12/26 at 12:30 PM I received poor customer service from the barista. I ordered my drink with sweet cream cold foam, but it was not included. When I pointed this out, she took the drink back and barely added any foam, and it did not appear to be properly mixed. I then asked my partner to request the foam on the side, and it was given to us in a very small cup and still not mixed correctly. I rarely visit this location because my drinks are often made incorrectly and the customer service is consistently disappointing. I do not feel I am receiving what I pay for, especially when being charged for add-ons that are not made properly. It's a hit or miss at this location. Some days they can get my coffee order correct and it tastes amazing and then there are days that I have to throw it away cause it tastes like the bottom of an old coffee pitcher. I don't know if its the barista who makes it or if the machine is not cleaned properly. So I'm not a Starbucks fan but I really like this location in particular. I recently came across a social media post about a custom order on one of the Starbucks seasonal drinks that I wanted to try, so I made the 3 minute drive to this location. Parking is easy with the spots out front on the main street as well as a small lot out back. The interior of the shop was clean and service was incredibly friendly and helpful. And luckily my drink was delicious, so all in all the trip to Starbucks was a success. This Starbucks' parking lot was quite cramped which is why I took off a star so if you are going to eat here, street parking might be preferable. However, it wasn't super crowded when we went so it was manageable. I ordered the Vanilla Cream Cold Brew which was honestly one of my all time favorite orders. A Starbucks is a Starbucks, you can always count on it for consistency and it's reliability. This location always fascinated me due to the round shape from the outside. I've only been in this location once prior to this visit, but I was in the area and decided to stop by for a cup and a breakfast sandwich. My items were good, my coffee came out quickly, my sandwich took a little longer, but I could tell they were swamped. The moment I walked in the store I heard a guy tell a barista "I've been waiting an hour for my muffin." Then as I was waiting for my coffee another person made a comment saying "I think you need to hire more people, you're too slow." The manager played it so cool as people were complaining. Love coming to this Starbucks location! It's located on a corner of a very busy street, if you are not a local and have not been here before I can understand how it can get a tad bit confusing. Parking is located right next to Starbucks off Huntington Dr or there is also tons of street parking all around, again just make sure to watch all around cause it's a little confusing it has the split street behind it that heads onto Huntington Dr. This location is a decent size and does have indoor and outdoor seating. It can get a little busy first thing in the morning due to all the adults heading to work and after 3pm due to the local high school getting out and the kids seem to hang out here. Staff is always great and welcoming, I have never had an issue on any of my visits. Location is very well kept up and alway clean. Enjoy! read more
