    Cookies and Cream cake.
    Mike M.

It's my birthday and I do not love cake that much but ice cream cake is something else. I got the cookies and cream ice cream cake. It was so good. If you love ice cream you might want to try an ice cream cake for your next party.

Our go-to Baskin Robin for those delicious cappuccino blast! The service has always been great here. It doesn't get too crowded and a lot of parking. If you haven't had a cappuccino blast before... I'd say try it out! You are definitely missing out. I don't like mine too sweet, so I ask them to add a little more coffee. If you are there for the ice cream, they have multiple flavors. Ice cream cakes are sold here as well. My personal favorite flavor is nutty coconut! Enjoy! -Sushiwhisperer

We came here around 4:10 and there were only a few people. The staff was quick to scoop and serve. We got out of there fast which was much appreciated. The only downside to this outing is that it is very narrow and cramped. Ice cream is delicious.

Not much of an ice cream fan. I come here whenever it's the cheap scoop day, though. Hehe. Lots of flavors for you to choose from! As expected from a huge ice cream chain. Tastes great on a hot summer day!

Baskin Robbins is a life saver, especially when you're sick and tired of froyo. If you want to spend a little more for some ice cream, come here. You know I do especially after my cajun crawfish escapades. So I came here after eating SJ Crawfish to beat the heat and got the Ice Cream Cake and that's exactly how it tasted it even had sprinkles, the portions here are also generous! I wish I got the kids scoop, the single scoop is basically two. Alex K. got this Apple Pie type ice cream, but it was mighty delicious it had pie crust pieces, apples and cinnamon flavored ice cream. The quality of ice cream here is always fresh, never freezer burned or chewy like other ice cream parlors. The workers here are actually not that bad, they gave my friends and I samples when asked and was quick to serve us. Baskin Robbins is win, win, win ... plus it's on Capitol Expressway so it's easily accessible. Just be wary of the parking, it's pretty dark and scary at night time. Well I suppose that's what happens when it's night time- ha!

My daughter loved her mermaid-themed ice cream, however, I was disappointed with the peanut butter and chocolate milkshake. The milkshake was watery and tasted more like chocolate. I did enjoy the little bits of peanuts. Social distancing is enforced

My nieces and I had a pretty terrible morning. We went bowling with a company and was totally disrespected by some of the workers. BOO! So thank goodness BR was here to cheer us up! And yes we each got the waffle bowl. Totally worth every penny! You know, you can't really complain with the 31 flavors available here! So many to choose from that it's impossible to leave without a scoop or two. Although I would prefer those other ice cream parlors with those handcrafted ice cream, this one is not so bad. It's not as creamy or as rich. I had the Jamoca almond fudge (my go to flavor) and I thought it was pretty tasty! There's plenty of almonds in there so that's always a plus. I got this scoop in a waffle bowl and was a little disappointed. Minus one star for you BR!:/ Usually waffles have this very aromatic smell that makes your mouth water, but not this waffle bowl. It was pretty stale. :( boo! Still a 4 in my book for ice cream.

Friendly staff and was greeted soon entering . Got plenty of different flavors of ice cream to choose from, also smoothies, cakes , and more.

Thank you Jessica for beautifully decorated this cake for us.

**************** 1582 **************** I personally don't eat ice cream. I never have a sweet tooth ever but my dad loves everything sweet. So my friends and niece/nephew, even my puppy mutt DJ. I have been coming here for years now to get ice cream cakes and ice cream. Vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate ice cream here are loved by my dad and friends. We got to order the anniversary and bday cake recently and Jessica, this young and beautiful high school girl, always have the brightest smile, always helped us. She had the best hand written decorated cakes. She always make us feel so special each time we come here. I also picked up some vanilla ice cream and this blonde cute Asian kid name Jasper was kindly helped me with extra ice to keep the ice cream last for 1 hour drive. Thank you. Jessica and Jasper are the kind of service I'm looking for when I go to places. Young and hard working high school kids, they will go far in life. So if you order a Birthday cake , graduation, or special occasion, ask for JESSICA to decorate your cake . So put a few bucks in the TIP jar next time you come here! #ThinkKarma

Pretty good selection of flavors. Employees are nice. I sometimes go here to get a cone. A bit pricey though.

I love their milkshakes, I always end up making some of the most ridiculous combinations because of how many flavors they have.

Nostalgic flavors from my childhood in a gelato format? :)…read more I came to Marco Polo on a Friday evening and ordered two small cups for my partner and I. This is my third time at Marco Polo and it really hit the spot. The location is in Vietnam Town, on the far right side, next to Pho 90. When I went this time around, there was no lines but there were still people sitting in the store eating their desserts. Parking here can get tough because of the plaza itself so just a heads up to folks who do not frequent the area. What makes Marco Polo so special is their Asian gelato flavors that you cannot really get anywhere else (that to say a lot of places are now expanding their selections). This was the first spot where I could finally get my hands on durian gelato and it was absolutely delicious. The store itself has around 3 tables for you to sit in and is pretty bare boned. It is good for a grab and go but with the limited seating inside and outside you could spend some time here. Service is quick and you are able to try out some samples. This time around I ordered black sesame and Pandan, while my partner got mango and lychee. It was near close so they ran out of mangosteen unfortunately when I went. While the flavors were great, stood out, and were bold, I will say texturally it was a bit icey for my liking but that might have been because they started crystallizing from being out for a while. Overall, this is a small business I will continue to support!

It was definitely noticeable in the soft serve and made everyone else around us notice it too. The soft serve was smooth and creamy, not icy like cafeteria quality soft serve. The durian flavor was custardy as if it was still in fruit form. It didn't taste like there was only durian essence mixed in, it tasted like there was actually durian blended into a smooth cream that is then frozen and swirled into this nice frozen delight. The ambiance of the shop was cool too. It had a giant mural like painting of a big soft serve in a cone for photo ops and the colors were painted light with blues and pastels for a calming vibe inside the shop. I must come back and try their waffles next time!

The decor feels…read morevery European--there's a large mural with Paris-style buildings and even the Eiffel Tower--but then you look at the menu and it's a mix of both European desserts and Asian chè-style options. It's an interesting blend that kind of works, even if it takes a second to figure out what the "theme" is supposed to be. They offer a wide range of desserts and drinks. On one side, you've got items like tartufo (chocolate, cappuccino, limoncello, pistachio), sorbets, and cheesecake slices in the display case. On the other side, they have traditional Vietnamese-style desserts like sweet soups (chè), grass jelly, black-eyed bean pudding, and combo desserts with things like cassava, jelly, and coconut. There's also a solid drink menu with milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies, and specialty coffees. I ordered the latte with matcha foam, and while I don't usually go for sweet drinks, this one was definitely on the sweeter side--but still really good. The matcha foam added a nice earthy balance to the coffee underneath. My friend got the three-color iced drink (the one with layered beans and jelly), and if you're into that texture and flavor profile, you'd probably enjoy it. The service stood out. The man helping us (possibly the owner) was very friendly, patient, and took the time to explain menu items, which I appreciated since some of the desserts aren't as familiar if you haven't had them before. The display case also looked well-stocked and clean, with everything neatly packaged and labeled, which made it easy to browse. Overall, it's a solid spot if you're in the area and want something a little different from the usual dessert shops. The only reason it's not a full 5 stars is because the concept feels slightly all over the place, but the quality, variety, and service definitely make it worth checking out.
