Who doesn't love Baskin-Robbins I love coming to this location because they serve chocolate covered bananas and that is one of my favorite desserts. Also on top of it you get to get ice cream as well. Win-win for me. This location is pretty popular. So sometimes I can't be a little crazy but other than that the staff seem cool I've never really had an issue with this location.

My wife and I stopped by here tonight because she wanted her rocky road ice cream and I guess Baskin Robbins is the only place that has them. This store was close to us after leaving Northridge mall so it worked out. We found parking just fine in the small plaza it's in. When we walked inside, they had 1 family inside. My wife got her rocky road ice cream in a cone and I got the oreo ice cream in a cone. We ate our ice cream inside and it was relaxing. We both enjoyed our ice cream and I like some of their cakes that they had. The employee working tonight was polite and friendly with us. We would be sure to come back if we're in the area again.

Solid place to get ice cream in the area! I came here on a Monday night around 8:30 PM. This was one of the few ice cream places in the area that didn't close at 9 PM but stayed open until 10 PM (great!). When we arrived, it was busy - there were six people in line ahead of us. I grew up eating Baskin-Robbins and decided to go with their decadent chocolate flavor (pictured below). It was pretty good! While I've had ice cream that I liked more elsewhere (such as Wanderlust and Salt & Straw), I have to say Baskin-Robbins is still a solid 3/5. I don't necessarily crave Baskin-Robbins, but if I'm in the mood for ice cream and in the area, yes, I will come back again! The staff was pleasant, providing standard service, nothing out of the ordinary. The seating area is small, which would normally be fine during the colder months, but now that it's summer, it's too cramped to eat inside, so we ended up eating in the car instead, haha. I suppose I would give this place more stars if they could somehow create an outdoor seating area too. Still a good place to get ice cream overall!

On my way to run an errand, I was craving for an ice cream. This is the first place that came to mind. I ordered cotton candy on a cone. Plenty of flavors to choose from but my sweet tooth for some reason wanted this. In no time, I devoured it. Craving satisfied!!

I have ordered two cakes with them recently and have had a great experience with the cakes being exactly what Is asked for. I love that we can custom order cakes and most importantly appreciate that they call/text to follow up and confirm details of your order if there is a question or concern. Cakes are a big deal so them taking this extra step is something I appreciate. Pick up is always swift, and staff is friendly. Love coming to this location!

a birthday cake in a box

I called this Baskin Robbin's location yesterday desperate for a larger size birthday cake for my daughter. It was last minute, so I didn't have my hopes high. However the gentleman I spoke on the phone with was so kind and easy to work with, not only did he give me large cake flavor options, but also options to customize it. I went with the Oreo ice cream and chocolate cake, with pink frosting. He even had me text the design I wanted and made it on the spot! Within an hour, my daughter's cake was complete and exactly what I needed. I am so grateful to this employee, and of course the cake was delicious! Thank you!!

Very unprofessional operations. One star is generous. This location is tarnishing the BR brand.

The WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE for a birthday cake!!!!! I ordered IN PERSON a BIRTH DAY Ice Cream cake with photo last Saturday. Today at 6:45 pm I came to pick up the cake, and i saw on it the phrase: CONGRATULATIONS NEW BABY (for a birth day cake???) So, I asked to the Customer associate what happened? And she said: "I don't know, I didn't do it" . What kind of answer is that??? They didn't fix it, they didn't refund my money, they just sent me to another branch (at Chatsworth and Zelzah) BUY AND PAY AGAIN for a new regular cake (which was more expensive). I lost about an hour. I got late to the birthday celebration, without the cake that I had to. Since they made that big mistake, they should fix it in that moment immediately, offer me a discount or a courtesy and apologize for the inconvenient. I got anything of those !!! Worst service!!! I want my MONEY BACK and a compensation for the WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

The best frozen yogurt I've ever eaten, hands down. I was never really a frozen yogurt fan because…read moreit typically has a watery consistency and flavors are mediocre. However, I can confidently say that I like what I tried at this place better than ice cream. I found out about this place through an Instagram ad and have been meaning to visit for a while. Finally got around to it last night. I tried the pistachio and strawberry flavor. The flavor and consistency are rich. I got the mini size ($7) and they let me combine 2 flavors in one (you have a choice of two separate swirls, or one combo swirl of both flavors), and it wasn't as mini as the cup looks. The worker there gave me nice tall swirls and it was plenty for me. The pistachio flavor tasted like I was really eating a handful of pistachios, and the strawberry flavor tasted like I was eating fresh strawberries that were blended into the yogurt that day. It was very fresh. The yogurt was so rich, I couldn't even tell that it was a non-dairy product (it's made from handmade cashew and almond milk). It's great for people who want to eat plant-based, and for people who just want to try something new and don't want to feel like they're eating an unsatisfying substitute. It really seems like the creator of this chain put in a lot of effort to make a product that is fresh, real, delicious, and ethically conscious. I love the use of environmentally conscious cups/spoons as well. The shop itself is a nice space and they have pints in the freezer to take home that include other flavors apart from the 6 currently on the soft serve menu. They rotate flavors so I'm excited to try different ones. I look forward to bringing my family here to try the product and bring some home. I've noticed other reviews mentioning the price and it is a bit on the pricey side, but it's a high-end product. I'd be willing to buy a pint and save over the long run, than buy a tub of something cheaper that I'd go through in the same amount of time but doesn't feel as good to eat. But to each their own! Thanks Yoga-urt, I'll be back!

