On tuesday at 6pm theirs $1 for kid's scoop and $1.50 for a regular scoop which is awesome. Theirs a lot of people but it is pretty quick if no one orders a smoothie or banana split. Sometimes theirs a lot of people who order drinks and stuff and it takes about 20 minutes before they can serve you. Baskin Robbins over Cold Stone any day! I got the Jamoca with white cake thinking it was Jamoca Almond Fudge (one of my favorites), so it was a little disappointing when I realized I misread it. I called this place on a Tuesday night to ask if they still did dollar scoop Tuesday. Boo! I learned they did away with it a pretty long time ago. I need to get with the times. Anyway, the girl on the phone was very friendly and informed me that Tuesday nights are now called "Family Night" which means that all scoops are one dollar off. Pretty sweet deal, so the boyfriend and I headed over. It's tucked away on the corner of a tiny strip plaza, but very easy to see from the street. I got Love Potion #31 in honor of February. It was pretty good, but (and I can't believe I am saying this) it had too many little raspberry-filled chocolate hearts in it. I felt like the chocolate hearts were interrupting my enjoyment of the delicious creaminess that is the actual ice cream. Nonetheless, I would get it again. A worker was completely disrespectful when I went to go get ice cream at this location. The worker was named Eli and I found his actions very rude. He worked extremely slow while taking my order, which may have been due to the AirPods that he had in while working. Having AirPods in while working customer service, is completely inappropriate and should not be done. It took him a long time to complete my order and he even did it wrong the first time. I had asked for a single scoop in a cup and he put my scoop of ice cream in a cone. What I'd hoped to have been a quick visit, turned out to be much longer due to his incompetence. Parking is cramped and not that large but luckily most folks don't eat outside. So you can get yours, hop in the car and go. They have a number of flavors, you will definitely find one that suits your pallet. The staff is patient, friendly and will get your order right. You can chose to have it in a cone or a sundae style. I brought my dad-in-law here recently, and he tried about 6 different flavors before deciding finally on Rocky Road, since it was chocolate with almonds... The person behind the counter very patiently waited for him to try all the flavors and finally picked one. He loved it. I got a double scoop, and it was delicious, as always. Nothing worth returning for. Two guys were in front of the ice cream cake freezer forever and weren't planning to be courteous and move, so I couldn't see half the ice cream flavors in the case. I went into the Baskin Robins last night and received the worst customer service. They close at 10PM and I walked in with 3 other people at 9:48PM. I know that towards the end of a shit, people are tired, but the attitude of the staff was terrible. They rolled their eyes and continued to whisper to one another. They were visibly angry; not just upset. One of the girls was so mad that she didn't even make eye contact with us. Mind you, at least 10 other people walked in after us; they weren't closed yet! We purchased our items from the grumpy staff and walked out of the shop at 9:57PM. We left before they closed. When I walk in to get my ice cream fix, I'm always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. The flavors change occasionally but I mostly go for the cherry jubilee! I love the cherries in the ice cream and they pair very well with each other. During birthday season I come here for the ice cream cakes too. The staff will write on it for you without hesitation too. My most memorable ice cream connoisseur is Tram. 8/10 times I go to this location, she's working and she knows me by name and my order while also letting me know the new flavors each time I come in. I pre-ordered and prepaid for a cake for my son's graduation party. The day of the party I asked my mom if she could grab the cake for me while I finished setting up. When she arrived at the store there was one other customer there ordering a cake she needed decorated. After the employee took all the details he went to go start decorating it. My mom asked if he could grab our cake real quick since it was already paid for and ready to go. The employee refused and told her she had to wait until he was finished. She waited 15 minutes while he decorated the cake, then he took it to the woman who asked for changes. He decorated it some more and showed it to her again. She approved it and then said she also needed 16 ice cream cones. My mother once again asked if he could grab our cake first so she could be on her way. She was told it's "first come first serve" and refused to grab it. She had groceries in the car since she didn't expect to wait 45 minutes so she had to leave, so I had to drive over there to pick up the cake. When I arrived asked the employee for a contact number to complain about the service. He told me there was no one to complain to. I told him I would find a corporate number myself and as I was leaving he mockingly told me "good luck with that phone call, have fun with corporate". I have never experienced such horrible customer service anywhere. I have ordered ice cream cakes from this location for many years. The cakes have always been delicious! Last month, I preordered a chocolate birthday cake for my husband. After picking it up later that week, I put it in the freezer until 10:00 p.m. That night, when I cut the cake, it was not chocolate, and I noticed the message on the cake had handwriting errors. (When I picked up the cake, it was in the box, so I did not see it.) Since it was too late to call the store, we decided to eat 3 slices out of it. Honestly, it tasted good. The next morning, I called the store and asked for the manager. He was not in yet, but the young man who answered the phone was very friendly and professional. He also apologized for the mistake after I explained why I was calling, and I asked him to please have the manager call me. Unfortunately, i missed the manager's call later that day, but I called the store again and spoke with Richard. He apologized and offered me free ice cream. I explained that I was going out of town, and he said that was ok and to call when I returned. Two weeks later, I called and asked for Richard. A friendly young woman asked if it was about a cake order, and when I said "yes", she said that I did not need to talk to Richard because the manager had let everyone know, and I could just come in to get the ice cream. When I went in that evening, a young man greeted me, and I explained why I was there. He smiled and said to go ahead and get the ice cream from the freezer. I went in to our local Baskin-Robbins to get a qt. of rocky road ice cream for our dessert. I asked the girl behind the counter how much a qt. cost. She said, "$5.99". It was out if stock in the freezer so she checked the back. They were out. I said, "Go ahead and just pack it in your container. I can wait." She said, "That will be $8.99." I asked why it was $3 higher than she previously quoted." She said, "Because I have to pack it." I said, "You have to pack it because you don't have any already packed. It's not my fault there aren't any already packed." SHE said, "It's not my fault either." Did the employee suddenly become a customer?? This is unbelievable to me. So, as I see it, if they never pack one of America's favorite ice cream and you have them pack it, the customer pays 50% higher and the business makes 50% more in the sale per quart of ice cream???? Baskin Robbins off of West Capitol is a place I will stop at only if the craving for ice cream is strong. The prices leave a lot to be desired, and the prices are continually rising even though the portions seem to be shrinking. This Baskin Robbins location has a bench to sit and eat at and it seems as though they mop the floors more frequently than before. The flavors are standard although I would suggest that you request that they hand pack the flavors in your quart rather than buying the prepackaged containers. For some reason the ice cream tastes more fresh when it is hand packed. read more

I've been to this store 4 times at this writing. Most of the time the staff does what I want, but this one time the preparer goofed one of the orders. I told them "No, I need the order like this, not like that" They said sorry and tried to fix it.
