake being thick, creamy, with chunks of oreo pieces here and there! this was a disappointing shake that i hope i don't have to deal with again :/ read more

I walked in today and immediately had to walk out. I was so turned off, I couldn't even place an order. There is a worker, who has a VERY strong, pungent smell, like she hasn't bathed in weeks. That was the first turn off. I couldn't have someone smelling that bad, handling any food that I will be eating. She also wore no gloves and kept putting her hands on her face and mouth. Disgusting alert: Came in today with my daughter around 2pm. Girl who made our order was a little out of it. Asked same questions over and over. This is a dangerous place to have within walking distance, but also very nice on hot summer days. I'm giving it 3 stars because my favorite flavor (Love Potion #31) is not carried year round--only in February. Also, this location needs more places to sit. Baskin Robbins, as a chain, feels like it needs to be reinvented. It's age is really starting to show. Every single location I've been to in the area, feels worn, beat-up, fading. Came to this Baskin Robbins a couple days ago with my friends after going to Kickin Kasian, there was only one girl behind the counter working. Her service was great but it was took almost ten minutes for us to be served since it was so busy. After leaving the store almost an hour later she was still by herself. The owner should look into hiring more people. read more

I've been a long time customer, but I was so disappointed in your choice of employees for this particular location. I hope the owners of this particular Baskin Robbins reads this review, these two employees needs to be fired. In this economy with so many people out of work, it's a shame for these two guys to have a job, while so many others would love to have their job. Your workers on October 27, 2011 at 8PM were extremely rude and racial. It was a white and hispanic employee, I think the white employee was the manager. It was my birthday today, so I decided to stop by to get a free scoop of ice cream. I showed them, my driver's license, but they said it wasn't good enough, that I needed to print out a email. So I show them my iPhone, they said, "you have to go home to print it out." I said, all places accept it, when you show by iPhone, you are still able to scan the bar code. All companies want to be environmentally consciences. They said, "No, too bad, you have to print it out." I said, I think that is wrong, and your trying to be difficult, and I started to walk away. As I was walking out, I hear them say, "Have a Happy Birthday" sarcastically and started laughing and then said, "Ching Chong Chang", and laughed some more. I was so mad, but I decide to just walk away. I truly hope, the owners or the corporate office is listening to this, and do something about it. This was absolutely ridiculous. If they do this to the wrong person, it would have been an altercation for sure. I am going to call and email the corporate office as well. This kind of behavior is uncalled for and unacceptable. Also, they had a friend that wasn't working there just hanging out, and they probably did this to show off to their friend. Good ice cream but bad customer service. I bring my kids here at least once a week and my two year old needed to go to the bathroom. I understand restrooms are not for the public but a two year old doesn't understand that. I was so upset the workers didn't allow us to use the bathroom especially for being a paying customer. I live very close to this place and go often after dinner. They often do not have enough staff and the prices are a bit high. The product is good so the 2 stars is based on slow service and for this location not the franchise as a whole.At least half the time I have went in this location in the last 2 months the soft serve machine has not been working. I almost always go for the 31 below and this means I cannot get what I went there for.. If it only happened once or maybe even twice I could understand but it happens very often. I will not be returning here and this stinks because its by far the closest place for me to walk for a desert after dinner. read more
