I love it here! I always order the cappuccino blast and they make it perfect. I've been to other Baskin Robbins and they put too much ice cream which makes it super runny. There's usually not a long wait time. But there's always a long wait time right before I have to go into work lol The employees are very helpful and take their time to understand how you want your sundae. Yo, bring back the fast-talking, pint-sized Asian chick who worked the counter. She got the job done, by herself. I've seen her bust out orders faster than the group of dimwits I encountered today. I love Baskin Robbins ice cream no doubt, but today they felt short on customer service skills and workplace etiquette. Asking someone with robot teeth if they want caramel on their drink, is like asking a deaf person to hear something. It just doesn't make sense! I also said cinnamon, not caramel. I get it, homegirl was trying to save face in front of her supervisor who was sporting pigtails. She was also old enough to be my great-grandma-ma. Not cute. Three different employees took my order and all three of them couldn't even get it right, even after repeating myself several times. With five people behind the counter, while one of them talked to another customer about fundraising there's no way it should have taken damn near 15 minutes to blend two drinks. Then hand them to me with crap dripping from them. Because wiping them down before handing them to me would take so much effort right? I'll try my luck at another location. read more

First off, let me just say that I used to work for a Baskin Robbins so I know what the quality of cakes SHOULD be. Called to ask how far in advance of a notice they require for a cake order, they said they just need a 24 hour notice. I went into the store about 4-5 days in advance, specifically asked for the cake decorator, sat down with her and told her exactly what I want - golf themed and I have my own cake toppers. She told me they cannot put the toppers on but she can leave the top of the cake blank so I can put them on myself and that she will write "happy birthday" on the side of the cake (which was all totally fine with me!) I paid for the cake and left. Fast forward to the day of pick up. I walk in, the girl at the counter goes to the back to get my cake, she comes out with it and it says "happy birthday" in big letters in the center, on the TOP of the cake- not on the side like what was agreed upon. She took it back and a few minutes later, came back out with the cake... it looked like they scraped off the entire top of the cake then sloppily threw "happy birthday" on the side. The top of the cake literally looked like someone squeezed icing into their hands and smeared it all over the top. And, on top of that, when she brought the cake back out, she tried to play it off, smiling like "IT LOOKS SO GREAT!!" No, it doesn't. I asked for a manager and just kept getting the run around. Finally, a young girl came out from the back and demanded that "I just take the cake because I already paid for it and a manager isn't there to issue a refund, if any, anyways." She also said that the flavors were right so the rest of the cake doesn't matter. Did I mention that she also said the order form that was filled out should've been written with more detail? I'm sorry but I am not the one who filled out the order form- the employee did so I should not be the one taking responsibility for THEIR employee's mistake. I told her that I paid money for this cake and am extremely disappointed. She took down my information and said the owner will call me either Monday or Tuesday. Well, Monday AND Tuesday came and went so I went in on Wednesday and spoke to a shift leader who again, took my information and said they'll be in contact. I received a letter in the mail with a half-assed apology and a coupon for pre-packed ice cream (which is about $5, nothing in comparison to how much I paid for the unsightly cake). I will never go to this BR ever again and I will not hesitate to spread the word. read more

Went to Baskin Robbins the other night and were treated like fricken royalty by, I think her name was, Ayana?? I had to ask because she was so amazing. HUGE smile greeted us and we started making bets who she would give the most "awesomes" to..it was about the same for each family member. About 5.."Would you like chopped nuts and a cherry on that? AWESOME." LOVE employees like this. We actually got that she was appreciative of her job, us as patrons, and was so positive I swear the ice cream tasted better. We used to be Cold Stone fans, but now I wanna hear how awesome ice cream is so this Baskin Robbins has earned all if our ice cream business. Great job management! read more

