It was okay. Used to frequent BR very often as a kid waaaaay back when...not so much anymore although there seem to be numerous locations. Popped in to redeem my free birthday scoop. Have passed by this location many times. Was pleasantly greeted when we walked in. Staff gave us some time to look over their 32 flavors. Finally decided and was handed our scoops without any smile or at least a "thank you"...we actually had to initiate saying "thank you" to the staff person for doing their job. My youngest daughter turned 18 years old this May 2025. She didn't want cake so we celebrated at Baskin-Robbins instead. What a wonderful choice! Cookie and cream, butter pecan, and Jamoca are my favorites. A couple of us got a shake and a mangonada drink instead of ice cream. Love the different options offered! Thank you so much BR! Typical Baskin Robbins location. I tried a single scoop of Beach Day and a single scoop of Caramel Turtle Truffle. Beach Day has a great salty vanilla flavor combined with the chocolate and graham crackers make a great dynamic flavor. Caramel Turtle Truffle has no sugar added and is also a good vanilla based. It's similar to Beach Day but with a stronger caramel flavor. Pretty average experience here, the service was nice and had no issues with ordering. read more

I walked out of the store with what looked like two full scoops of ice cream, one for me and one for my mom. When we started to eat them we discovered that and it was a half scoop that she made look like a fully scooped serving. Almost $5 a scoop to be gipped. Okay, this Baskin-Robbins location is hands down my favorite one to patronize! In all of my visits, busy and not busy, day and evening, everyone working here have always been very friendly and courteous to each and every customer. In my last visit, they were slammed, but the employees certainly didn't show it. They greeted everyone that came through the door and was helpful from beginning to end. I bought an original cappuccino blast as well as some pre-packed ice cream and fresh packed ice cream. Despite being busy, the employee making my beverage didn't rush the order and made sure to keep my selected ice cream containers cold in their freezers right up to when I was paying. All positive experiences so far! Can't wait to order an ice cream cake / polar pizza from them in the future, but you can't also go wrong with a simple scoop of ice cream. For the seasonal flavors, I highly recommend green tea, tax crunch (April only for Tax Filing month), triple mango, and oreos n' cold brew (for the coffee and chocolate fans). I placed a cake order form yesterday and was told today to pick it up at 1pm. I came in at 1:30 to play it safe and turns out they hadn't started, asked me if I could just choose from the premade cakes. They said there was an issue and they wouldn't be able to make it. I love B&R, but there is one major complaint I have with this particular location. I rarely go in to grab a quick cone or scoop in a bowl. When I'm swinging by any of their locations I'm going in to pick up a quick couple quarts of their prepackaged offerings. While most places are always well stocked of the ones you would expect to find like Pralines and Cream , Rocky Road or one of their seasonal favorites like Baseball Nut. That is not the case here, in fact just the opposite. It appears that stocking that area is very low on their priority list. Considering that there is a Handel's Homemade Ice Cream just a few blocks away who are much faster at packing a quart of more exotic flavors they may want to rethink that philosophy. read more

I'm super disappointed. I've ordered ice cream cakes from here before and they were great. They looked great. But this passed may 21st, I ordered a cake fir my sisters birthday. I picked it up and when I got home and got a closer look. The cake looked like it was leaning to the side and melted. Give I live less then 5 min away from the store. Unacceptable!!!! I put in an order for a custom cake for my daughter's birthday to be picked up at this location. When I arrived, I gave my name and the girl goes to the back to look for it. She then comes back and asks for my order number. I had a weird feeling when she came back the first time without my cake. She takes a while in the back trying to search for my cake and eventually comes back saying she doesn't see my order. She tries to contact her boss but she can't get into contact with him/her. I am a regular at this establishment. Located on a corner in a nice residential neighborhood on Las Tunas, there is a quaint vibe that you don't get at other BR locations, which are usually located inside plazas. Like the other reviews before me have noted, the staff at this location is the best; very professional and kind. They always deliver clean scoops of fresh ice cream. So far, I've gotten to know four of the regular evening employees including Chris and Ethan. There are two more who I don't know their names, both Asian and one with a pony tail style hair. They all deliver the best experience. The store is clean and offers a place to sit. Though, people also seem to enjoy their ice cream in their cars curbside as the neighborhood is nice with a big tree that offers shade. All in all, I highly recommend this BR! read more

I was originally going to order online but for whatever reason the night before and in the morning, the website was giving so much trouble checking out so I had to call the store. No one picked up the phone at my usual store located in Alhambra on Valley so I called the next closet one which was on Las Tunas. Once you walk in the store you have all the different ice cream flavors in the displays. At this time they were running a promo for them so see if it's worthwhile cost-wise to take advantage of the deal.