I heard good reviews about this place from my friends. Came here because friends recommended it and…read moresaid it was really good. Warning for those with a nut allergy.. this spot is not nut-allergen friendly. Out of the entire menu of yogurts and smoothies, there's really only 2 options that "have no nuts" according to the worker. Mostly everything is almond-milk based, especially for the yogurts. Anyways, I think it's best to be careful and not even try getting one of the "nut-free" smoothies because of the high chance of cross-contamination from the counters. I mean, there's peanut butter, pistachio, cashews, almonds.. yeah. Sadly a can't for me. The yogurt options are pre-made in combos, meaning you don't really choose what you want essentially, but my friends ordered different ones and they did look really good. They also said it tasted super good! The inside was pretty clean and for a small dessert shop, it seemed pretty lively with customers sitting at the tables next to the counter. - street parking available - open late at night Yogurts are at least dairy-free and vegan.

Bingsu/Korean shaved ice is a regular fave of mine but they tend to be very dairy-based and it can be difficult to find a place w/ something similar in texture and that has dairy-free options. And this place has just that. This is the perfect spot for those looking for more fruit-centric refreshing flavors or even the sweet pastry-inspired dessert selections! A small portion of water ice is approximately 3-4 sizable scoops! And a small portion of the gelati (water ice + soft serve) specialty is approximately the size of a McDonald's parfait. My partner got the summertime (strawberry, cherry, watermelon(?) flavor and I got the peach cobbler inspired cup with gelati. I was hoping they'd have the apple pie one but it wasn't listed on the menu when we were there. Regardless, still a very tasty and amazing treat to cool down with! Service was helpful and you're welcome to try samples of anything. Was very shocked to see that employees manually swirl/mix flavors while scooping rather than have tub with pre-swirled flavors. I'm sure that takes some skill! Ambiance is very fun with lively and colorful decor. The music on the speakers can be pretty loud esp the further back into the store you're sitting at. 5000000% would go here again, would love to try the other flavors and maybe have a bigger portion when I have more stomach room bc it was that good I almost wish we had dinner elsewhere right after instead or before LOL!

Parking- Shares a fairly large parking lot with many other businesses. I did not have trouble finding parking but I could see that it would not always be that easy.

This message is directed to the owner of this location…read more We were denied service because the owner does not allow any animals inside the restaurant, including service animals. Even though we were only ordering takeout, we were initially refused because of this policy. The employee got on the phone and said she needed to talk to the owner. The owner let them know to refuse the service. We stood our ground, and the employee, who had nothing to do with the situation, ultimately allowed us to place our order, provided that we did not remain inside. The owner needs to understand that a blanket "no animals" policy does not override the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Service animals are protected under federal law, and businesses open to the public generally cannot deny access or service because of a legitimate service animal. I am asking the owner to immediately review the ADA requirements, remove any signage or policy that unlawfully excludes service animals, and ensure employees are properly informed of their legal obligations. I am giving the owner five days to address this matter. If the policy is not corrected, I will file a complaint with the appropriate ADA enforcement authorities and contact Pinkberry corporate regarding this location. This is not about being difficult, it is about ensuring people with disabilities are not discriminated against and that the law is followed. RESPONDING TO OWNER: Please do not blame the employees. The employee got on the phone with you and even said, "I need to ask the owner." You were consulted and instructed them to refuse service. The employees were simply following the procedure you, as the owner, directed them to follow. They should not be blamed or put in the middle of this. Ultimately, the responsibility falls on you as the owner, so please take accountability rather than shifting the blame onto your employees.

Don't expect the warm, smiley Filipino hospitality right away--just head straight to the counter and place your order on the iPad. As for the halo-halo, it's definitely not your traditional version. It wasn't bad by any means, but it's quite different from the halo-halo I grew up with and the ones I enjoy whenever I visit Manila.