No one in this place knows how to do anything. Took 30 minutes to order a simple cake. I paid for it and then came back to pick it up and they wouldn't let me without a receipt. Back to the house I went. Then they couldn't redeem my gift certificates because no one knew how. Obvious case of poor training. Both times they had to try to call the owner and she didn't pick up. I woke up this morning not expecting to encounter a real life angel. The story goes like this: I arrived at a party, had a good time, but like everything, it came to an end. Then suddenly everybody started screaming "ice cream!" If somebody wants ice cream, we all need ice cream. It was then we decided Baskin Robbins was the place to go. We arrived at the establishment and I was in shock. There she was. An angel. At Baskin Robbins. Her glow radiated through the glass dividers and her essence was glowing through the seams of my sadness. She awoke my happiness. Her scooping technique was phenomenal, a bionic method indeed. I only gave this place 2 stars because the establishment is clean, and the ice cream is fantastic. I do have some complaints, I hate feeling rushed and receiving the attitude as though I am a nuisance for asking for samples is very frustrating. Also I am not sure what the deal is but the portions are definitely getting smaller. I would much rather go to a different establishment, or stop at the Winco down the street who sells the pints of baskin robins and spend $2.49 for it rather then spend a heck of a lot more and get ripped off. Also I was a little taken back when I was being rung up and someone hopped right in front of me, and instead of the clerk asking the other customer to wait and finish my order they let the person skip to the front. This location is located inside the Togo's sandwich shop as well. There is nothing wrong with that. I come here for birthdays in order to get their ice cream cake. I do not try the ice cream while I am there. This time, I also splurged and got the Turtle Pie. The Turtle Pie won the accolades of the crowd hands down!!! All good stuff. We seem to always to come here more often than we should. How can you not? It's the only place around that serves old fashioned, thick, rich, fattening ice cream.YUM! Although I am big fan of frozen yogurt, you need to treat yourself once in awhile and have that banana split or sundae you crave. You are definitely in the right place if you're having one of those cravings. Their lines seem to always be long, but worth the wait. My wife and I went there for a cone. About halfway through my wife's Jamocha Almond Fudge, she bit into a piece of waxed paper! It was so imbedded that we couldn't even yank it out. When we took it up to the counter, they were very nonchalant and offered us a new cone. We took the money instead. I always order my son's birthday cake from here. Excellent service and they always get the order right. Not to mention that their prices are responsible. I ordered our cake on Friday and requested to pick up on Sunday noon but our plans had changed and needed the cake on Sat instead. I came here yesterday with a friend and was immediately greeted by the nice staff. The staff was very patient while I had a couple of samples and when I made my very particular order, they were very sweet. I had one scoop of pralines and cream in a cup with 1 pump of hot fudge, 1 additional Pump of hot fudge in a separate cup and a little bag of waffle cone pieces. It was delicious! I would have given this place 5 stars but they had an entire section of ice cream closed off and they didn't have the usual ice cream that I wanted. I wish I had more options:/ read more

Normally I would of course give this place 5 stars. Not after their employees gave me the wrong ice cream and I asked are you sure and she said, yes! I get home and it's the wrong ice cream. Delicious ice cream. Best rocky road I've had in a long time. Not a huge fan of the waffle cone. It was really soft and cinnamony. Kids scoop is pretty small, might as well get the single scoop. Terrible customer service, this store does not take into consideration the importance of a custom cake for a special occasion. I orderd a freeze frame cake with a photo to match the shirts and party theme. I got a call the day before to let me know the machine broke when printing out our pic and one of the colors did not show up, BUT the picture was fine. So we made a change to the piping of the cake to make up for the one color missing. I show up to pick up the BLANK cake, No photo, no phone call to inform me of the recent change and all the girl could say was oh it must have been a misunderstanding! There was no misunderstanding, just lack of customer service. I would not recommend this location when ordering for a special occasion. The store is VERY Dirty, and the restroom was worse than a porta poty. I had requested the name and number for the owner/manager in which the girl refused to give, but took my name and number and told me they would call me. Still no call from the store.
