The cute little old couple who run the place are from Hunan, their english is terrible and their signage is totally wonky, but who cares?! They are HAND-PULLING NOODLES on the sidewalk, right by school! They even homemake their Baozi, dumplings, and fluffy "hamburger" bun. The whole thing is so authentic I even kinda like sitting on their little chairs and inhaling exhaust fumes because it reminds me so much of being back in China. I'm not sure what Columbia did to deserve this, probably all those years of having no choice but to eat that weird oily stuff they serve across the street. But from now on, rejoice!

Pro tip: for fried momos you need to eat them when you buy them otherwise they will dry out or be limp when you reheat them. The best for reheating are the steamed momos.

The corn I noticed was not your regular Mexican Street Corn, they used Parmesan cheese instead of the cheese that is regularly used. I took one bite and it did not matter...all I can think to myself was OMG why didn't I stop to get this sooner?!?! So fresh, so sweet, so delicious. It's easily the best corn on the cob I have ever had. If I could give more than 5 stars for this corn I would. The arepa and hotdog was also delicious! I have been hooked ever since and get them regularly now. If you see this place, do yourself a favor and get some corn.
