I've have to say there is no other place like Bass Pro Shop. The selection is outstanding. Hunting, fishing or camping and all in between, you can find it here. The staff has always been more than friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and than ready to please. The prices seem to be competitive. Im go here at least once a week. Their wildlife displays are second to none. This is a great store!

I don't shop at Bass Pro shops often, but I do enjoy walking around them. The stores are huge and they carry lots of outdoor gear. Bass Pro and Cabela's are sporting good retailers that sell outdoor equipment for camping, hunting, fishing and other outdoor reactional activities. I am a big outdoor enthusiast and live next door to this Bass Pro Shop in Mesa. Most of my outdoor activities include camping, running, skiing and kayaking. Bass Pro Shops have been around for many years and recently acquired Cabela's. This Bass Pro Shop is called Outdoor World and has an aquarium, shooting gallery and animal displays. It adds to the fun of walking around these stores and gives you that feel that you are outside. The prices aren't anything special. But I like that you can find a lot of outdoor apparel and gear all in one stop. Bass Pro Shops supports conservation efforts throughout the U.S. The Islamorada Fish Company Restaurant that was here closed a few years ago.

Highly recommend We love going every year to Bass Pro Shop. Nice family oriented place to go.

We had the best time today at the kids Gone Fishing event today!!! All the staff were so sweet and patient! They took the time to show my son how to put bait on the hook and how to remove the fish. I want to especially send a shout out to Pam, Daniel and Eric!! They were absolutely wonderful!!! We will definitely be back! You made my son's day!!!

It's quite entertaining to walk around Bass Pro. Taxidermy animals, large fish aquarium, great helpful staff, tons of fishing poles, sporting goods for all with clothing to match. You will be amazed each time you visit. They have a large parking lot and WiFi.

Who doesn't love this store! It's like walking into the Pacific Northwest. Let yput imagination run wild. They have absolutely everything the best outdoors enthusiasts need from clothing apparel to the best fishing equipment ever. Did i also mention they have boat repairs? The staff here is super friendly and helpful at the Mesa location we came on for spices and a kit for smoking our own bacon but we ended up grabbing some of their yummy fudge this store the GOAT of all your camping needs I highly recommend coming here and they also offer a Military discount

Was in the area and found myself with about 2 hours of quality time for just myself. Came in with an open mind as I know Bass Pro has "everything". Mainly came in for scouting camping-related items and boats. I know 2 extremes, but that's what I like about this place. I stumbled across some good information with help from the staff and, on the way out, decided to grab myself a few under $20 items from the bins in the front.

    I'm here

Had never been in a bass pro shop before. It has everything you can imagine for outdoor life. The interior wildlife displays are truly amazing. I can't imagine every store looking like this. The staff was friendly and helpful. Prices were fair to high on most things but I believe the quality was there to justify it. If I need outdoor stuff this is the place.

I love Bass Pro but it almost feels like they don't want to sell guns. Very slow process and lack of help.

I came here a few days ago looking for vertical ascend gear out of caves. I was greeted by Jason and he was really helpful and knowledgeable. I needed very specific gear, and Jason was very patient with me and showed me where I could find sit harnesses, chest harness, chest ascender, hand ascende, foot loops, etc. I didn't find exactly what I needed but got a good idea on the things I need to build a personalized vertical gear set for myself. And of course, while I was looking for cave gear, I wandered around looking at all the fabulous gear they have, I was like a kid in a candy store. I could spend hours in here. I started looking at hydration packs as I need to replace mine and found a very nice military edition and will come back to purchase this soon. I also saw plenty of Petzl bags, and very tempted to purchase another. They also carry so much Petzl gear, you will be in heaven here. Also, some great hiking shoes and some sleek, but we'll performing water shoes. I then wandered into kayaks and Jason even showed me the Padillac they have! I've gotten into paddleboarding and kayaking for the summer and now want one of each! This place rents them and sells them. I then went to check out some wetsuit gear, and they have a really nice selection of wetsuits, gloves, booties, etc. I really love this place and it is definitely gonna bankrupt me, but so worth it. High quality gear, more extensive selection than REI and the staff here know what they are talking about. If you need something specialized, this is the place for you. I'll be back here soon!

Because it was extremely hot outside, I went inside to cool off while hubby handled things with the employee. After he unloaded everything at the back of the store, the employee came over and said "thanks for your trouble" and handed me a $20 bill. I have consigned clothing, designer handbags, and sold books, sporting goods and household items to different businesses so I completely understand that businesses need to make a profit. I also know used items are worth much less than retail, but $20 for that entire load felt incredibly insulting and completely unreasonable given the amount and condition of the gear. It just did not sit right with me. I went back inside and asked for our things back. We loaded everything back into the truck and brought it back home. I decided I would much rather donate it all to a nonprofit where I know the items will actually help someone which will make me feel so good rather than accept $20 for everything. I would have actually preferred getting no offer at all. I'm sure this works for some people but based on my personal experience, cannot recommend selling here expecting a remotely fair offer.
