Upon entering, the receptionist was very welcoming and warm. The staff really takes the time to know you and your wants. They know this is a financial impact to you so they value their work and always want the best results for you. He takes the time to answer all my questions and dive into things I don't understand. One thing I really appreciate about him is his honesty. I came to his office after a bad experience with another dentist. The other place wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount for a cavity. When I got his opinion on the cavity he laughed and told me what they were doing was unnecessary and more of a preventative measure. He said what the other place saw was very early signs of a cavity. He told me if I continued to take care of my oral hygiene, no cavity would come from that spot. I love the dental hygienists here too. There is one that always makes me laugh and feel incredible. She compliments my teeth and always picks the best flavors for the polishing toothpaste. The woman at the front desk is sweet and quick. She finds the best appointment in a matter of minutes. I had to go back with days as the bite was painful even with drinking water. I am no dentist and can not self treat. I had to go back 2 second time with a week and the dentist waving his hands in the air simply said, he can't do anything!!! When I voice my frustration. He refused me any further treatment and said I could go see a different dentist. I followed a medical practitioner's advise to preventive care and am now left with pain and suffering, neither of which I had, had gone to his office for a free dental cleaning. I had called the day before to cancel because I wasn't able to get a sitter for my two very young children. The office manager was so kind, insisting I keep the appointment and that the staff would look out for them. At first I resisted, simply because they are really little and can be a handful. But I soon relented and arrived the next day with my 1 & 4 year olds in tow. The entire staff ooo'ed and aww'ed at them, saying "oh they are just angels!" the whole time. And honestly, they were very well behaved (they save all the mischief for us at home!). But my point is, the staff was as extremely kind; offering to help a busy mom and just performing a kind deed to a person--expecting nothing in return. I love the staff, the clinic is always spotless, their dental work is great -- we are definitely lifers. And I will be dropping the kids off for daycare with them on a regular basis now :) juuuust kidding! Highly recommend!

I have had pain with Novocain before this was extremely painful so much so that my arm reflexively went to push him away. So I got scolded and when I said it hurt really bad like I never have experienced before he was very blasé stating something like " oh well that means I got the money shot. Right where we want it." I don't think so I felt super uncomfortable so left without getting any of the work done. Horrible experience. Look for somewhere else.
